Abstract: Superfined TiC was successfully synthesized from mixtures of acetylene carbon black and TiSO4 through liquid-phase and subsequent heat treatment at a temperature that was considerably lower than that used in conventional carbonthermal reduction synthesis of TiC. Thermal decomposition of TiSO4, and carbothermal reduction of the mixtures were investigated by using thermogravimetry-differential thermal analyzer and x-ray diffraction analyzer.

Abstract: The computed tomography was introduced to track the development of cracks in cement matrix and Interfacial Transitional Zone (ITZ) of MgO concrete under load to failure and EDS and BEI was employed to investigate the enrichment characteristics of elements in vicinity of ITZ area. Results indicated that cracks intended to extend along boundary of ITZ area which aggravated ITZ as the weak link of concrete structure. The morphology of products of hydration in ITZ area and cement matrix was similar but differed in amount, size and crystal features. Elements Ca, Si, Al and Mg had tendency to enrich in ITZ zone but differed in accumulation extent in orders. MgO was non-uniformly distributed in concrete, fully mixed in construction though, richer in cement matrix than in ITZ, yet MgO later inclined to migrate to ITZ area and the gap in between was mitigated with in-depth hydration.

Abstract: Serial communication protocol doesn’t have a uniform format due to the differences of its hardware. Thus it’s inconvenience for the test and program design. Through the grammar analysis of the mainstream equipmen Serial protocol, found out a universal protocol format, and also it designed a universal protocol testing tool. It can be use widely for testing many serial communication protocol.

Abstract: This paper put forward a geometry feature recognition method of part drawing based on graph matching. Describe the constraints structure of geometric feature in geometric elements and those constraint relationships. Match sub-graph in contour closure graphics and those combination. Using linear symbol notation of chemical compounds in chemical database for reference, encode to constraint structure of geometry graphics, establish recognition mechanism of geometric characteristics by structure codes. Taking the fine-tune screw and fork parts for example, this method has been proved to be effective.

Abstract: Prepared rare-earth La modified amorphous ribbon by doping Rare-earth La in Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy. Investigated rare-earth content and annealing temperature as well as their influence on the magnetic induction effect and its amplitude. The results show that, when magnetic field is less than 1356 A/m, with the increase of Rare-earth content, the magnetic induction effect first increased and then decreased, when the magnetic field strength greater than 1356 A/m, the Rare-earth content influence little on magnetic induction effect, changing amplitude of magnetic induction effect shows first increased and then decreased with increasing Rare-earth content.

Abstract: A novel manufacturing and dissolving technology of filling particle for making foam ferrous metal by infiltration process has been developed. The filling particles were fabricated with a mixing method, and were bonded together through a heat treatment to form a sphere assembly in a mold. The results showed that the size of the filling particles 3-5mm and the concentration 20% of the hydrofluoric acid can meet the need .Based on the orthogonal experiments, shaping forming process and ratio of raw materials and solvent ae also investigated in this paper. The result show that 40% sodium silicate, 90% silica sand concentration and 1% of adhesive ratio have better foam ferrous metal. The thermodynamics and kinetics analyses show that the filling particle can be dissolved in the hydrofluoric acid solvent and good foam ferrous metal was obtained.

Abstract: The InP-based wafers with InGaAsP multiple Quantum Wells (QWs) were designed for the loss compensation of surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs). Electrical-pumped device was fabricated by conventional III-V processes and e-Beam lithography (EBL) technology. When forward voltage is added on the device, it is observed that the gain of the quantum wells at 1.55μm assist the propagation of SPPs.

Abstract: In this article, new tussah silk fibroin films with nano-TiB2 were prepared. The composite films were characterized by SEM、DSC、TG、XRD and IR. The experiment showed that the nano-TiB2 particle was dispersed in the regenerated silk fibroin. DSC revealed that the Tm of the composite films were increased TG showed stability of the composite films could be increased also. XRD showed the conformation of the composite films changed from typical silk I to typical silk II .The experiment of IR showed that these conclusions were right.

Abstract: The billets of AlMg0.9Si0.7 alloy, which were cast through the direct chill (DC) casting process of low superheat, were analyzed to study the effect of casting velocity on the surface quality and the morphology of primary α grains. The results show that the nucleating quantity of primary α grains in the melt is increased obviously due to the low pouring temperature during DC casting of low superheat. The suitable temperature gradient in front of the solid-liquid interface is obtained by changing the casting velocity, and the dendritic growth of the primary α grains is inhibited effectively. The billet of AlMg0.9Si0.7 alloy with smooth surface and homogeneous, fine rosette-shaped grains is obtained at the velocity of 130mm/min.
