Abstract: Characteristics of elemental fluorine and carbon-fluorine bonds were analyzed. The barrier and oil-resistance properties of direct fluorination of HDOE were unveiled from molecule structure. The HDPE surface fluorination results in the increase of surface energy, cross link to some extent and shrinkage of polymer free volume.The application of direct fluorination of HDPE in oil in oil ＆ gas storage and transportation fields were reviewed, including oil and gas pipe,plastic petrol-tanks and HDPE impermeable membrane applied in oil tank foundation. After direct fluorination processing, the anti-corrosion and the permeability to hydrocarbons of HDPE pipes are strengthened. With the development of technology, it will be the trend that the multi-layer fuel tanks replace the single layer fuel tanks. The HDPE is applied as the outermost layer of multi-layer structure to ensure the processing property and the impact resistance in low temperature.

Abstract: It’s important to control telecom equipment maintenance outsourcers’ performance in outsourcing decision-making process by selecting the proper evaluation indexes. This paper sets up a new comprehensive evaluation method based on statistics distance with weight to assess outsourcer’s performance. Ten indexes are choosed to determine which are good service providers from the ability and effort degree of their work, including failure rate, failure loss, service level, maintenance price, management fee, arrive time, repair time, customer relationship, maintenance engineer and tool machine. Each index has its own expert’s weight. We classify different service grades and calculate the real distance of every maintenance outsourcer by Euclidean distance. Then the performance of each equipment maintenance outsourcer can be inspected from the calculation result. Through the application in telecom company we testify its advantages compared with other evaluation methods.

Abstract: Engineering equipment is an important element of modern information operation. Because of the special operational function, engineering equipment will be confronted with more attack and damage probabilities than other equipments. Nowadays maintain is become an important factor to keep and even improve operation effectiveness of engineering equipment, and maintainability test is the main means to evaluate engineering equipment’s maintainability. But according to late information of maintainability test study, guide and experience are lacked in engineering application of engineering equipment’s maintainability test, and many problems are existed in engineering equipment’s maintainability test obstinately. To improve ways of engineering equipment’s maintainability test and evaluate engineering equipment’s maintainability more scientifically, the content and the procedure of engineering equipment’s maintainability test are brought forward.

Abstract: As a social entrepreneurship spirit capital is an important component of economic growth and the development of the enterprise, is the source of enterprise nature influence key, it belongs to high level enterprise culture category, in improving the social economic growth, promoting social development shows the importance of increasing unprecedented. As the competition pattern of change, cultivate the spirit of the entrepreneur has become a topic of concern. In this, this paper expounds the connotation of the spirit of the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur should have the quality, the entrepreneur spirit on the economic development of the important role, and then concrete analysis the current lack of entrepreneurial spirit, and the reasons and analysed from three aspects the influence factors of the entrepreneurial spirit, finally from seven aspects, points out that the spirit of the entrepreneur to cultivate and constructing method.
