Abstract: Stiffness and mass matrixes were given for frequency calculation of supercavitating vehicle structure (SVS) based on semi-analytical finite element method. Considering the randomicity of physical parameters and their relativity, the function of stochastic frequency and probability density function were obtained for SVS by random factor method. The randomicity of frequency for SVS with stochastic physical parameters was analyzed and the characteristics of probability distribution were given for front five order modes. The calculation results show that SVS is the most prone to bending mode, it’s extremely disadvantage for SVS stability sliding motion in supercavitation. In addition, the frequency have strong randomicity, the external incent frequency in a larger range may lead to load characteristics more bad for SVS.

Abstract: For soil is a complicated material with mechanical properties close ties with the stress condition it suffered, centrifugal shaker shows great superiority to the research of soil dynamics and geotechnical earthquake engineering. Currently only two large centrifugal shakers exist in USA and Japan respectively, while no one has been established in China, and practically the construction of centrifugal shakers is still in an exploratory stage throughout the world, remains many difficulties. Test data acquisition system as an important part of a centrifugal shaker certainly has some critical techniques and difficulties. This paper firstly analyses the special function and critical techniques of test data acquisition system for dynamic centrifugal model tests, then proposes a design method and points out its advantages, in order to give guidance for the construction of centrifugal shakers, especially large centrifugal shakers.

Abstract: the measured data of subgrade settlement on Double Line 2 of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway are used to analyze the suitability of the hyperbolic method, Hushino method and Asaoka method to Gobi soil subgrade settlement forecasting. The sensitivity of the methods to the data fluctuation and the influence of the forecasting error and the selection of forecasting start time on the forecasting effectiveness were studied to determine the appropriate forecasting methods and forecasting time.

Abstract: In this paper, the author by 12 slices fly ash brick masonry wall (solid brick and cork brick) slice, 2 slices of sintering ordinary brick masonry wall under cyclic horizontal and vertical loading experiment (including different normal stress, different mortar strength, and presence of post) is given, according to three of the most popular theory. The author suggest the autoclaved fly ash brick masonry proposed formula with Changsha university of science and technology, and Chongqing university the relative test data after that compared, autoclaved fly ash brick wall shear strength calculation formula is recommended. The method of the present paper may provide an important reference to engineering design as well as code revision.

Abstract: The maintenance allocation methods are important in the design and maintenance of product. However, these methods have lots of deficiencies in practical application, which is inconsistent with the purpose of the maintenance allocation. To allocate the system MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) to the subsystems more precisely and reasonably, a better model is needed. The aim of this paper is to develop a maintenance allocation model which can improve the applicability and operability, and solve the residue problem which exists in maintenance allocation. A simple case study is used to demonstrate how the model can be applied in a real case.

Abstract: Generalized stochastic Petri nets is adopted to develop the reliability models of two operating modes of the hybrid actuation system, which is composed of a SHA (Servo valve controlled Hydraulic Actuator), an EHA (Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator) and an EBHA (Electrical Back-up Hydrostatic Actuator).The dependability of hybrid actuation is got through the Markov chain which the Petri nets sate is isomorphic to and the Monte-Carlo simulation. Simulations are conducted to analyze influences of the operating mode and the fault coverage on system reliability of hybrid actuation system.

Abstract: Traditionally, quality control chart is usually used for the dimension error monitor in the bearing manufacture, which mainly shows qualitative results of the dimension distribution. However, probability statistical method is utilized for the dimension error analysis in the working procedure of the rolling bearing in this paper, which presents quantitative results. Furthermore, stock removal can be corrected by comparing the actual dimension probability distribution with the ideal one. Application in the bearing ring’s turning indicates that probability statistics has its advantage of quality control chart in the dimension error analysis and monitor.

Abstract: According to the processing and control requirements of precision CNC internal grinder, a design of ARM-based embedded precision CNC internal grinder soft-PLC system was proposed. The design idea of open CNC system was introduced and the system hardware and software were packaged as the components to develop the PLC applications, achieved the logic control of the machine tool. This design meets the requirements of software design instead of hardware design and system integration development of embedded CNC system, achieved the real-time process control and improved the precision.

Abstract: Introduces the structure and the components of industrial robot vision system. Through designing the gripping point, the location of the clamping point can be planned out in the clamping operation, and then by visual recognition algorithms to calculate the coordinate figure of the clamping point relative to the camera. Then the calculated values would transmitted to computer, by whose control of the robot’s move can the operation of clamping on the target object be achieved.
