Abstract: Now retroreflective materials are used widely in traffic field. Their quality influences road construction significantly. Effective evaluating of it is becoming a very important work. There are two methods chiefly: measurement set and handle instrument. Measurement set depends on the basic optical transducer. It has higher precision and lower error by comparing with handle instrument. Retroreflective materials as retroreflecive sheeting and raised pavement markers can be tested by choosing the two methods in accordance with different measuring conditions. But as for retroreflective materials of horizontal coatings, using handle instrument is common. So we make a detailed research on measurement set of them. By performing verification experiment, this measurement set is stable and the results are satisfied.

Abstract: For the wide applications and quality problem of silicore plastic duct, by means of analysis of product quality, such as thin wall, small inner diameter, thin silicon core, and considering the requirement of production technology, weighing method and standard interval method is proposed to supervise and inspect procuct quality during production. The purpose of controlling product quality can be achieved, and then project quality and life will be ensured.

Abstract: In this paper, an analytical solution for the three-roll bending process of thin-plate was presented. Based on the theoretical analysis on continuously loading and unloading deformation of the plate during roll-bending, the curvature equations governing the bending behavior of thin-plate were set up and then solved by integration. Combing the solutions with the geometrical relationships in three-roll bender, the deflection and bending angles occurring during the steady continuous bending period were obtained by an iterative scheme. Numerical examples were given to illustrate the application of the solutions. The variation of the top roll’s position with the intended bend radius, the curvature and deflection distributions on bent plate were shown in graphically and discussed.

Abstract: A novel aid with self-care and rehabilitation function has been designed based on ergonomics, according to the functional demand of ADL (Activities of Daily Living) and the requirements of rehabilitation training for disabled people or elderly. The overall design process and the main functions of the aid were introduced in this paper. Its concept design and motion simulation is finished by using Pro/E software. The aid can meet the ADL demand of the disabled people and elderly such as getting up, going to the toilet etc.

Abstract: Steel-bonded cemented carbide sheet considered as cladding was successfully bonded with carbon steel plate by a technological combination of powder explosive compaction and liquid sintering. The microstructural interface between steel-bonded cemented carbide cladding and carbon steel plate was characterized by SEM, EDS analysis and hardness testing. The results showed that the gradient distributions of the elements Fe, C and W were found in the normal direction of the interface. The element W permeated about 100μm in depth through the side of carbon steel. The improved hardness of about 600~700HV of cladding was attributed to multiple carbides.

Abstract: The computer simulation technology of the work process of internal-combustion engine is the important measure to study the internal-combustion engine, but generally, because of the uncertainty of input parameters, the precision of the simulation model of the engine work process, which largely limits the application of the simulation model, so the parameters of the simulation model needs to be calibrated. Taking the work process of the certain one type turbocharging diesel engine as the example, and combining the genetic algorithm with the ant colony algorithm, the parameter combination which can satisfy the requirements of precision, is selected in this article to effectively reduce the simulation experiment times of parameter calibration, and realize the automatic calibration of the simulation model parameters. By comparing and analyzing the practical result of the experiment and the result of the simulation computation, the effectiveness of the algorithm has been validated in the article.

Abstract: A free form surface reconstruction method based on least square support vector regression is presented. Firstly in order to eliminate noise points, some sample points are chosen from the measured data to construct LS-SVM model. Thus a LS-SVM model to approximate the measured points is obtained. And the distribution probability of the approximation error is figured out. In result, the noise points are eliminated when their error probability is less than the specified threshold value. Then the boundary points are extracted. Lastly the surface model is reconstructed by use of the measured points from which noise points have been eliminated. The results indicate that the reconstruction precision can satisfy the demands of engineering application.

Abstract: In the paper four components of ductile iron cast in different stress status, including the cast status, the status of vibratory stress relief and the status of thermal stress relief with 3 months of the natural stress relief and 10 years of the natural stress relief, are selected.X-ray diffraction method is used to measure residual stress and experimental modal analysis is for measuring natural frequency. A quantitative relation between residual stress in ductile iron cast component and its natural frequency variation is obtained. Thus we provide a reference for using natural frequency to evaluate the macroscopic residual stress of ductile iron material component. The results show that the peak value variation of macro residual stress in ductile iron component have a logarithmic relation to its natural frequency variation, and same as the mean value variation in macro-residual stress and its natural frequency variation.

Abstract: The elevator hang system is multi-freedom vibration system. It is very difficult to find the proper parameters of every link of system and the workload is huge. This paper build the physics vibration model of system with optimum method and define the constraint conditions. Solve the system matrix with SQP. The result of experiment illustrated that it is very efficient with this method.

Abstract: The disease causes by the application of cement-stabilized macadam in our country first-class highway mainly performance as serious shrinkage fracture and other destructions like decreased capacity etc.This mainly related to test, design and other methods of the cement stabilized macadam. In the cement stabilization granular base construction,according to the standard job practice, uses the inorganic binding stable material compaction test to perform the standard compaction test. Doing compactness test at the scene, always present that the dry weight density is bigger than the maximum value result made by compaction test, result made by compactness test can more than 100%.The compaction principle of vibration compaction test is through pressure exciting force over the compacted materials,forced the downing of solid materials have a "resonance", In this state, the small particles aggregate can filling the gap between the large particles aggregate, to achieve the dense state. And during this process do not need too much water as lubricant. Therefore the vibration compaction test definite intensity result tallies with the scene reality. To imitation effects of roller compacted to improve the performance of cement stabilized gravel, the use of vibration method designed cement stabilized gravel is very necessary and timely.
