Abstract: Innovation of economic management is the basic in the developing of material flow, we state the importance for material flow developing, and introduce the management of electronic commerce and it’s innovation, analyze the future developing and innovative concept for material flow, and supply the basic for strong developing of material flow. Along with great development of Chinese economy level and increase of the standard of peoples’ living, the volume of trade at home and abroad is constantly increasing, and the growth of trade items will provide good opportunity of development and wide space for domestic material flow market. The smooth operation of logistics mode needs management the theory support from economic management. With the feedback of practice, people further develop the innovation of logistics management theory, use the improving and perfecting of theories to form a powerful theory system so that we can repeatedly use it to guide practice and make our logistics mode tend to being perfect step by step from a wide level. The synchronous improvement of peoples’ living standard has provided good opportunity of development for the logistics enterprises and also provided convenience and tangible benefits for peoples’ life, which lay the foundation for another improvement of Chinese peoples’ life and the construction of harmonious society.

Abstract: This paper presents a Hybrid Iterative Local Search Heuristic and its framework, whose aim lies on helping to escape from local optima when a construction heuristic, for the VRP, has been trapped. The approach was mainly inspired by basic and modified versions of related successfully applied heuristics such as Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) and Granular Local Search (GLS). Differently to a great deal of local search heuristics revised, which mainly consider a single decision criterion, multiple optimization criteria are considered all along the local search and a Multiple Criteria Threshold has been proposed allowing defining which arcs must be included in a candidate list to explore, this considerably reduces the search area and has a major incidence in the satisfaction of the clients. The proposal is enriched with a good literature review, taking into account some of the gaps and achievements of the states of the art and practice.

Abstract: Total productive maintenance (TPM) is a people-intensive, preventive maintenance system for maximizing equipment effectiveness in the enterprise. The concept of TPM was originally suggested by Nakajima (1988) who proposed overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) as a metric for evaluating the progress of TPM, which is interpreted as the multiplication of availability, performance and quality. This paper aims to study and investigate the implementation of a TPM to improve the OEE in manufacturing enterprises. In today’s industrial scenario huge losses occur in the manufacturing shop floor. These losses are due to operators, maintenance personal, process, tooling problems and non-availability of components in time etc. The quality related waste are of significant importance as they matter the company in terms of time, material and the hard earned reputation of the company. There are also other invisible losses like operating the machines below the rated speed, start up loss, break down of the machines and bottle necks in process. Zero oriented concepts such as zero tolerance for losses, defects, break down and zero accidents are becoming a pre-requisite in the manufacturing and assembly industry. In this situation, a TPM is the answer to resolve the above said problems which helps in benefitting the growth prospects of any organization.

Abstract: This paper presents the experimental and analytical results of different cutting fluid supply strategies—dry, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) and flood turning in terms of the surface finish of turned parts. Subsequently, the influence of independent input parameters on surface finish is investigated in order to optimize their effects. Three techniques—traditional analysis, Pareto ANOVA analysis, and the Taguchi method—are employed. Initially mild steel AISI 1030 has been selected as the work material. The results indicate that the cutting fluid supply strategy has insignificant influence on the surface finish of turned parts. However, the amount of cutting fluid in MQL showed some influence. Further research on two additional materials, aluminum 6061 and alloy steel AISI 4340, reveals that the surface roughness for different work materials is influenced differently by the cutting fluid supply strategies and there is a scope for optimizing the cutting fluid supply strategy in terms of both method and the amount of cutting fluid. This will reduce the amount of cutting fluids used and consequently, their negative impact on the environment, by avoiding unnecessary applications.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of railway accidents and safe operation, a dynamic multi-ring evaluation index (DMEI), whose structure was dynamic and reconfigurable logically, was proposed in the paper. And, Based on the structure of this evaluation index system, an analysis method based on accident chain analysis, which was improved from the order relation analysis method, was proposed in this paper. The improved method can be applied to the safety assessment of railway operation system. Last, by using the safety evaluation method proposed in this paper, the evaluation simulation of railway system operation was done, and then the evaluation results were analyzed and explained in theory.

Abstract: The task of designing product forms is becoming increasingly challenging as consumers demand visually pleasing products that meet functional requirements. Researchers have been working on product concept generation systems that support designers in exploring design spaces to produce large numbers of product concepts from which possible solutions can be selected and developed. Such systems typically utilize the searching capabilities of metaheuristic techniques to explore solution spaces and generate variations of product forms. Recent research work in this domain has focused on hybrid approaches that combine metaheuristic techniques with other methods such as shape description and neural network approaches. This paper provides a review of the application, effectiveness and prospects for these approaches.

Abstract: Coal mining is an integrated trade which involves the geology, well ventilated, transportation, electricity and environmental protection and so on. The mining industry has labor intensity, bad work condition, many harm factors. Each kind of virulent noxious gas, coal dust, fire, electromechanical device are all immediate danger to operate personnel's safety and healthy. Well-balanced and suitable ventilation is the postulate to keep the health of underground worker and the safety of the production. We take air quantity of laneway as the research emphasis, considering the release of state regulations on coal min. We figure out the optimum area of air quantity via building the optimization programming model, and realize an actual case study to interpret the process of the probabilistic risk analysis (PRA) with statistic theory. We take the theory to the actual production. We establish a MIS base on the theory. In the process of establishing the system, we use the object-oriented analysis method and the B/S structure, take JAVA as the development kit, and realize the risk analysis system. Then the risk manager can take the corresponding monitoring measure.

Abstract: In this study we propose metaheuristic optimization algorithm, in which simulated annealing, multi agent approach with fuzzy logic are used. On the first level of solution search the multi agent approach is used, and on the second level – the simulated annealing. Two types of routing were considered: a serial and a parallel one. The multi-agent approach emphasizes flexibility rather than the optimality of solutions. On the other hand, search approaches such as simulated annealing, which focus more on the optimality of solutions.

Abstract: Balancing a production line means to organize the activity of the human operators, to establish the production flux and designing the line, minimizing the idle time for the machines and the operators, through an optimal charge bestowed upon them. WinQSB software offers three methods of solving this type of problem, namely: heuristic techniques (a basic method is specified and an alternative one from all the available ones), Optimizing Best Bud Search and Computer Method of Sequencing Operations for Assembly Lines, presented all in the present paper.
