Abstract: Points matching is a key technology in close-range photogrammetry. The epipolar line constraint that confines the research area from two dimensions to one dimension, can improve the efficiency of matching process. In the paper, coded targets are applied to get a set of accurate correspondences of points between images, and then the correspondence set is used for calculating fundamental matrices by normalized 8-points algorithm that can be implemented quickly and simply. Because of the ambiguities, a completely accurate correspondence set will not be gained only by epipolar line constraint, and other technologies should be combined with epipolar line constraint. Three views are used to decrease ambiguities, and a method of dynamic threshold is presented to reject wrong correspondences. A proper threshold is calculated, and those correspondences whose corresponding distance is larger than the dynamic threshold, are considered as wrong matching points. Many experiments show that the correct rate of matching is about 99.98%, which means an automatic, efficient, accurate matching process can be implemented by the methods in this paper.

Abstract: DMF wastewater from the PU synthetic leather industries was filtrated by ZrO2 micro-filtration membranes with an average pore size of 0.2μm. The membrane fouling mechanism was analyzed by resistance-in series model. The results indicated that the resistance from the particles sedimentation on membrane surface accounting for 76% of the total resistances. The technology of backwashing was a stable, valid and reusable method to recover the membrane flux in the micro-filtration. During backwashing, the reverse flow through the membrane removes the concentration polarization and cake or gel layers from the membrane surface. The effect of the backwashing conditions on the flux was studied. The obtained optimization conditions were as follows: backwashing pressure 0.6 MPa, backwashing time 5s and the backwashing interval 20min. The permeate flux could be raised about 50% compared with that without backwashing.

Abstract: Virtual assembly plays an important part in virtual fabrication. It can be used to verify whether the design is correctly performed, modify models and display assembly, and optimize the process. This paper introduced the concept of morphological analysis by matrix, and established morphological matrix with the code of feature of the posture of the parts for feasible assembly of mechanical product. Secondly, using 6-point location principle, analyzed locating methods of zipper-head, taken as an example, from generality to specialty. In feeding part, it described the system in virtual assembly by matrix. Finally, Pro/E was used to model and simulate the procedure of the assembling.

Abstract: This develops the roadheader vibration characteristics test system according to the structural characteristics and working principle of the cantilevered roadheader. Using the piezoelectric acceleration sensor detects vibration signal, and passing by signal processing and A/D conversion, vibration signals are sent to the PC with wireless transmission mode, vibration signals detected by the LabVIEW is realized real-time data acquisition, time-frequency analysis and digital processing. Based on this system testing results can effectively master roadheader operation state, identify the vibration characteristics, look for vibration source and put forward reasonable damping vibration measure, which provide the basis for roadheader in the best running condition. The development of roadheader vibration detection system uses the method that combines theory and simulation experiment , which realizes the real-time detection of roadheader vibration behavior, rational signal analysis of roadheader vibration and accurate processing of data results, it provides an important method to ensure the reliability of roadheader.

Abstract: As is known that the vacuum circuit breaker contact materials of breaking capacity and welding performance are affected by the mechanical properties and fracture characteristics of contact material, but they haven't been paid attention now. The mechanical failure for circuit breaker contact wear is studied and the process characteristics are described for contact opening and closing. When the thermal stress analysis for the moving contact is finished, the displacement and stress cloud map can be gotten by the thermal deformation of moving contact. When the crash analysis for the static and moving contact is finished, the deformation of contact can be gotten. In this analysis, a reference will be provided for the same type of circuit breaker contacts designed in the future and some relevant measures can be taken to prolong the mechanical life of breakers.

Abstract: The breakout is one of the biggest problem in continuous casting. For the high failing and missing report rate of the system by indraught, whose report parameter cannot been changed, one new breakout prevention system which can optimize its parameters and based on the theory ofthe marked differences between temperature changing trend and spreading speed of the different temperature signal mode has been developed, it also has the hot distributing map. This system has a good running, and successfully reported all the breakout of the slab.

Abstract: Hard rock generally performs ideal plastic character after the stress reaches its peak value with high confining pressure. Once the plastic strain satisfies certain condition, the brittle failure occurs, and the rock mass located in the residual region. Based on the mechanical model of hard rock under high confining pressure, we studied the surrounding rock stress and deformation evolution law of circular openings. The results shows that there is a significant end constraint effect at the opening face, and the deformation induced by disturbance is about one sixth of its total value. The results can provide theoritical foundation for deep underground engineer lining design.

Abstract: CFD simulation and PIV test technology provide effective solution for revealing the complex flow of hydrodynamic coupling’s internal flow field. Some articles reported that the combination of CFD simulation and PIV test can be used for analyzing the internal flow field of coupling, and such analysis focuses on one-phase flow. However, most internal flow field of coupling are gas-fluid two-phase flow under the real operation conditions. In order to reflect the gas-fluid two-phase flow of coupling objectively, CFD three-dimensional numerical simulation is conducted under two typical operation conditions. In addition, modern two-dimensional PIV technology is used to test the two-phase flow. This method of combining experiments and simulation presents the characteristics of the flow field when charging ratios are different.

Abstract: This investigation analytically and empirically the effects of just-in-time (JIT) and total quality management (TQM ) strategies on searching for health information and the quality of hospital service, and analyzes the steps that are involved in knowledge management that are required to improve the quality of service in a hospital. The final section of this investigation proposes that effectively promoting total quality management activities requires managers to evaluate, and to improve the convenience of systems for searching health information. The results also indicate that the JIT strategy is directly positively related to the effectiveness of searches for health information and the quality of service at a hospital, and that a positive relationship exists between the TQM strategy, searching for information and quality of service in all instances.

Abstract: How to well design the master console is one of the key techniques of master-slave surgical robot system. Related to the slave arms, to the surgeon and to the other components of the console the two master arms need to satisfy all requirements of different aspect. In this paper the ergonomic problem is treated. Operated by the surgeon the master arm should be placed in a suitable position. In addition, it should also have good back-drivability. Some analyses and rationales are made to solve these problems.
