Abstract: This paper describes the design and implementation of a low-cost robot control system based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The robot is a 2-DoF (Degrees of Freedom) purely translational mechanism, which has potential application in food and electronics industry for high speed pick-and-place operation. Combined with a conveyor belt, it can make 3-DoF purely translation motion. In this paper, the inverse kinematics, forward kinematics, singularity, and workspace analysis are presented. The control system architecture and software design is also introduced. The prototype is exhibited at last.

Abstract: Misfiring fault is one of the common faults of automobile engines. This paper presents an algorithm based improved neural network which is used for misfiring fault. It calculates the memberships of inputs and initializes the weights and thresholds of the neural network by genetic algorithm firstly, and then trains the improved neural network and uses it for diagnosis. By applying GUI function of MATLAB, a new man-machine interaction interface was designed. The results of experiment indicate that this algorithm can effectively carry out misfiring fault diagnosis.

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of the oil drilling process and the existing problems of traditional simulation system, a new distributed drilling simulation model was established based on Multi-Agent system (MAS) technology. By means of autonomous, cooperative and reactive characteristic of Agent, the drilling laws and phenomenon can be reflected promptly and accurately under any circumstances. The MAS modeling for oil drilling simulation, the structure and knowledge representation of each Agent and the communication among Agents are described in detail. Finally, an Agent-based normal drilling well control simulation training example was given. The simulation results show that the simulator based on Multi-Agent system has better performances than traditional drilling simulators, and enhances the integrated training function of the drilling simulation system.

Abstract: Presented in this paper are a prototype design for a cable-suspended robot mechanism with two dimensions of free movement, a position feedback strategy, and an embedded control system. In addition, a novel positioning metrology is also proposed such that the Jacobian Matrix can be formed directly through measurement, which contributes greatly to the robot path planning. This cable-suspended robot can be applied to firefighting in high-rise buildings as a novel approach to providing rescue capabilities beyond those of traditional aerial ladders.

Abstract: A synchronous detection NC system is introduced based on an open multiracial PMAC controller and Panasonic servo motor where IPC is used as host computer, PMAC as control system center, and Panasonic servo AC system is used as drive. The PID control model of the servo motor is built with Simulink. When Kp equals to 0.55, KI equals to 1. 8, and KD equals to 0. 04, the simulation is carried out and the result meets the requirement of 0. 05 second. By using Honey Bee NC cutting machine to complete synchronous detection and control of the two servo motors, the synchronous operation error is obtained. The result shows that the servo motor synchronous control system, whose absolute average of relation deviation is 2.919%, reaches the requirements of technology and precision of gas cutting NC system.

Abstract: Redundancy technology is very important to improve the reliability and fault tolerant of redundant flight control computer for unmanned aerial vehicle. The key technology is redundancy management strategies and methods. The redundancy management strategies and methods are researched based on hardware redundancy and software management for the sample redundant flight control computer The redundancy management strategies make full use of the advantages of distributed systems and the CAN bus transmission characteristics, and solve the problem of fault diagnosis and fault treatment and system reconfiguration. Results show that the strategies meet the design specifications of application requirements.

Abstract: Regarding the characteristic of the architecture of the sample redundant flight control computer based on CAN (control area network) bus, a bus protocol of internal communication based on time-triggered is presented. The protocol-frame, data-frame, synchronization arithmetic of internal communication are designed. According to the protocol, the communication between the CPU (central processing unit) and each other function unit can be reliable. At the same time, if some node of the network were failure, CPU can check it reliably and then carry through relevant switch logic to realize the redundancy management. The results of the experimentation show that according to the bus protocol designed in this paper, the internal communication of the FCC (flight control computer) was reliable, at the same time, the fault-detect and redundancy management can be realized.

Abstract: In order to improve the real-time character of missile radiator tracking and solve the predicting tracking problem when missile radiator shortly shelter or missing, it introduces moving target predicting and tracking technology. According to the predicting and tracking method, it proposes three predicting and tracking overall schemes of missile radiator based on Kalman filtering and improved Mean-Shift algorithm. Also it compares the real-time character of three kinds of schemes. According to the trajectory character of missile radiator, it constructs Kalman filter. The experiment results indicate that by using Kalman filtering technology, there are improvements in real-time character and shortly shelter or missing problem can be solved well. It plays a certain compensation function to the whole system.

Abstract: Measuring the relative distance, relative speed and target acceleration under knowing only angular information is called a "passive track" problem to target. Because of the noise in measuring result, it is necessary to describe a "passive track" problem by nonlinear random system. This paper researches optimal end guidance law about target-seeking UAV under passive guidance. As a simulation result, optimal end guidance law attacking fixed target is superior to constant coefficient proportion guidance law.

Abstract: Aiming at the low degree and the poor real-time quality of the old monitoring system at present, this paper develops direction discrimination and velocity prediction algorithm in order to detect the parameters of moving object and then to control camera to track the abnormal moving target. Field test and operation prove that the system has a good tracking performance and stability.
