Abstract: With the social mass production of garment industry, the same style clothing requires organizing production in various specifications or size series to meet the different needs of consumers. Fast, accurate and flexible automatic grading technology has become the research hotspot, and the scientific size table is the basis of this technology. This study collects the size data of 251 female college students. Then make the body type classification and gain the size table of intermediate type and the increment of each body type. This study provide the basis for MTM automatically parameter table of young female university students to establish a pattern grading system.

Abstract: Considering the difficulty in identifying the tool system in the process of tool management, this paper proposes a design of toolholder identification system which is capable of storing all tool date using commercially available radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. The system is composed of radio frequency electronic tags, ultra high frequency reader and computer identification system. The paper gives the hardware and software design of toolholder identification system.

Abstract: CNC machining is a mechanical and electrical integration in the field of typical products , it’s complex structure and variety. To be able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, reduce economic losses caused by the failure, require staff not only need to have a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, must also possess a certain amount of fault diagnosis.

Abstract: This study presented a theoretical method to find approximated dimensions of the rectangular micro-asperity. The suitable values required for the asperity’s width and its critical length are found for different values of the flow speed. Numerical calculation is carried out using the solidworks flow simulation; the simulation results illustrated the flow speed trajectory, the variation of the shear stress and the flow pressure on different faces of the micro-asperities. The turbulence area due to the micro-asperity geometry is localized. The prediction of the maximum wear area, due to the skin friction, is also localized in consideration of the shear stress variation.

Abstract: Cobalt-based Stellite 6 alloy rely primarily on carbides, forming in the Co matrix and grain boundaries, for their strength and the distribution, size and shape of carbides depend on processing conditions. We have employed microstructure and corrosion behavior of Stellite 6 by combustion synthesis and vacuum induction melting with scanning electron microscopy, electron probe microscopy analysis. The results show that there are significant uniformity on microstructure and corrosion behavior of Stellite 6 by different techniques. The combustion synthesis has more advantages over conventional manufacturing process for Stellite 6.

Abstract: In this research, a linear-elastic FEM (finite element method) model of tooling system under the unconstrained condition was established for a BT40 tooling system. The natural frequency and the modal shape of the tooling system computed from the FEM analysis were verified against the structural modal parameters obtained from experimental modal analysis. In the basis of rational FEM model of tooling system, the changing law its length and diameter influence to structural modal parameters was investigated. After that, with the machine vibration testing of spindle raising speed idle running, further study on the law about the changing length and diameter of tooling system influence to vibration characteristic of spindle-tool system, the researched results will be a theoretical basis to evaluate the dynamic performance of other type’s tooling system.

Abstract: Heavy-duty hydrostatic rotary table is an important part of heavy-duty CNC gantry machine, which performance determines the machining accuracy and stability of the machine. Viscosity of hydraulic oil is one of the most important factors which influence the carrying capacity of the hydrostatic rotary table, but viscosity of hydraulic oil is directly determined by temperature. Therefore, the carrying capacity of the hydrostatic rotary table is directly determined by temperature. This paper researches the relative between the different workpiece quality, cutting force, oil chamber pressure, oil film thickness, oil film stiffness and temperature of hydrostatic rotary table by using the theoretical method, and validates the influence of temperature on the carrying capacity of the hydrostatic rotary table by using experimental method. It provides the basis for researching the influence of environmental temperature on the carrying capacity and stiffness of the oil film.

Abstract: Based on the study of 3R oblique non-spherical wrist and the analysis of the NC machine spindle’s function, the concept of a oblique crossing 3DOF NC spindle was offered and the 3D model of this 3DOF NC spindle was made with Solidworks software. At the same time, the kinematics model of this 3DOF NC spindle was setup with D-H parameter method and the kinematics & workspace of this 3DOF NC spindle were analyzed and simulated. Simulation results indicated that this 3DOF NC spindle, with compacted-structure, low inertness and considerable flexibility, could be in any gesture in the 3D space, and could expand the work range of the NC machine.

Abstract: The Deep-sea Extremophiles Sampling System, which contents plaited filter, is modeled and simulated in high pressure seawater environment by AMESim software. The dynamic performances of the system under different environment pressures are analyzed and some experiments are done to validate the simulation model. According to the simulation and experimental results, the environment pressure has very little influence on the pressure drop and flow characteristics of plaited filter. The plaited filter performs perfectly in high pressure seawater environment. The deep-sea extremophiles sampling system can meet the requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, a class of the new method of nested refinement based on self-adaption grid is discussed. The level trapezoid grid nested refinement on the plan domain and some related properties are investigated, and the convergence results are obtained for the second order self-adjoint elliptic problem on the trapezoid finite element.
