Abstract: Abstract. Abstract: Visual illusion is a new computer abstract art style in information age. Depending on digital design technology, applying digital image with visual illusion, digital jacquard fabric featuring visual illusion effect is produced based on the application of half-backed woven structure. Key technology is that using digital layered-combination design mode and backed structure design method, the structure of jacquard fabric can be designed to express entire color changes of yarn. If random covering effect among weft yarns were realized in compound fabric structure, delicate and random color transition can be produced on face of fabric. In this paper, the design principle and method of visual illusion effect digital jacquard fabric were introduced and analyzed with proper design illustrations and objective results. It is envisaged that this study has good reference to design innovation of digital jacquard fabric.

Abstract: In the current market, most of the innovation is incremental innovation whose features are identifying problems based on the changing needs and solving problems without changing the current mainstream technology. An incremental innovation design process model based on TRIZ is proposed in this paper. First, with the method of product functional component tree, product without missing and redundant functions can be got through cutting the needless functions and adding the missing ones. Base on this, through constructing performance state diagram of technical subsystem, the performance which can not meet or over meet design requirements can be found. At last, construct the product’s three components -function model to transform the performances which do not meet demand into inventive problems which will be solved by the TRIZ tools. The approaches in the process model take full advantage of existing product which has known structure and performance. It avoids duplication of design and reduces design costs.

Abstract: Based on the technology characteristics of CNC system software, the corresponding assurance measures are set for the reliability in design stage, program implementation stage and software testing stage respectively. CNC system software reliability is improved by modularizing program design and structure program design, code review and program readability, using different reliability testing methods. Finally the purpose is accomplished that the whole reliability of CNC system software is improved.

Abstract: In this project we have prepared the tablets with a coating of pH-sensitive polymer Kollicoat MAE 30DP. For this purpose the core tablets prepared from poorly water soluble model drug and other excipients were coated by a fluidized bed apparatus at the exhaust air temperature of 30°C and spraying rate of 0.55 g/min. The highest coating time was 384 min which leads to the film thickness of 648 µm. The coated tablets were gastric resistant for one hour and resistant against intestinal fluid pH 6.8 up to 70 min. The coating film has a good quality with smoothness and dense packing. However, if the thickness was high e.g. 600 µm the film surface had more wavy structure. The results served to formulate the colon delivery system.

Abstract: Functional design is the essential process of product design. Aiming at the drawbacks of traditional functional design, effect in TRIZ is introduced for function modeling, solving and simulation. The improved process model of functional design is proposed, and the computer-aided functional design software system is developed. Finally, the speedy cutting off valve is taken as an example to validate the effectiveness of the above model.

Abstract: The 3D model of THB40 hydraulic retarder shell was established which was based on the Pro/E modeling software. The model was simplified and was introduced to ANSYS Workbench as FEA model by ANSYS-Pro/E data interface. The constraints were imposed on the FEA model for the preceding six modal analysis. The former 6 order natural frequencies and the biggest resonance deformation is obtained to determine whether there are some vibration forms which have unfavorable effects on the vehicle and to avoid resonance phenomenon to appear. At the same time, it provides the reference for the further research of the vibration mechanism of the structure and the vibration suppression technique for practical application.

Abstract: Using collected 190 samples, this paper studied Chinese mobile phone market with hedonic price analysis. Through calculating hedonic price of heterogeneous goods, this paper summed up the positive and negative factors that influence the price of mobile phones. This paper found that network type and GPS are negative effects on mobile phones’ prices, which is little different from the real life situation; And the price will become more and more cheaper with time; In addition, the price of mobile phones with additional features is correspondingly higher.

Abstract: Modular decomposition is the key to simplify complex system. In this paper product function model is built based on flow chart description of energy, substance/material information. According to dependency relationship of function, function modularization is done respectively with module defining ways of main path method (MPM), branch path method (BPM) and conversion-conduction method (CCM). And modular decomposition of flow chart path method is established, concerned procedures and cautions during the implementing course are defined, and the purpose and effectiveness of modular decomposition of flow chart pass are confirmed through case analysis.

Selects an excellent performance of the existing mechanism, the use of number synthesis theory of mechanism, according to generalized principle, we can get generalized kinematic chains which accord with topological structure of existing mechanism. After specify the type of link and kinematic pair, can get all the feasible specialized chains which meet the need. Finally, reverse derive according to the generalized principle, can get all schematic diagram of mechanism, which has the same or similar functions with the existing mechanism.
