Abstract: The sensitivity of blast pressure of a pressure vessel to the material strength, the effective welding depth and the relative radius is studied by finite element simulations and single-factor sensitivity analyses. And the sensitivity coefficients are obtained by normalization procession. Furthermore, a three-factor regression model is obtained by multi-factor numerical experiments. The investigation of this paper provides guidelines for further researches of relating problems.

Abstract: Implemented, based on practical engineering projects, is a statistical analysis of strata soil characteristics and geological columns sampled from the main embankment of Yangtse Rive in southern Jingzhou zone of China. Furthermore, it was verified under Kolomogorov-Smirnov theory that this assumption, namely, the statistical hypothesis of Gaussian probability distribution for random permeability tensors of soils to be submitted into the stochastic seepage field simulation would be accepted by the statistical testing. By the help of numerical analysis for stochastic seepage fields simulations using three dimensional finite element method as well as the rationality of simulated stochastic results, investigated were various statistical characteristics and random natures in random seepage fields of the main embankment of Yangtse Rive in southern Jingzhou zone of China. Meanwhile, the developed model was also examined through statistical testing. Especially, as a stochastic boundary condition, the random variation of upstream and downstream water level was taken into account of three-dimensional finite element model in practical analysis for the random seepage field simulations, by which, it has been realized deeply to describe disturbed effects of the boundary randomness due to variability of downstream and upstream water level over variabilities of simulated results presented by vector series of the random seepage field. Furthermore,the function of some safeguards to set up against the seepage problem,such as sheet-pile breakwater and catch-water,as the turbulence of complex boundary condition together with the effects of variability of soil permeability has been analyzed for description of influence of them on the hydraulic potential distributed in the random seepage field and the random evolution of stochastic seepage field under these comprehensive aspects has also been compared with the result obtained by determinate analysis for the corresponding steady seepage field problem. Philosophy deduced in this paper presents the necessity,feasibility and practicability of employing stochastic studies in seepage field problems. Meanwhile, sensitivities of random seepage field hydraulic gradient and downstream exit height were studied upon the variation of permeability and boundary conditions of the main embankment of Yangtse Rive in southern Jingzhou zone of China, by which, broadened is the research domain on seepage field evolution under uncertain numerical coverage.

Abstract: After analyzing the influencing factors of flexible workpiece path(FWP) process deformation, this article proposes the basic conception of process deformation intelligent forecasting and compensation, start from the process modeling method of Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy neural network, to modify the classic FNN model and construct the multiple input/output TS-FNN model for FWP process control; with LMS law and steepest descent method, antecedent network membership function parameter adjustment and descent network parameter study method of TS-FNN model is deduced; finally to carry on comprehensive simulation on TS-FNN model, the result shows the constructed model is better than BP neural network and RBF neural network for an order of magnitude on predication accuracy; in the quilting process of flexible objects, compensated by TS-FNN, the path processing obtains good approaching effect, testing result indicates that the position error scope of quilting is from 0.078 to 0.162(mm), the accuracy is higher than excellence grade of quilting which refers to national standard FZ/T81005-2006.

Abstract: A new FRP bolt-end structure is presented and its structure characteristic is introduced in detail. The FRP bolt-end structure is optimized to determine the optimization structure by multi-target orthogonal experiment. The experiment results for the FRP bolt with the optimal structure shows that anti-drawing strength is more than 85kN, elongation percentage is more than 2.5% and bolt-end joint strength is more than 64kN. Its features can satisfy coal side support demand. So the new structure designed is reasonable.

Abstract: Currently, data communications used in the monitoring and scheduling system of urban water supply network can be simply divided into wireless and wired. While the wireless data communications with network flexibility, less investment, easy maintenance, cost-effective advantages. Therefore, the wireless data communications has become a major data transmission in urban water supply scheduling. The wireless transmission of state parameters in urban water supply pipe network was studied in this paper. This paper presents a wireless monitoring and scheduling scheme based on the short message transmission technology in urban water supply network. It introduced the hardware components of the system, and wireless data transmission software.

Abstract: Through to the petroleum drilling machine serial design pattern malpractice's analysis, this article proposed petroleum drilling machine's concurrent design uses in the petroleum drilling machine enterprise based on PDM the platform. Elaborated the concurrent design in the petroleum drilling machine production process's application, analyzed PDM and the concurrent design relational model as well as PDM and the petroleum drilling machine's concurrent design key technologies.

Abstract: Aiming at the characters of product scheme innovation, the influence of the knowledge acquisition ability on the innovation quality is studied by experiments. The innovation quality evaluation indices are established from three layers: product parameters development, scheme innovative, and scheme integrity. Experiment hypotheses are proposed, experiment variables and tasks are designed. Experiment results show that there is significant influence of the knowledge acquisition ability on the innovation quality, and participants with higher knowledge acquisition ability can refer more knowledge and have more analogy and association behaviors.

Abstract: In order to make the reasonable cycle time, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied to analyze the factors of affecting cycle time and the model feasibility was verified through a projecting example. With the development of the construction market, the project bidding is further regulative and extensive. In order to obtain more benefits, reducing project costs becomes very important to enterprise, so the construction quota which meets their own scale must be drawn up. All kinds of factors that would affect the cost will be measured, analyzed and evaluated by the construction quota, and the main quota difference is the measurable consumption, so it is important to make the quota of per hour construction machinery, while cycle time is the one of the main factors of affecting machinery quota [1, 2].

Abstract: In power plants and other complex industrial application fields, incomprehensive design can make the system less durable. The fault of the fieldbus, in principle, comes from the physical layer, whose lay-out directly affects the fieldbus’s reliability. This article discusses from four aspects on how to improve the reliability of the physical layer of CAN bus, which include the selection of cables and connectors, the length of the bus and branch lines, the matching method of terminal resistor, and the interface circuit of hardware. Furthermore, the article presents the plan of using H-bridge type matching terminal, which aims at solving signal-reflection problems. Finally, the theory is verified through the application of intelligent electric actuator with the CAN bus.

Abstract: This paper introduced the important role of the remote sensing satellite in remote sensing field. There existed some defects for a traditional classical AZ-EL type antenna used in tracking remote sensing satellite. The design project of Stewart manipulator antenna was presented by Stewart manipulator designing theory. The singular configuration theory of Stewart manipulator introduced position singularity, attitude singularity analysis and posture ability of Stewart manipulator was studied. The theorem of nonsingular posture was presented and proved. The nonsingular workspace area of a Stewart manipulator was determined. The antenna design based on Stewart manipulator satisfied with hemisphere airspace workspace and got the theoretical basis of realizing passing zenith tracing.
