Abstract: This study discusses construct an Integer Nonlinear Programming (INLP) mathematical model is presented to solve the Two-Sided assembly line balancing problem (TALB) of Type-3. The mathematical models proposed in this paper are constructed by the syntax of Lingo, and the built-in “global solver” is selected as the solving method to conduct the searching of global optimum solutions. Therefore, the Type-3 of TALB for optimal distribution by the mathematical models proposed in this study to be solved. This study creates a highly repeated characteristic because of the adoption of Lingo packaged software. Finally, the tests are carried out on a well-known benchmark set of problem, and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model is efficient.

Abstract: A 60kV/6kW full-digital high voltage power supply for electronic beam welder (EBW) is designed. The power is composed of DSP, CPLD, IPM etc. It has realized the automatic adjustment of high voltage, over-voltage and over-current protection, and rapid recovery from high voltage self-discharge. The test proves that high voltage power supply has reached design goal and satisfied the actual requirements of welding technology.

Abstract: With the rapid development of database technology and the explosive data growth, we urgently need a new smart technology to help us translate data into useful knowledge and information; so data mining generate. In this paper, We use the classification and regression trees algorithm to mine the data supplied by a factory and acquire some knowledge which can promote the efficiency of the production and reduce the cost. It proved that this method can improve production and reduce the cost efficiency.

Abstract: Controller Area Network (CAN) is widely used in real-time automobile control and is gaining wider acceptance as a standard for factory automation. This paper discusses the applicability of Rate Monotonic (RM) techniques to the scheduling of CAN messages. Rate Monotonic can guarantee higher network utilization, but it is difficult to implement in periodic data networks or local buses. The paper mainly analyzes the RM scheduling algorithm and then establishes the simulation model about the algorithm based on CAN bus, and analyzes the effect in this situation of experiment.

Abstract: It’s important to measure inlet total pressure field for aeroengine. Firstly, test scheme is discussed. Three pectinate total pressure probes, which can be rotated with an additional straight ring segment around the engine axis, are used to measure the total pressure field. The radial distribution of test points is designed via Tchebycheff integral method. Radial average and circumferential average are calculated according to the field data via area averaging method. At last the total pressure field is visualized via mapping the data to colors. Test results show that the total pressure distribution in main airflow is evener than that in boundary layers and the thickness of inner and outer ring boundary layer can be estimated.

Abstract: The waste heat boiler is an important part of waste heat power station in cement plant. So it is highly important to control the drum level of waste heat boiler within the allowed range. A Double-Stage fuzzy controller which is used to control the drum level of the waste heat boiler is presented in this paper. This method adds a secondary fuzzy controller to adjust the weight of the first fuzzy controller’s factor on the basis of a general fuzzy controller. Simulation results show that the double-stage fuzzy control system has fast respond speed, high precision and strong anti-jamming capability.

Abstract: Along with the development of domestic wind power and the maturement of technology, equipment in the wind farm and monitoring system provided by multiple vendors will not be compatible with each other and it is not easy to make unified maintenance and management on wind power plant. The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has drafted the IEC61400-25 series standard which faces communication for monitoring and control wind power plant for the problems above. In the demand of market competition and expansion of wind farm, IEC61400 will finally become a trend that monitoring system of communication must follow. Aiming at popular communication for monitoring and control wind power plant based on Web Services, this paper has analysed the mapping between IEC61400-25 and Web Services, proposed a concrete solution of engineering implementation,constructed the system structure of communication for monitoring and control wind power plant, designed software module structure of Web Services service of wind power, solved the problem of compatible between the communication for monitoring and control wind power plant based on Web Services and IEC61400-25 standard.

Abstract: In order to reduce the tilt moment and yaw moment caused by asymmetric wind, aerodynamic model for individual pitch control of large-scale wind turbines was established. Because the aerodynamic model have characteristics of multiple variables, strong coupling and time-varying, First, it was converted into a linear time-invariant and non-coupled model utilizing a coordinate transformation, and so the controller design was simplified. Finally, take wind shearing as a disturbance and designed two independent PID controllers, simulated a 1.5MW wind turbines. The results show that individual pitch control greatly reduced the moment and yaw moment of wind turbine.

Abstract: Internal arcing faults in the high voltage switchgear may cause serious damage to the equipment and fatal injury to personnel. To simulation the fault arcs based on appropriate calculation methods can not only shorten the development period of arc resistant switchgear, but also save the development cost. In this paper, based on KYN28-12(Z) switchgear, three-dimensional mathematical model of pressure relief channel of circuit breaker chamber in switchgear is established by using the GAMBIT software, then simulate the process of internal arcing in switchgear by adopting FLUENT software. The influence of the length and depth of pressure relief vent, also the loading position of arc discussed in the simulation.

Abstract: In order to assure the inverter could operate either from rectifier utility power or battery packs to provide regulated sinusoidal power for ac motor, a boost chopper with flexible input voltages and constant output voltage usually used to offer the link dc voltage to ac drive system. In this paper, the objective is to propose a new control scheme to assure the boost chopper has good dynamic performance under the disturbance of input voltage and load. The mathematic model of the boost chopper based on PWM three-terminal switch device is discussed. The test results show that the proposed control system has robust performance with whether the disturbance of input voltage or loads.
