Abstract: For a multi-bearing rotor test bed, using the load sensor designed specially measured directly the bearing load value. In order to analyze the dynamic influence of the load sensor on the rotor system, the dynamic equation of the rotor system with the load sensor established to do the qualitative analysis. On the other hand, quantitative analyzing the two structures that the sensor is installed and is not by finite element software ANSYS, and obtained the impact value. The results show that the load sensor reduced the critical speed of the rotor system, but the effect is not, can be appropriately adjusted work speed according to the results of the analysis.

Abstract: To the High fly-ash content concrete(abbreviated HFCC) whose fly-ash adding amount is 50%~70%, the influence of actual water-binder ratio, fly-ash content, quality of fly-ash and compression strength on the freezing resistance of HFCC were studied; The critical freeze-thaw cycle times in this paper involved with mass loss rate Wn=5% and relative dynamic elastic modulus P=60%, the relationship between the critical freeze-thaw cycle times and the 28d compression strength of HFCC was analyzed; To HFCC without air-entraining agent, the experiment results showed that the freezing resistance decreased with the increase of actual water-binder ratio, the increase of fly-ash content and the reduce of fly-ash quality. The freeze-thaw damage of HFCC dues to the freeze-thaw degradation results from surface denudation.

Abstract: A moving fitting method for edge detection is proposed in this work. Polynomial function is used for the curve fitting of the column of pixels near the edge. Proposed method is compared with polynomial fitting method without sub-segment. The comparison shows that even with low order polynomial, the effects of moving fitting are significantly better than that with high order polynomial fitting without sub-segment.

Abstract: EPS (expanded polystyrene spheres) template with a 5 mm coating on a surface that is mainly consisted of SiC particles are prepared. Carbon steels are then poured in the templates using V-EPC (Vacuum Expandable Pattern Casting) process. The microstructures are observed and analyzed using optical microscope, SEM and EDS. Macrostructural observation showed that the surface alloyed zone is dense and there are no obvious defects, such as gas bubbles, occluded gas holes and delimitation. Microstructural investigations indicated that the samples from top to bottom are obviously consisted of three different layers, i.e., the surface compound layer, the interim transitional layer and the bottom matrix layer. SiC particles are totally decomposed during infiltration. The microstructures in the surface compound layer are consisted of a large amount of graphite flakes, carbides, Si rich ferrites and dendritic pearlites. There is a fine pearlite strip at the top of the transitional layer and small amounts of carbide particles within the matrix grains and net carbides at the grain boundaries can be also observed in this layer.
