Abstract: This paper explained question of semi-worsted knitted the hair—slip and pi1ling issue,and it’s limit to resolve this problem by improving the equipment. This paper resolve this problem by chemical finish ,formula and condition is castor-oil plant oil modify acrylic acid polyurethane(bulk density 3%),soak time(10min),drying time(3min),drying time(125°C),PH(7),Softeners(2%);the result is lousiness and pilling grade(≧4),handle (soft),bent long(≦7cm), ventilation property(≧1032.2L/m2•s), white content(≧87).

Abstract: By means of analysing and studying the basic characteristics of the comfortability, built basic structural model and model of the shoes comfortability study, stated the constituent elements of the shoes comfortability study, inferred the investigative methods of sports shoes material interfacial comfortability, clarified the material interface as an essential role in the comfortability of sports shoes, offered foundation for sports shoes' manufacture, fabric improvement and research and development of products.

Abstract: In this paper, with the ANSYS, stress distribution and safety factor of stationary power generation diesel engine connecting rod were analyzed by using 3D finite element method. The results show that the position of maximum principal stress is transition location of small end and connecting rod shank at maximum compression condition. The value of stress is 176 MPa in dangerous position. Maximum deformation is 0.0713mm. Safety factor is 1.86. The oil-hole of small end is the exposed destructive positions at maximum stretch condition. Maximum stress value is 67.7 MPa in dangerous position. Maximum deformation is 0.0145mm.

Abstract: This paper took KES fabric style instrument to test and evaluate basic physical properties and comprehensive style of 22 kinds of cashmere knitted fabrics or cashmere and yak cashmere blended knitted fabrics which have different structure, found basic structure parameters and mechanical property index were significantly correlated with cashmere knitted fabric style by correlation analysis, took BP neural network to analyze and train experimental data, established the model of cashmere knitted fabric style evaluation which is better to provide basis for practical production.

Abstract: China is an important power in global multi-comb raschel lace manufacturing. According to statistics, more than 70% lace fabric of the world is produced by China. But China is not the powerful country in the pattern design of multi-comb raschel lace and there is a large gap between foreign countries and China. So it’s very urgent for our domestic designers to develop patterns with our own national characteristics continuously during the studying from the foreign countries. This research will provide useful references to domestic related enterprise in innovation and development.

Abstract: In this research, 425 female students were selected as the research objects. Point clouds were obtained by 3D body scanner , then the characteristics of female lower body parts’ (waist, abdomen, buttock) section shapes were identified .And the sizes of the width and thickness were measured by a data acquisition software named Imageware.The front and back circumferences were analysed by software of SPSS16.0.This research is main to provide a new method to divide and calculate body front and back circumferences, laying the foundation for fitting of women clothes.

Abstract: For it is difficult to machining inner surface of small diameter pipes, abrasive flow machine (AFM) had been tested to polish the inner surface. Pipe inner surface AFM experiment and AFM defects remove experiment were carried out on MB9211 AFM machine, and conclusions were obtained that AMF is a very effective process to polish pipe inner surface, roughness significantly reduce after processing and can remove certain surface defects.

Abstract: This article discusses the design method of bedding embroidery patterns, such as abstract simplification, Exaggerated beautification, alienation perspective, adding imagination and scattered layout; the decorative positions of embroidery pattern are centerpiece decoration, edge decoration and the change of decoration; Diversified technology of bedding embroidery patterns are decoration of the appearance accessories and analysis of the related factors and other decorations. Beautiful embroidery patterns and appropriate decorative techniques can not only play the role of sugar-coat textile bedding, but also enhance the aesthetic interest and artistic decoration design value.

Abstract: In this research, 425 female college students aged from 18 to 26 were selected as samples, using 3D body scanner to get the body Point-cloud image, and measure the thickness, width and girth size of characteristic body parts(waist, abdomen, hip) ; By studying the circumferences sections of characteristic body parts, body type is classified according to thickness / width ratio; The correlation of circumference with thickness and width is analyzed, the circumference calculating equations for different body size is obtained, then the reasonableness of the method is tested, which providing a reference for the human body circumference automatically generated from 2D images.
