Abstract: In order to suit the demand of monitoring and fault diagnosis of modern small and medium machinery devices better, this paper discusses the development of machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of good universality and strong expansibility using LabVIEW. Mainly illuminates vibration signal, temperature signal and electric current signal acquisition module using NI data acquisition hardware; signal analysis module in time domain, frequency domain and joint time–frequency domain using signal processing technology. DataSocket, database and fuzzy diagnosis technique have been utilized enabling this system to monitor and diagnose machinery fault remotely.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of current developing state of graph theory, define the description of spacial moving capability of common couples and translation base and rotation base of mechanism, based on the new description method in topological graph theory. DOF(degree of freedom) of hybrid mechanism analysised with example based on the definition of dimensionity of branch spacial moving capability and mechanism spacial moving capability, necessary and sufficient condition of nonsingularity of mechanism presented, as well as the necessary and sufficient condition of singularity of mechanism deduced , in-phase and assimilation condition and in-phase and dissimilarity condition and asynchronism condition of limitation of input base of branch adopted, case number of position singularity and pose singularity and position and pose singularity obtained then, still the way of founding the combination and case number of common serial mechanism and parallel mechanism and hybrid mechanism mentioned.

Abstract: Aiming at the high noise level with Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) accelerometer, the Kalman filter algorithm is introduced to analyse its output data along with the noises. Experiments and simulations are designed to evaluate the performance and stability under static state and the response speed under dynamic state. The results indicate that the method works fast, steady and effectively with MEMS accelerometer filtering and tilt measurement.

Abstract: The performance of hydraulic control system determines that of operating bulldozer. In the article, the EPEC controller is introduced into the control system of hydraulic bulldozer, forming the control system which takes the EPEC controller as the core and building an experiment platform for the driving system of 100-horsepower bulldozer. Experiments of its traction performance were made, and the results show that the control system can help to make good control effect and stable performance by effectively making use of engine power, which set a good foundation for research on intelligence of hydraulic bulldozer.

Abstract: The technology of Ground-Source Heat Pump (GSHP) is hot in building energy efficiency and HVAC field, and is largely used in engineering practices. We studied the construction of buried-pipe system of GSHP. In this article, purposes the experiment of thermal response by constructing piled pipes are analyzed in the buried-pipe system of GSHP and principles of testing system for buried pipes of GSHP are introduced, also the soil heat response experiments to achieve pre-assessment techniques of design. Through the above testing means, we believe that whether the buried-pipe system of GSHP finally tested meets the designed heat exchange requirement is determined, which is especially significant to estimate and verify whether the whole GSHP system meets requirements of heat capacity.

Abstract: Aim at the effect of the radial distortion and tangential distortion, the camera calibration principle, geometric model and complex equation solution were studied, in order to reduce the artificial participation in proofreading and error correction, then the camera’s software precise calibration module based on OpenCV was developed. The results showed that the system was quickly speed, high precision and could satisfy the requirements of robot vision navigation system and built the foundation for the next step research.

Abstract: Construction activities are one of crucial human factors making for serious erosion based on natural condition, and bring harmful effects on the environment and the project itself. So, the government and authorities set down a series of laws, regulations, norms, and procedures to intensify soil erosion hazard risk management. However, the awareness, response, assessment and management of soil erosion risk hazard by project owner were different. In this paper, by analyzing the status and existing problems of soil erosion risk hazard management, the strategies and approaches of soil erosion risk hazard management were explored.

Abstract: Mechanical seal mechanism was applied to study block mechanism of gaswell microclearance block liquid for the first time, which explained block mechanism of microclearance block liquid. The paper has built a block physical model of microclearance block liquid and has got calculation formulas of the block liquid lifting height. Then the block liquid lifting heights were calculated and analyzed in different microclearance widths and pressures. The sealing effect of the block liquid was discussed. The analyzed results showed that sealing effect of the block liquid was very obvious when microclearance width was lesser than 12μm. The paper not only enriched the study on block mechanism of gaswell microclearance block liquid but also proposed theoretical guidance to solve radically gas migration problem of micro-annulus.

Abstract: Because of the fuzziness and uncertainty of risk factors in the risk management, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for research. The model not only identifies the main risk factors of the dam, spillway, and water facility, but also quantifies the influence weight by risk factors on dangerous reservoir. The affiliate degrees of risk factors on risk level can be get on the basis of membership function. So the final overall risk level of the dam, spillway, and water facility is able to compare. It will be set the priority to reinforcement measures for dangerous reservoir.

Abstract: Magneto-rheological elastomer( MR elastomer) is an emerging intelligent material made up of macromolecule polymer and magnetic particles. While a promising wide application it has in the fields of warships vibration controlling for its controllable mechanical, electrical and magnetic properties by external magnetic field, design and application of devices based on it are facing great limitations imposed by its poor performance in mechanical properties and magneto effect. Aiming at developing a practical MR elastomer, a new confecting method was proposed in this paper. Then, following this new method and using a specificly designed solidifying matrix, an amido- polyester MR elastomer was developed with its mechanical property systemically explored.
