Abstract: Research on innovation design of visual 2.5D effect black-and-white digital jacquard fabric is carried out based on layered-combination design mode and design method of full-color compound structure. Black-and-white digital jacquard fabric designed by combining two digital patterns together can express two patterns on face of fabric at same time. As long as lustrous yarns are employed to produce jacquard fabric with full-color compound structure, and juxtaposed colorless yarns cannot be covered by each other, black-and-white digital jacquard fabric could express good grey shading effect. Viewed from different angle, two overlapping patterns will show figured shot effect so-called visual 2.5D effect. In this paper, design principle and method of visual 2.5D effect black-and-white digital jacquard fabric were introduced clearly with proper design illustrations. It provides good value for design innovation of black-and-white digital jacquard fabric.

Abstract: This document formulates enterprise patent portfolio strategy by patent map based on SWOT analysis method. Firstly, this document carries on the research of the technological strength and technological distribution of enterprise in a technological field, and finds the technological opportunities and threats of the enterprise. Secondly, this document evaluates the difficulty of implementation of the technological opportunities and the strength of the technological threats through the statistical analysis. Finally, this document formulates patent portfolio strategy for the enterprise by using the SWOT analysis method. This document takes the patent portfolio strategy of bridge erecting machine of a company for an example to verify this process.

Abstract: Resveratrol (Res) is a polyphenolic secondary natural substance and can be used as anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, anti-heart disease and anti-cancer agent. However, Res has low water solubility which causes a low bioavailability in human body. In order to increase solubility we have prepared different inclusion complexes with native ((α, β, γ) and modified (2-hydroxypropyl-beta, dimethyl-beta) cyclodextrins (Cd) as well as solid dispersions using several surfactants (Imwitor 742, Imwitor 928, PEG 6000, Span 40, Span 60, Solutol HS15) with Res. The solubility of all mixtures was determined by UV-VIS spectroscopy at the wavelength of 305 nm. Regarding the Cd, the complex of Res with 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-Cd at a ratio of 1:3 showed the highest water solubility (248210 g/l). Concerning the surfactants, the solid dispersion from Res and Solutol HS15 showed the highest water solubility (16140 g/l). The complexation and the solid dispersion phase were confirmed by DSC. The results will be a basis for better formulation of resveratrol with higher bioavailability.

Abstract: The main properties of fractal polyester filament are described , the process of the research and development of cotton/fractal polyester twist yarn and it’s fabric is explored. The tensile strength , anti-pilling tendency and iron-free properties of the fabric of cotton/fractal polyester twist yarn are qualified .The product has a wide application prospect and can be used for high grade shell fabric.

Abstract: Bamboo, as a kind of non-wood raw material, has a long, thin fiber with wide distribution and rich abundance in China. Its pulping properties are between softwood and hardwood. Adapting to the Chinese situation, developing bamboo pulp industrialization, according to the local conditions, is an available way to solve the shortage of fiber material for paper-making. Delignification of bamboo (Neosinocalamus) was carried out by conventional kraft and soda pulping under varying conditions to determine the relationships between selected cooking parameters (EA 14~20%, sulfidity 0~40%, maximum temperature 160 and 165°C, and time at maximum temperature 60~110 min) and pulp properties (kappa number and yield). Results indicated that in order to obtain relatively low kappa numbers(17~27), high sulfidity(20~40%) at lower EA(14~16%) increased pulp yield compared to the case of low sulfidity(0~10%) at higher EA(16~18%). Pulp with lower kappa numbers (13~15) and acceptable yield can be obtained at a sulfidity level of 20~30% with 18% EA or at a sulfidity level of 10~30% with 20% EA. Meanwhile, bamboo pulp in this condition not only helps to decrease kappa number in the subsequent oxygen delignification process, but also reduces the cost of chemicals in the bleaching process.

Abstract: Bifunctional Pt/HZSM-5, Pt/HBeta, Pt/HMCM-41 and Pt/HSAPO-11 catalysts were prepared using pseudoboehmite as a binder. The H2-TPR profiles, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and brunauer-emmett-teller (BET) pointed out that reducibility of catalysts and textural properties. These bifunctional catalysts have been tested in long-chain olefins hydroisomerization. The experiments were carried out at 320 o C under 2.0 MPa of hydrogen and at 3.0 h-1 WHSV. Complete hydrogenation of long-chain olefins was observed over Pt/HMCM-41 and Pt/HSAPO-11. Hydroisomerization reactions also occured in the case of Pt supported strong acidic molecular sieves (HZSM-5 and HBeta). The result suggests product distribution of long-chain olefins hydroisomerization is dependent on the balance between the acid and metallic functions in catalysts.

Abstract: With the development of the automobile manufacture level in our country, it’s necessary to carry out the tests for whole vehicle or parts. At present, in China, only a few venues can provide the conditions for automotive testing, and all the test sites are at normal temperature. Therefore, the construction of low-temperature environment test site has become imminent. According to the survey, Heihe and Bei’an of Heilongjiang in China have established low-temperature test site spontaneously, but the test site are based on business requirements for each test, and there are no unified planning. So, how to build a rational, scientific, economic low-temperature test site, has become the focus of our research.

Abstract: Metallopolymer nanocomposites has attracted much attention recently. The impregnation of organometallic compound from the supercritical solution into the polymer matrix has several advantages. The impregnation process isotherm of bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionato) (1,5-cyclooctadiene) ruthenium (II) (Ru(cod)(tmhd)2) into polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) film in supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) was investigated. The experiments for determining the isotherm were carried out at 40 °C and 10.34 MPa. It was found that the impregnation isotherm is linear up to the saturation concentration of the precursor in scCO2 fluid phase. The slope of the linear curve defined equilibrium partition coefficient K provides a measure of the partitioning of Ru(cod)(tmhd)2 between the PDMS film and scCO2 fluid phase and it is constant under the same conditions. It showed that K is mainly govered by the density of scCO2 and does not change much with temperature at a constant density of scCO2.
