Abstract: In this paper, based on the analysis of the problem about manual measure for hot large open die forings and the significance for realizing noncontact online measure, a novel dimension measurement system of hot large open die forgings is presented. Laser ranging method is used for measuring axial dimension and binocular vision method is used for measuring radial dimension, so that the system characterized by large size, automated, fast response and high precision which benefits high efficiency and low material loss in open die forging process.

Abstract: Based on the in-depth study of embedded systems technology and characteristics of the ultrasonic vibration drilling process, the new CNC system for ultrasonic vibration drilling based on ARM and μC / OS-II embedded was proposed in this paper. For this system, the kernel of hardware is the 32 -bit embedded CPU LPC2210 with characteristics of high performance and low power consumption. And it is also equipped with the required peripheral modules to extend itself to one whole hardware system and the interface circuit. Its software is based on μC / OS -II real -time embedded operating system, and the required application software needs to be developed so as to turn μC / OS- II real -time embedded operating system into one practical embedded ultrasonic CNC drilling.

Abstract: This paper introduces a three-dimensional snake-like robot based on AT89C2051 microcontroller. The structure which consists of relatively independent units composed of joints can achieve simple way of serpentine motility, peristaltic movement and three-dimensional complex movement by combining these two methods. For this feature, the system could well simulate the snake activity. The control system realizes the motion of snake-like robot through controlling each joint angle of servo by microprocessor.

Abstract: The stability of the slope is a complex system affected by many factors, with the characteristics of randomness and fuzziness. In the paper established the model of the support vector machine, which make use of the support vector machine considering the multiple factors affected the slope stability, and select the indicators with the characteristic of common and easy access. Through the actual inspection verified the validity of the model, shows that the model can be well applied to the analysis of slope stability with similarity, it may provide an important basis for the slope project construction.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of wind power generation system model uncertainty, we designed a robust tracking controller according to the robust control theories and the method of linear matrix inequality (LMI). For ensuring the stability and dynamic characteristics of robust, we gave the calculating method of proportion and integral gains, researched the robust control strategy with pole constraint that is based on minimal power tracking controller. The results of the simulation show the controller can realize the steady close-loop and possess good disturbance rejection and dynamic characteristic in some disturbances and uncertainties existed in system.

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of the automatic control in the process of train operation, reduce state transition caused by the signal interference and guarantee the safe operation of automatic train operation system, a kind of train automatic speed control strategy based on the fuzzy-predictive control algorithm is put forward. According to the dual-redundant control model, the reliability and safety of the train automatic speed control system is analyzed. Using anti-interference design, a series of model simulations have been accomplished. The results show that the system has good reliability.

Abstract: This paper intends to configure a control system of the plastic injection molding machine using a Motion Controller. It narrates the wiring methods of the control system based on “PC + Motion Controller” architecture. Furthermore, it divides some functions by the language of C++ Builder. This work aims to produce a low cost and high efficient control system which has good expansibility and transplantation.

Abstract: This paper proposes a algorithm of maximum power point tracking using fuzzy Neural Networks for grid-connected photovoltaic systems. The system is composed of a VSI converter, the maximum power point tracking algorithm based on fuzzy Neural Networks outputs a reference voltage as voltage loop import variable. The voltage controller outputs a reference current to control inverter output current in side grid. The fuzzy Neural Networks provide attractive features such as fast response, good performance. Therefore, the system is able to deliver energy to grid. This proposed algorithm is simulated and implemented to evaluate performance. From the simulation and experimental results, the fuzzy Neural Networks can deliver more power than the other algorithm.
