Abstract: The development of large complex equipment takes very long and needs to reduce the time introduced to the market. The cross state of development and production appears frequently because of the tight schedule. The cross may result in instability problems of quality and would delay development schedule ultimately. In order to ensure the quality and schedule, the method and strategy used for the cross state of development and production are discussed in this paper. The main problems caused by the cross situation are analyzed. And then the solution is proposed to the question, that is the management process needs to be infused with more in-depth systems analysis during the early stages and planned using tenets of process control, configuration management and integrated test & evaluation methods. These approaches may accelerate the exposure of technical problems as far to the left as possible. Therefore such management process could help to ensure the quality consistency and schedule under the cross state of development and production.

Abstract: Quantities AZ80 and AZ31 magnesium alloy billets were compressed with 60% height reduction on hot process simulator at 150,200,250,300,350,400,450°C under strain rates of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1,1 and 10s-1.A constitutive model with a few parameters is used to characterize the dynamic recrystallization strain softening of AZ80 and AZ31 alloy, which comprehensively reflect the effects of the deformation temperature, strain and strain rate on flow stress.

Abstract: To prevent runway incursions, we should have the corresponding systematic prevent ideas. Based on the definition of runway incursions and classification of relevant criteria, it analyzed the runway incursion system, put forward the closed-loop management ideas to prevent runway incursions, and found the main contradictions of preventing runway incursions using the gray relational analysis. With the example of runway incursion dates of U.S.A, by means of Grey Relational Analysis of different severities and different factors for runway incursions, it have shown that the key factors leading to the class AB and class CD runway incursions are Vehicle/Pedestrian Deviations and Pilot Deviations respectively. Meanwhile, it proposed integrated prevention measures of runway incursions.

Abstract: The paper established the evaluation index system of low carbon development levels of lead and zinc enterprises under the background of low carbon economy, and raised the “Entropy -ANP-SSD ”evaluation model about the low carbon development levels of lead and zinc enterprises in China combined with the advantages of Entropy, ANP, and SSD and the latest research results, Empirical study show that the model can solve the low-carbon development level of lead and zinc enterprise evaluation, with good validity and universality from a new perspective, and provided a lead and zinc enterprise strategy formulation and decision support.

Abstract: With the development of aviation equipment automation, the research on situation awareness (SA) of pilots has become an active direction in the field of aviation ergonomics. Based on the research of the development of SA history, the concept, the impacting factors and the analysis of qualitative model, and combined with previous research results, the paper has established a new definition of SA and the corresponding multi-level trigger qualitative analysis model, which has laid a foundation for further design of virtual experiments and the establishment of quantitative simulation model.

Abstract: In the actual application of the hydraulic system, a system often can’t be fully realized the design requirements, or some performance indicators are below the expectations of the system design. From some analyses, sometimes the reason is not a hydraulic system design, but the problem of regulation of the hydraulic system.It is frequently encountered problems in the hydraulic system of actual work that hydraulic system right regulation. Based on analysis of the hydraulic system by combined machine tool, hydraulic system of hydraulic elevator and special machine tool, explaining that the regulation of hydraulic system is essential to guarantee design requirements of system, reducing power loss, raise transmission efficiency and the further improvement for work properties. It should be paid sufficient attention to the regulation of system when the hydraulic system is running.

Abstract: Uncertainty, complexity and paradigm shift are three challenges that are inherent in emerging technologies. Scenarios provide background for decision-making by clarifying possible paths of emerging technologies. Based on the analysis of three basic stages of empirical scenario construction, i.e. analysis phase, subsystem analysis phase and syntheses phase, credibility theory and fuzzy programming are introduced to dissolve scenario planning problems. This paper adopt such research road as (1) measurement of factors’ credibility, (2) analysis of pairwise factors’ compatibility, (3) eliminate incompatible scenarios through pruning rules, and (4) choice of scenarios through fuzzy programming. And then, the choice of scenarios can be conducted by expected value model. In the end, the further research fields are also discussed.

Abstract: Structured Cabling is not a demonstrative course, but a course to stimulate students’ learning interest and to improve experiment’s efficiency. Unfortunately there are some disadvantages for experimental instruments on the present market, such as low testing speed, low automation level and less functions, etc. A multi-processor structure is proposed in this paper, which consists of a 32-bit ARM processor S3C2440 and a 8-bit Single Chip Microcomputer STC89LE54. This structure is used to develop a new network cabling experimental instrument, which is based on embedded system. The instrument can achieve precise processing, such as synchronous data acquisition for wire cores of 32 standard network lines according to EIA/TIA568A Standard or EIA/TIA568B Standard, display and data storage, etc. The instrument has characteristics of high efficiency, fast response, automatic identification, and ease of use. It is used to implement consistency between teaching and job training. Therefore it has high practical value.

The construction of forewarning management control system has great benefits on reducing accident. As it transforms the management model of the coal mine from afterwards controls to beforehand control. Forewarning management control system that composed by subsystem, data storage layer and show layer have the functions of.
