Abstract: Based on the theory of finite-element method, a model of pillowed multiple axes rotary spindle head is built. Taking both temperature and structure load into account of the model, a calculation is made on thermal couple deformation under the combined action of the two kinds of load. A prediction on the rationality during system designing is put forward, which has gotten a wider use.

Abstract: This paper took a kind of 3-TPT Parallel Machine Tool (PMT) as the object of research, and it mainly researched the measurement method to position coordinates of movable platform in PMT. First the paper introduced the structure of 3-TPT PMT. Then illustrated the device structure and the basic measurement principle for measuring the position coordinates of movable platform. Finally carried on the theoretical analysis to the specific measurement method and established the corresponding mathematics relationship. The measuring device that was presented in this paper had characteristics of direct-viewing measurement relationship, simple structure and low cost etc., and simultaneously the research results of this paper laid a theoretical foundation for improving the movement precision of this PMT and had important practical significance.

Abstract: A set of Vibration Measurement and Analysis System was Researched. It is the PC as a hardware platform and the labview as a software platform that Completed the whole system. The system contains the necessary sensors, signal conditioning ,data acquisition card and so on.It has data collection, processing,analysis,and results show functions. The Users can carry on the vibration signal analysis by Modules. Software functions Consists mainly of Signal acquisition, historical data access, data filtering, signal analysis and so on. The system is stable, full-featured, easy to operate and has good scalability and low cost high performance.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigated the diffusion behaviour of in the mixture of ethylene carbonate (EC) and propylene carbonate (PC) electrolyte solidified by polyacrylonitrile ( PAN, molecular weight: 60,000). The effect of the ion diffusion process on the photoelectric properties was also studied. The ion diffusion process was found to be the main factor to the photoelectric properties in the quasi-solid state dye-sensitized solar cells. Some ideas, such as the optimization of the thickness and the concentration of in the electrolyte, were proposed to improve the transport velocity of.

Abstract: Take the complex three-dimensional (3D) surfaces which consist of all kinds of curves, such as cosine, parabolic and elliptic as examples, the processing is analyzed to determine the reasonable feed routes. The method of parameter programming provided by SINUMERIK 802D system is applied to choose reasonable machining parameters. Using these parameters for NC programming, not only the roughing and finishing machining with different processing requirements can be met, but also the programming solutions are optimized and the NC program is briefer than that generated by CAM software. Furthermore, human-computer interaction can be achieved by means of assignment to the parameters.

Abstract: The relationship among the transfer coefficient of hydrogen, the size and the moving velocity of bubbles has been obtained according to the transfer model of hydrogen in aluminum melt. The experiments were carried out to invetstigate the degassing efficiency of a porous sprayer immersed in the molten aluminum. The results indicate that refining of molten aluminum can be conducted with a porous sprayer that was immersed in the melt at one end and was connected with inert gas at another end through a pipe. The refining efficiency is affected by number of bubbles or size of bubbles and by floating speed of bubbles. The hydrogen concentration in aluminium melt decreases with the increasing of the spraying time. In the condition of 0.6 m3/h flowing rate and spraying time of 10 minutes, the removal rates of hydrogen and impurities are about 60 percent and 68 percent,respectively for A357 casting aluminium alloy.

Abstract: In this paper, mesoporous indium oxide has been synthesized by the hard template route from the SBA-15 silica template. The results characterized from XRD, and N2 adsorption-desorption demonstrated that the synthesis can be controlled successfully in nanometer (meso-structure) scale. The obtained sample was investigated as humidity sensing material by coating on a ceramic plate, and the humidity sensing performance can be enhanced up to more than three orders of magnitude without any doping. Further testing proved that it is a promising humidity sensing material and can be widely used, and a possible mechanism was also provided.

Abstract: The performance of speed regulating is very important to the mixing process with safe, efficient operation and high quality of production. Strategies and practices of responses and optimization of a PID-based speed regulating system of a planetary mixer were presented in this paper. Research results show that: by means of the signal constraint function presented by Simulink Response Optimization, optimization PID parameters of the 2-DOF-PID controller can be obtained, and the response of close-loop control system has quite good performance of overshoot, response time, and stability compared with an open-loop control system.

Conductivity Studies on Li1-XAlxTi2-X(PO4)3 (X=0.0-0.5) Due to the Addition of Al3+ Trivalent Cation
Abstract: The Li-ion fast conductor, Li1-XAlxTi2-X(PO4)3 (LATP) compound were synthesized by a sol-gel method. Effects due to the addition of Al3+ into Li1-XAlxTi2-X(PO4)3 (x=0.0-0.5) glass-ceramics system have been investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), X-ray differential analysis (XRD) and permittivity studies. The crystalline phase of the samples obtained confirming that they had a characteristic of glass-ceramics structure.
