Abstract: At present, the crane metal structure cracks are ignored based on the traditional strength theory in the crane engineering design. As enlarging of crane mechanics, although their maximum stress don’t exceed allowed stress, recently considerable number of serious crane accidents happened, that are caused by the fracture because of crack faults. It is essential to analyze crack growth based on fracture mechanics in design or diagnose. The crack analysis consists of determination of the crack growth trajectory and calculation of crack growth rate. In generally, the crack of crane is supposed as I-mode in the engineer application. So the crack growth trajectory can be determinated without calculation, which simply cracks trajectory analysis. Then the crack growth rate will be calculated according to the Paris formula. The Paris’s formula is put forward as the form of the relation between stress value and crack length often. To improve the precision, a new method is put forward in the paper. According to the method, the form of Paris’s formula is function of the stress intensity factor (SIF). The new method is valid and high precision through the comparing with the boundary collocation method and the traditional method. And then an example of crack growth analysis on crane is given; the analysis procedure is described also. The method has a benefit to prevent fracture failure and it is supplement to the traditional strength design method also

Abstract: The capabilities of 3G network are steadily increasing and provide the great flexibility of remote mointor and surveillance while being mobile. We propose the use of Web services in our system in order to solve interoperability issues between the stationary mointor center and moving client. so that the remote monitoring and controling can be carrid out by using the video carema and infrared transceiver according to the user's instructions. To explore this paradigm and to gain an understanding of these issues, we have implemented a Smart Home System where the householders can can control the electrical appliances and have real-time view in their home by using their mobile phone.

Abstract: Energy efficiency is a critical issue for sensornetwork. In this paper, we propose an energy efficient context adaptive MAC protocol for wireless sensor networks. The existing approaches try to minimize energy consumption by controlling the duty cycle of transmission period. The New-MAC forecast energy according to the Markov chain, then adjusts the duty cycle through the energy size, then adjusts the duty cycle through the energy size. Computer simulation using NS2 reveals that the proposed protocol significantly reduces the energy consumption compared with the existing S-MAC.

Abstract: An adapting dynamic inversion guidance law developed by using integral of time multiply by absolute error (ITAE) performance index for a hypersonic vehicle was studied. As a nominal trajectory, Maximum-Range glide trajectory was obtained by using collocation and successive quadratic programming. Dynamic inversion technique was employed to produce a guidance law which contains two PID controllers. To find optimal guidance parameters, ITAE criteria were used to tune the PID parameters. The numerical result showed that the guidance law was simple and efficient for a hypersonic vehicle flies along the optimal trajectory.

Abstract: A printed open-ended slot antenna is designed for mobile phone application. The slot has a hybrid structure of a rectangle and a circle cut out of a 60mm×115mm ground plane, and fed by a microstrip line with a circular patch connected to a bent strip on the upper part of the patch. The proposed antenna provides a wide -6dB bandwidth covering 1.73-11GHz. It can be used in DCS1800, PCS1900, UMTS2000, TD-SCDMA, Bluetooth, LTE2.5GHz, WiMax, and UWB

Abstract: A new neural network with High-Dimension-Input Multi-Input layers based on production control is proposed; its construction figure and algorithm are given as well in this paper. Because the new neural network can be seen as the result of moving some input dot of BP neural network to its hide layers, it is of few weigh value. In addition as the position of input dots in new neural network may be chosen according to production flow, as long as the chose is suitable, it can obtain a better effect than BP neural network. This paper uses the new neural network to the modeling of hot steel rolling production quality and compares the result with that of BP neural network. The fact shows that as number of weight values is decreased, the new neural network is of fast leaning rate and simultaneously can get a better result than BP neural network.

Abstract: The mathematical model of Two-Phase flow of water and gas in aquifer is established based on the Darcy linear percolation law and law of conservation of mass of fluid mechanics. According to the fully implicit difference method, time and spatial discretization of the model lead to a set of nonlinear equations, which can be transferred into a group of linear equations. The linear equations can be solved using the Jacobi-iteration pretreatment because of its high stability and fast convergence speed of the solution positively. The distribution of the saturation and formation pressure with time in the process of gas injection is analyzed by using the mathematical model. The results show that the gas saturation increases with the gas injection rate, the permeability and reservoir thickness increasing whereas the formation pressure increases slowly under same cumulative gas injection rate. The formation pressure increases at first and then decreases to reach a steady value.

Abstract: The iron and steel industry annually consumes about 10% of electricity in China, while the utilization efficiency is relatively low. A two-step energy-saving method for steel enterprise is proposed in this paper. The production plan is regulated to minimize the energy utilized in steel rolling. The electrical load is forecasted according to the optimized steel-rolling plan and the reactive power is compensated to minimize the active power loss and voltage fluctuation. Practical application in Jigang Group Co., Ltd shows the efficiency of the proposed method.

Abstract: To determine fatigue life of Loader transmission and to analyze machine power for different user, the torque loads of wheel loader transmission are tested and calibrated with the method of four sections per cycle. The disturbed signals are filtered by low-passed filter, and anomalous spikes are eliminated with the NSOFT. And contrastively analyzes the disposal effect of signal, then acquires pure random load-time course. It concludes that one Hz of the low-pass filter frequency is suitable, and the test signal is in line with the actual work of Loader. These provide the base for getting load spectrum and virtual test on wheel loader transmission.

Abstract: Linear Motors have been used more and more widely in high precision and high-speed linear motion for CNC machine tools, but uniform testing standards and methods for linear motor performance have not been established in China. Based on the virtual instrument software platform by means of computer technology, research and development of the test platform for synthetic performance parameters of linear motors can realize the rapid and accurate measurement, automatic storage and processing of linear-motor output, currents, positions, temperatures and other performance parameters. , Meanwhile, the platform can also provide the technical direction for design or improvement of linear motors, and technically support the formulation of related standards. Experiments showed that the test platform for synthetic performance parameters of linear motors can achieve high precision and automatic measurement to meet the testing requirements for synthetic performance of linear motors.
