Abstract: In this paper, relations between multi-parameters of the tested wastewater before and after treatment by a constructed wetland were analyzed using Spearman Rank Correlation to get better understand of the processes taken in the system. The results show that COD level of the influent is positive related to DO concentration in the influent while slightly related to COD of the effluent. Concentrations of TN and ammonia in the influent are negative correlated to DO of effluent. DO and carbon source are the most important factors influencing the efficiency of the tested constructed wetland.

Abstract: Poisson’s ratio and elastic modulus are important parameters reflecting resistance to deformation and mechanical properties of refractory. In this paper the effect of posision’s ratio and elastic modulus on the stress field of the top of gasifier was investigated by numerical simulation. It is concluded that when for working lining poisson’s ratio is 0.15, elastic modulus is 128.8×107Pa, for permanent lining poisson's ratio is 0.1, the elastic modulus of 47.7 × 107Pa, the stress of the top is smaller and it is conductive to long-time use of top refractory.

Abstract: In this paper, the sand vibration test of the ultrasonic wave is done under ultrasonic vibration grinding. In this test, the "skin effect"is observed when the ultrasonic waves pass to the nano-ceramic plate, which is amplified by the ultrasonic horn. This phenomenon is analyzed by the second-order surface wave theory and the waves which pass to the workpiece are surface waves generated. These explain the good grinding surface quality and high efficiency under the two-dimensional ultrasonic grinding in the same conditions.

Abstract: This paper studies the exact traveling wave solutions to a model for solid-solid phase transitions driven by configurational forces. The model consists of the partial differential equations of linear elasticity coupled to a quasilinear nonuniformly parabolic equation of second order, which describes the diffusionless phase transitions of solid materials. By using the hyperbolic tangent function expansion method and homogeneous balance method, some exact traveling wave solutions, including solitary wave solutions are obtained for the phase transitions model in one space dimension.

Abstract: The straightening of curved slab results in a greater straightening strain. During the process of multi-point straightening, the peak value of the straightening strain rate will appear at each straightening point. If the strain rate is too large, the straightening cracks will appear. Solidification and heat transfer of a slab is analyzed and the generation of the solidified shell and the three-dimension temperature field of the slab are calculated by using three-dimensional finite element method (FEM). Based on the finite element analysis of five-point straightening of the curved slab, the strain and strain rate of each straightening point were obtained, which is a base of the analysis of straightening cracks.

Abstract: The automation level of grafting robot is relatively low because it still needs manual grading and identification of seedlings. Machine vision technology is a rapid, nondestructive and real-time inspection technology which is used in many industries. Its speed and accuracy can meet the requirements of sorting and inspection and help improve grafting automation level. It has been used successfully in the identification of quality, outward-feature properties and growth point of seedlings. This paper reviews the recent application of machine vision in grading and identification of seedlings in detail.

Abstract: In the design of master-slave surgical robot proper accuracy must be guaranteed. As the configuration of the master robot is generally different from that of the slave robot, the two robots may not use the same policy of accuracy. In order to match each other with sufficient precision analysis of pose errors must be done in pair. This paper presents an approach that can calculate and analyze the end-effecter position and orientation errors of the master-salve surgical robot system. A computer program to perform the accuracy analysis has been developed in MATLAB.

Abstract: The transient time of the clutch disengagement is of key importance, as far as controlling performance of clutch screw presses is concerned. Therefore the hydraulic unloading of the clutch for a screw press has been analyzed, by which three schemes of poppets were compared based on calculation and simulation. Thereafter we found it is the widely used mode of ‘pilot-main poppet valve’ that had much advantage. At the same time the paper can provide an analysis method and be as the instantiation references for the design of such systems.

Abstract: A semi-continuous extraction of Agarwood oil with subcritical water (105-240 [°C], pressure 1-10 [MPa], and flow rate 1-6 [mil/min]) was evaluated and optimized by using a response surface methodology. Analysis of variance demonstrated that a quadratic regression model illustrated small synergetic effects of temperature-pressure and pressure-flow rate. The optimal conditions were temperature of 207 [°C], pressure of 3.7 [MPa] and flow rate of 5.69 [mL/min], obtaining a maximum yield of 14.99[%wt]. The product obtained from the optimal condition had high yield of oil as similar as conventional extraction process while consuming dramatically shorten extraction time. This process could be considered as an innovative extraction of Agarwood oil.

Abstract: It is important to understand the effect of the light intensity on output performance of the solar cell, in order to evaluate the I-V curve of solar cell under various environment conditions. Based on the method of sun-light sources simulation and the linear interpolation method, this paper dissused the I-V characteristics of single crystalline silicon solar cell under different light intensity. The experiment results show that with the increasing of light intensity of solar simulator, the open circuit voltage VOC changed very little, the characteristics parameters short circuit current Isc increased linearly, the maximum power output Pm increased linearly, and the photoelectric transgormation efficiency η kept a constant appromixaly after increasing to a certain level.
