Abstract: In the design of wrapping hoist, the roller strength is always a larger problem. In this paper, diameter, wall thickness and side plate thickness of the roller were selected as design variables, and volume of the roller acts as object function. Through analyzing its inner stresses, the mechanical model and mathematical model were set up. Adopting the optimization method of covering complex and VB programming software, an application software of a hoist roller optimization design was got. An example is used to verify correctness and practicability of the software. This optimization design method has practical significance on reducing the weight and material of a hoist roller.

Abstract: In this paper, ZnIn2S4 crystals are synthesized in one step at 45°C~65°C by using hydrothermal method and the sample is identified via such technologies as scanning electron microscope, x ray diffraction and UV-visible spectrum. The results show that: hexagonal structured crystals can be prepared at the above-mentioned synthetic temperature; as to the sample obtained at 65°C, its average grain size is about 20~50um and it has a petal-like surface. Taking this ZnIn2S4 microsphere as a catalyst to catalyze the degradation of methyl orange under visible light, the degradation rate of the methyl orange after 2h illumination is above 97% and 100% after 2.5h. This indicates relatively high activity of degrading methyl orange.

Abstract: New compounds of sodium samarium titanate Na0.5Sm4.5Ti4O15 and sodium europium titanate Na0.5Eu4.5Ti4O15 were synthesized successfully by solid state reaction at 1300 oC and 1200 oC, respectively. The lattice parameters of Na0.5Sm4.5Ti4O15 and Na0.5Eu4.5Ti4O15 were determined at ordinary temperature by using X-ray powder diffraction method. Their Lattice types were determined, and their patterns were indexed. Polycrystalline X-ray diffraction data of sodium samarium titanate were listed. Differences of their crystal structures were analyzed and discussed.

Abstract: The situation of heat recovery of the waste gas with high temperature produced by rotary hearth furnace has been introduced at first, and further more, on the base of actual instance of the pilot which named as comprehensive utilization pilot of vanadium-titanium magnetite in Pangang. Several schemes about the heat recovery of high temperature waste gas have been proposed. The operation conditions of the scheme applied by the pilot also have been introduced. With the application of this scheme, it can make full recovery of the waste heat and 55% of energy can be recovered. Making full use of the heat of waste gas adapts to the social demand of energy conservation and emission reduction and gains better economic and social benefits.

Abstract: Towards the insufficiency of the research on asymmetric shape defects control, and the equipment of new asymmetric shape control device—inverse symmetric roll bending for UCM cold mill, in this paper, by ANSYS finite element simulation, high-precision rolls-strip coupling models were established, and the difference of control character among all the symmetric and asymmetric shape control methods were analyzed, then generalized overall shape setting control models with asymmetric shape control function was proposed. It was proved by field application that the control models can effectively control asymmetric and high-order shape defects with the coordination of all the symmetric and asymmetric shape control methods. Consequently, expansive research and apply prospect should be expected.

Abstract: Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using the silk sericin (SS) solution by in situ reduction at room temperature is reported. The effect of pH on the reduction reaction is studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The structure of the sericin-based silver nanoparticles is characterized by TEM. According to the TEM images, the average size of the silver nanoparticles is about 16 nm. The silver nanoparticles are highly dispersed and stable in silk sericin solution for monthes.

Abstract: Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was successfully immobilized on vertically oriented TiO2 nanotube arrays (NTAs), which was prepared by seeded-growth mechanism. The nanotubular structure of TiO2 was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). After encapsulated HRP on TiO2 nanotube arrays, the direct electron transfer of HRP was observed.

Abstract: Pr substituted Bi3Fe5O12 crystallites were prepared by a hydrothermal method using Pr(NO3)•6H2O, Fe(NO3)•9H2O and Bi(NO3)3•5H2O as raw materials. XRD, SEM and PPMS were used to analyzed crystal phase, morphology and magnetism of the crystallites, respectively. XRD result showed that the Pr-substituted crystallites of different ratio present cubic garnet phase without impure phase; SEM result showed that morphology of the crystallites varies with the substitution ratio of Pr. Moreover, magnetism of the crystallites was studied. The crystallites present antiferromagnitsm.

Luminescence Properties of ZnS:Cu,Tm Semiconductor Nanocrystals Synthesize by a Hydrothermal Process
Abstract: ZnS:Cu,Tm nanocrystal with 15nm cubic structures have been synthesized by hydrothermal approach at 200°C. The photoluminescence (PL) properties and the effect of hydrothermal treatment time on the structure, morphology and PL spectra of ZnS:Cu,Tm samples have been studied. The as-obtained samples have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FT-IR spectra. The result indicated that the PL emission spectrum of codoped with Cu and Tm sample compares with undoped ZnS and doped with Cu alone samples has a significant changes, while the PL emission peak has red shift and PL emission intensity increased. The samples size and crystallization are increase with extending of the treatment time. However, when the hydrothermal treatment time is too long(>12h), the PL emission intensity of sample instead of decreased. Demonstrated changes in surface state of nanomaterials have a greater impact on its luminescence properties.

Abstract: Information quality (IQ) research has continued to evolve over the past decades to reflect changes in its practice and a deeper understanding of its business impact. Since information quality essentially represents an organization’s implementation of its business processes, typically, IQ assessment is the result of information actions. Based on the information intension confirming, the method to assess IQ before the information action has been presented. The model established analyses the IQ at two levels: the Syntax level and Intent level. Lastly, The IQ from these two levels has been evaluated by using the IQ function matrix and the Pattern Recognition theory. The result indicates that the method could detect the IQ questions in time, diagnose, backdate the IQ problem position, and search the causation.
