Abstract: In the paper “Research of calculation method of young female body circumference based on 3d body scanning point and cloud diagrams”, regression value of each girth has a certain error. The reason might be different methods of classification. In order to analysis the reason, in the paper error distribution and comparison between girth regression value and actual measurement data were analyzed which classified with 0.1 and 0.05 category files by using SPSS16.0 software. More accurate methods can be obtained to simulate three dimensions which can provide effective applications to three dimension body scanner and lay a foundation to the research of pants and skirts auto-generation pattern system.

Abstract: In the era of mass production, bulk and individual customizing is the ultimate purpose of the clothing processing. Now, how to make the customized body dimensions generated automatically is the foundation of Agile Manufacturing. The allowance of clothes can be provided according to the style and size of the clothing, and the function of mapping the human dimensions to measurements is a part of The Clothing CAD system .This paper introduced the detail of design and implement on the demand of the system which is made up of two parts. The first part of the system can classify the body dimensions according to diffferent criteria; when the body dimensions and the clothing style are fixed ,the second part will search in the Expert Knowledge database, and finally, the most optimalizing allowance of clothes is given. With this system, personalized customization of garment will come true under the condition of volume-produce; it will not only improves the efficiency, but also increases the accuracy of the customization.

Abstract: To prepare a kind of high performance fiber, Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) are used as a filler to produce SWNTs/cellulose composite fibers using ionic liquid as solvent. The thermal properties, mechanical properties and structure of the composite fibers are investigated. The WAXD measurements show that SWNTs/cellulose composite fibers are cellulose Ⅱcrystal structure. The results obtained from thermal gravimetric analysis indicate that the addition of low nanotubes amounts leads to an increase in the degrade temperature. The tensile mechanical properties show that initial modulus and tensile strength considerably increase in the presence of nanotubes with a maximum for 77.8% and 27.2%.

Abstract: In order to develop a Jade nylon-based fibers knitting blend yarn which has reasonable price, good wearing characteristics, and can highlight the function of Jade fiber, we selected 1.27dtex Jade nylon-based fibers and 1.67dex viscose filament to blend, twisted them into a yarn, and designed four kinds of blending ratio and three kinds of twist ratio. By testing cool degree and wearing characteristics of indexes of the fabric which was knitted by the flat knitting machine with them, combined with mathematical fuzzy evaluation theory to evaluate these indexes, and taking the wearing characteristics, price, reflection of Jade fiber the three aspects into account, we come to the conclusion that jade nylon-based fibers blended knitting yarn, blend ratio of 35:65, twist of 800 twists / m are for the best.

Abstract: Basalt fiber is highly active when react with cement, thus was used as a replacement of steel rebar to enhance the flexural performance of cement mortar. Basalt fiber and its grid fabric were used in this study. The resulting bending strength revealed that the bending strength of short fiber and grid fabric reinforced mortar were improved 29.4% and 49.03%, respectively. The bending strength of mortar reinforced by the combination of short fiber and grid fabric increased up to 59.57%, which is significant.

Abstract: The grafting polymerization reaction of hemp fibers and acrylonitrile was studied in this paper, discussed hyperchromatic solution of hemp fibers. The morphology, structure and chemical composition of hemp fiber after and before grafting polymerization treatment were analyzed through SEM, XRD and FTIR. Results showed that grafting percentage and dyeing percentage were all enhanced because of grafting polymerization treatment on hemp fiber.

Abstract: Photocatalytic degradation of oily wastewater using Nano-TiO2 was studied.First Nano-TiO2 powder with photocatalytic activity were prepared by sol-gel progress.Second the photo-degradation of oily wastewater on titanium dioxide was investigated. The reaction also features the photocatalytic activity of Nano-TiO2. Finally, the mechanisms of photo-oxidation were discussed.

Abstract: In the current study, the finite element analysis was used to simulate the change in electric field intensity due to the change of needle diameter and length, receiving distance, voltage and the spacing between needles located in a row. The resulting conclusion could be used to guide the design and manufacture of electrospinning machines at industrial scale.

Abstract: By using the geometry modeling software Pro/E, the three-dimensional model of hydraulic shield support has been built. Considering of the loading conditions and displacement constraints which the hydraulic shield support suffers from under the actual working conditions, the static strength and fatigue strength of the hydraulic shield support were analyzed by FEM when they were in two different typical working conditions of the support height, and the weakest part which was discovered in the analysis was improved in its structure. The study results showed that the designed hydraulic shield support could meet the requests of the static strength and fatigue strength. The column of the hydraulic shield support and the ear plate which locates in the connection area of the column and the push beam are the weakest parts. The counterforce given by the ground mainly focuses on the mid-back position of the hydraulic shield support, which meets the requirements of saving labor when they were removed. In the Finite Element Analysis when the reinforcement ribs were added to the ear plate, we found that the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 150 MPa and the fatigue life coefficient is reduced markedly as well. The possibility of the fatigue breakage was decreased largely after the structure was modified and the service life of the hydraulic shield support was improved. These prove that the improvement of the hydraulic shield support structure is reasonable and feasible.
