Abstract: Through the Orthogonal ,the structure of A20402 steel quenching was studied under the action of pulse-electric field in this paper. The results has found the parameters to reduce the heating temperature of quenching and shorten the holding time,and its hardness is 2~3HRC higher than that of quenching under common condition.The Ma-organization and distribution could be improved obviously.The process could improve work efficiency and reduce costs.

Abstract: To meet the requirements of integrative mechanical properties and shielding effectiveness of nuclear radiations shielding materials, the boron-rich shielding coating (Fe67.5Ni23.5B9, in wt. %) were produced onto 321 stainless steel substrate (SS) by the air-plasma spraying technology. This type of coating-SS laminated composite will be likely to be used as protection against neutrons and γ rays from radiation shielding systems. The microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS) and X-rays diffraction (XRD). The mechanical properties of Fe67.5Ni23.5B9 coatings were investigated, including adhesion strength, tensile properties and residual stress. The shielding effectiveness of the coating-SS laminated composite, including the slowing down of fast-speed neutrons, absorption for 0.4ev below thermal neutrons and the attenuation against 60Co and 137Cs γ rays were investigated. The results show that the produced Fe67.5Ni23.5B9 coatings-SS laminated composite possess homogeneous microstructure, satisfactory integrative mechanical properties and shielding effectiveness which testify the possible application in radiation shielding systems.

Abstract: Objective: to study the effects and mechanisms of ultrasonic on ability of learning and memory in Kunming mice. Methods: changing the time of irradiation can get different dose of ultrasonic. Using Morris water maze analyzes the activity of Kunming mice on different time points. Remain the same ultrasonic irradiation time, and find the rule of platform latency by comparing the ultrasonic method with no ultrasonic. According to statistics analyzing related experiments data by SPSS and the theory of ultrasonic biological effects, how ultrasonic affects the ability of learning and memory in mice can be found. Results: small doses of ultrasonic have positive significance on the learning and memory ability in mice .But more than regular doses, the ability of learning and memory will be badly damage. After ultrasonic irradiation, the latency is discrete distribution while no ultrasonic irradiation the latency is stable. Conclusion: ultrasonic has certain effects on the learning and memory ability in Kuming mice. Its mechanism is the mechanical, thermal, cavitation effect of ultrasonic.

Abstract: The surfaces of 45 steel and. 1Cr18Ni9Ti are coated with WFCL-11 laser cladding. Microstructure and hardness of their interfaces and surfaces of laser cladding are investigated, and their structure, property, hardness are analyzed under shock load. The effects of the different material ingredients between base and laser clad on their interfaces were found. The little the difference, the better the Interface.

Abstract: AR technology can supplement and strengthen the real world, instead of using a virtualization technology to create a completely virtual world to replace the real world. AR technology is introduced during process of designing wood powder disintegrator with multi-granularity, then three-dimensional entity model for the wood powder disintegrator with multi-granularity has been established, and enhanced visual system for the wood powder disintegrator with multi-granularity is set up. Through introduction of the AR design technology, 3D model can be do dynamic interaction rendering, then demonstration effect of superfine wood powder disintegrator with multi-granularity may achieve enhanced effects, and “wood powder disintegrator with multi-granularity” can be put in the real environment, and the virtual objects can be merged together the real environment through display device, a new environment for sensory effects is shown to the users. It has many advantages such as accelerating design, manufacture and debugging process for wood powder disintegrator with multi-granularity, at the same time, it can save manufacture cost.

Abstract: This experiment on natural convection heat transfer with the PCM microcapsule slurry for a solid phase state of the PCM were performed at a horizontal rectangular enclosure heating from below and cooling from top. In the present study, important parameters affecting the natural convection heat transfer of the slurry with the PCM were taken into account such as the mass concentration of the PCM microencapsulated into the slurry, the temperature difference between heating plate and cooling plate, the Rayleigh number Ra and the aspect ratio (width/height) of the horizontal rectangular enclosure. The heat transfer characteristics of the PCM microcapsule slurry on natural convection were concluded from predicted conditions simplified by classifying the temperature ranges into three sub-regions, in which the PCM in the slurry was in only solid phase state, phase change state or solid-liquid coexistence state and only liquid phase state of the PCM in the microcapsule, respectively. The upper cooling plate was fixed at a constant temperature in each region, and the lower heating plate temperature was varied by carefully adjusting the electric power input of an electric plate heater. And experiment was done under the thermal steady condition in the PCM microcapsule slurry. Emphasis was given on phase changing temperature range, and experiments had been performed for four kinds of enclosures with various heights.

Abstract: ZnO Calthrop-like framework have been synthesized via a microwave assisted way by thermal decomposition of precursors in the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-ethyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Beim]BF4) aqueous solution. The structure of [Beim]BF4 were analyzed by means of IR and 1HNMR, The as-samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and UV techniques. The results showed that the as-prepared ZnO have wurtzite structure. nanorods have a diameter of 50 nm to100 nm and lengths of about 3 μm , and the ionic liquid [Beim]BF4 can not only act as a reaction medium but also modify ZnO nanorods in the reaction. The growth mechanics of ZnO nano-structure was preliminary studied.

Abstract: Microstructure of Super 304H and TP347H austenitic heat resistance steel welding joint by handwork argon tungsten-arc welding and electro-chemical corrosion property of weld metal and two base materials were investigated by SEM and M273 constant potential rectifier. The results shows that microstructure of the weld metalwere austenitic matrix + δ ferrite; In 5% HCl Solution, corrosion resistant capabilities were super 304H base material> weld metal>TP347H base material; in 9.8% H2SO4 Solution, corrosion resistant capabilities were Super 304H base material>TP347H base material> weld metal; Super 304H and TP347H austenitic heat resistance steel welding joint has better corrosion resistant property in HCl solution than in H2SO4 solution; Inter-crystalline corrosion results were consistence to results electro-chemical corrosion experiment in 9.8% H2SO4 solution.
