Abstract: In this work, effect of big paddy hermetic tent (BPHT) modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) of 0.5mm PE and traditional MAP using 0.05mmPE on free fatty acid property were investigated. The results showed that BPHT, which were charged 5% O2 and 5% CO2, was the optimal storage condition to preserve rice grain fresh. Little O2 decreasing and CO2 increasing were generated in traditional MAP other than fruits and vegetables, because grain respiration rate were low relatively. After five moths storage of rice grain, BPHT storage inhibited the free fatty acid content increasing and lox enzyme activity. BPHT storage with atmosphere charging at storage beginning was the distinctly energy conservation storage method for grains.

Abstract: In this paper, a class of stochastic age-dependent population dynamic system with diffusion is introduced. Exponential stability of paths of a strong solution for stochastic age-dependent population dynamic system in Hilbert space is established. The analyses use exponential martingale formula, Lyapunov functional and some special inequalities for our stability purposes. Various sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the stability of the strong solutions. In particular, by means of our results we loosen the condition of stability.

Abstract: Recognized as one the most serious security threats on current Internet infrastructure, botnets with its low resource requirements have developed rapidly. How to detect botnets has become a major topic of current research. Based on existing research results, this paper proposes a new detection strategy, which solves unknown botnet detection efficiency by the behavioral characteristics of botnets. The core idea is separating static characteristic and dynamic behavior of botnet, and optimizing dynamic the parameters of dynamic behavior, and changing passive defense into active defense. According to the behavior of the attacker, this strategy can optimize behavior parameters. The proposed approach has the commonality and the expansibility, which strengthen unknown botnet defense fundamentally.

Abstract: We determine the optimal convergence rate of Dirichlet interpolating algorithm. Asymptotic inequalities are found for the upper bounds of approximation by trigonometric interpolation on the classes of convolutions of periodic functions admitting regular. The optimal order of m-th minimum linear intrinsic error is determined. By means of previous results about n-widths, we discuss the optimality of interpolation method.

Abstract: In this paper, the three-dimensional molding mechanical and electrical integration unit Molded Interconnect Devices (MID) is introduced. It is a new type of electronic component. And the following part of the article presents the Internet of Things (IOT). From the design and manufacture process, the paper describes the possibility and necessity using MID in IOT technology, as RFID and Embedded System. In the end, the MID design process is presented.

Abstract: Previous studies have revealed that the mutation of Rpe65 plays a critical role in inherited retinal dystrophies. However, little is known about the genetic regulatory network for Rpe65 and inherited retinal dystrophies. We combined gene expression microarray analysis and quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping to characterize the genetic regulatory network for Rpe65 expression in the eye of BXD recombinant inbred (RI) mice. Our analysis found that the expression level of Rpe65 exhibited much variation in the eye across the BXD RI strains and between the parental strains, C57BL/6J and DBA/2J. Expression QTL (eQTL) mapping showed that one microarray probe set of Rpe65 has highly significant linkage (Likelihood Ratio Statistic) scores. Moreover, the QTL was mapped to within 3 Mb of the location of the gene itself (Rpe65) as a cis-acting QTL. Through mapping the joint modulation of Rpe65, we identified Ches1/Foxn3 as downstream gene of Rpe65. Then the gene co-regulatory network analysis was constructed. The genetic genomics approach demonstrates the importance and the potential power of the eQTL studies in identifying genetic regulatory networks that contribute to inherited retinal dystrophies.

Abstract: In this paper, software aggregation and service aggregation are introduced. The aggregation process is described from single node to make them re-link in different forms. The purpose of aggregation is presented, and then the paper leads to service aggregation of high form of amounts of energy that can not be imagined at the beginning. With the importance of the service aggregation, the technical process and guideline of the transformation from software aggregation to service aggregation is presented.

Abstract: The development trend of modern architecture, the building energy efficiency have become an increasing attention, the paper outlines the importance of energy saving windows, creating a building model.DEST software using the windows energy simulation of the building model. According to the simulation results to make a number of technical measures for energy saving windows. Windows are an important part of the building, but also in building insulation weakest link, Its long-term energy consumption accounts for about 50% of building long-term energy consumption, so the insulation properties of windows increasingly widespread attention.Today in the building a social economy, good thermal insulation of windows is to improve the indoor thermal comfort, energy-saving one of the key areas, the study of energy saving windows is significant.

Abstract: For the vague positioning of the domestic clothing brand at present and the growing homogenization of products, this article analyzed the features of the modern consumer culture, pointed out the existing problems to the clothing brand development, and introduced a correct countermeasure to guide the market. The author tries to find a developing way to the clothing brand and provide an idea for the marketing strategies for the Chinese clothing enterprises and for the plan of development.

Abstract: Bioinorganic complexes of nicotinic acid with trivalent antimony and bismuth are synthesized by solid-liquid reaction at room temperature. The formula of the complexes is Sb(C5H4NCOOH)2Cl3•H2O and Bi(C5H4NCOOH)2Cl3•H2O respectively. The crystal structure of the complex of nicotinic acid and Sb(III) belongs to triclinic system and that of nicotinic acid and Bi(III) belongs to monoclinic system. Thermal analysis can indicate the complex formation between antimony or bismuth ion and nicotinic acid.
