Abstract: Electromagnetic interference (EMI) can degrade device performance, particularly a sensitive device such as magnetic recording heads. A high applied voltage generates a high electric field in order to break the electrical air gap during a gold ball bonding process. This work, for the first time, investigates the influence of high voltage pattern of a gold ball bond machine on both electric field and magnetic field as an electromagnetic wave by monitoring an intensity of electromagnetic interference. The investigation was carried out by simulation of a live gold ball bond machine operation by using a finite integral technique. The simulation results reveal that the voltage pattern plays an important role in the intensity of electromagnetic radiation (EMR). In conclusion, an ideal voltage pulse of 2 kV and 4 kV generates the highest EMR detected by a monopole antenna. The induced voltage occuring at the antenna reflecting the intensity of EMI blasting was as high as 33.39 V and 71.36 V, respectively. Smoothening the voltage pattern by incrasing the rise time of voltage to 100 ns only, the induced voltage at the antenna was reduced down to 99.90% and 99.92% compairing with the case of an ideal voltage pulse for the peak EFO voltage of 2 kV and 4kV respectively. This concludes the importance of the voltage pattern during a free air ball forming process; hence lowering the risk of the highly sensitive deivce to be damaged by EMI blasting.

Abstract: The study of this article focus on the standards on the working limit of the passenger car. The standards for passenger cars at low temperature were studied and proposed by combination of the technical content in cold regions’ environments and the development trend in the domestic and international situation. The proposed standards can improve the service life of mechanical parts, reduce wear and failure of passenger cars and improve the passenger's power, economy and security. In the industry standardization and the objective requirements of relevant standards, this proposed standards are the basis to ensure fair competition in international trade, maintain the normal order of market and make up a communication bridge among the international economic cooperations. Maintain maximum benifit of the China's auto industry in the internationality. The emphases of the standards is to establish standards for low temperature environment laboratory, draw our own standards on product characteristics and screening standards system in line with China's actual conditions.

Abstract: Weft-all-coloring jacquard fabric is smoother and plentiful. It looks stereoscopic impression. Because of complex fabric structures, color designing of jacquard fabric still remains a problem to be solved. In addition, there have not ideal colorful model to predict jacquard fabric structure. In view of the above problems, this study use four primary samples that red, yellow, green are used in weft yarn and white is used in warp to prepare many weft-all-coloring jacquard fabric of single-warp and double-weft. Though a large number of experimental color about a data-color 600 plus spectrophotometric, the theory of Kubelka-Munk absorption coefficients (K) and scattering coefficients (S) of all yarns and the color proportion of weft were calculated for jacquard fabric. The results indicate that the color difference is 1.5 CIELAB units, and the fitting error of the yarn’s proportion is about 2.1%. It shows that the two-constant Kubelka-Munk theory is suitable for predicting the color of weft jacquard fabric with all-coloring and color proportion.

Abstract: Wetland is the important part in urban ecosystem. Microorganisms is integral component of urban wetland ecosystem is the main factor of wetlands sewage treatment, and plays an irreplaceable role in the degradation. In this paper, the authors regard urban wetland of Yichun in north shore of Tangwang river as the research object, through experiments to identify the microorganisms types, finding five microorganisms types being nitrify fungi. The article analyzes the contributions of microorganisms in nitrogen cycle of urban wetland. It is present that microorganisms plays an irreplaceable role in controlling pollutions and nitrification and anti-nitrification reactions play the most significant role in the degradation of nitrogen compounds and ammonium oxidation is a possible process in deducing nitrogen pollutions.

Abstract: A design scheme of power unit of a wind-magnetic water heater was proposed in this paper, which was based on the characteristics of wind energy and the principle of eddy current heating effect. According to former study on the power unit, determine the size of the structures and the transmission ratio in the wind turbine. A model was designed and fabricated by selecting proper vane type and reasonable designing of power unit, etc. All of these works are of valuable for further design and research, especially in term of selecting more reasonable parameters.

Abstract: Experiment was made,in which Harbin reservoir water was taken as source water to observe the influence of chlorination conditions such as chlorine dosage,reaction time,pH value,organics concentration and varieties of disinfectant on the amount of THMs formation.Based on the experiment results,control measures were proposed for the formation of disinfection byproducts such as THMs through optimization of disinfection.

Abstract: Ecological Safety play in the wetland to maintain ecosystem equilibrium, ecosystems in wetland maintaining the safety of the ecological functions of wetlands play a huge role. Articles by SPSS statistical software, using factor analysis method and clustering analysis method to select a number of indicators before and after the incident on Wuyiling wetlands were studied. The results show that: the highest level of ecological security in the eastern region, the worst safety in the western region. The best scores of the Eastern biological factors; Eastern stability of the strongest water pollution incident; the safety of northern wetlands in water pollution after a downward trend. That pollution directly affects the safety of urban wetland.

Abstract: Enzymatic degradation tests of polymer in form of nanoparticle (NP) were used to study the biodegradation of two different types of polymers polytetramethylene adipitate (SP4/6) and polybutylene isophthalate (PBI) by two commercially available lipases. The two lipases, which are from the yeast Candida cylindracea (CcL) and Pseudomonas species (PsL) respectively, exhibited sufficient degradation activities both for the aliphatic model polyester SP4/6 and the aromatic model polyester PBI and the use of polyester NPs has dramatically shortened the duration of enzymatic degradation tests. It has also been noticed that the degradation percentage of the polyesters was in the range of 35-50%, probably due to the formation of low molecular weight intermediates that are not accessible to the enzymes. Since biodegradation of polymers is a surface process, the adsorption of lipases on the surface of polyester NPs may play an important role. In order to gain some insights into the adsorption process of enzymes on polymer NPs, the adsorption of CcL and PsL lipases on two hardly degradable polyesters polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was investigated in this work. The adsorption of lipases on these polyester NPs showed a fast kinetic. Langmuir isotherms were found to be generally suitable to describe the adsorption of lipases on polyester NPs, especially at low lipase concentration under the experimental conditions. However, significant derivations from Langmuir isotherms were observed at high lipase concentrations.

Abstract: For the current Chinese high-rise building fire prevention safety, the present situation and the problem of high-rise building fire prevention safety are expounded from the view of characteristics and cause of high-rise building fire; fire prevention safety management measures and countermeasures for high-rise building are also proposed. Directed analysis is raised from the state policies, high-rise building design, medium construction, equipment of fire control facilities, and later period management; appropriate measures are taken from the general layout, fire prevention division of evacuation staircase, fire-resistant limit, evacuation passages, and automatic warning system.
