Abstract: The SZR straight line shaker applied in a sintering plant is used as an example. Based on the shaker's performance, the inherent mode of vibration, the natural frequency and other factors were analyzed, an improvement method was proposed. The finite element analysis is used to simulate the exciting force, and performed the vibration mode and statical analysis. This will improve its application in the production practice, with a significant effect.

Abstract: It is a good alternative that uses reduced IPv6 as network layer protocol of wireless sensor network (WSN). This will generate a new problem: how to choose some nodes as router for homogenous, dense deployment WSN. This paper proposed a centralized router election method, which is based on facility location model, for IP-WSN. This method creates a 0-1 integer programming model by regarding router election as uncapacitated facility location problem firstly. Then genetic algorithm is used for solving the created model. The simulation results show that this method can elect small number of nodes as router with high efficiency.

Abstract: Houses of different structures are destroyed inordinately in Wenchuan earthquake .The weight and stiffness of multi-story masonry walls is big and they are destroyed seriously. In this paper, the earthquake damaged brick-concrete structural walls in Southwest university of science and technology are repaired and reinforced using compound-grouting reinforcement technology. By comparing the bearing capacity of the walls before and after repaired and reinforced and calculating, the result that reinforcement effect is good when adopting compound-grouting reinforcement technique to reinforce the masonry walls and the bearing capacity of reinforced walls is restored and improved is got.

Abstract: Distributing valve is the key component of underwater hydraulic breaker, and the theoretical analysis of it is very necessary. Through the flow analysis of the conical valve core, the cone angle of the conical valve core has been determined, the design parameters of distributing valve have been verified. According to the force balance equation of the conical valve core and distributing valve core, the corresponding simulation research and analysis have been done for this distributing valve, the rationality of the design has been further verified. According to the knowledge of hydraulic breaker, valve mouth flow and force analysis, the various analysis and validation of distributing valve of breaker have been done, the rationality of design has been checked, and the analysis method can be adopted in studies of this area.

Abstract: Design and implementation of six freedom transportation vibration spectrum collection system is presented in this paper. The Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) is used to capture signals including x, y, z, direction linear acceleration, angular rates around Z-axis and pitch, roll degree. The software’s architecture and modules for host computer is designed with object-oriented analysis and design techniques, and the software is implemented with VC++6.0. The test results show that the system was able to collect vehicular vibration information on time and the collection data was replayed on the vibration platform.

Abstract: For the problem of tramcar collision accident in coal mine underground, a monocular vision-based tramcar anti-collision warning system based on ARM and FPGA was designed and implemented. In this paper, we present an improved fast lane detection algorithm based on Hough transform. Besides, a new distance measurement and early-warning system based on the invariance of the lane width is proposed. System construction, hardware architecture and software design are given in detail. The experiment results show that the precision and speed of the system can satisfy the application requirement.

Abstract: The key technology of load simulator is superfluous force suppression. This article uses a compensation method of structure invariance principle to solve the problem of superfluous force. Intelligent Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm based on the experimental data is used to identify parameters of the system so as to establish the mathematical model of which simulation result is consistent with the experimental result, and design a compensator based on this model to achieve the purpose using structure invariance principle to eliminate superfluous force.

Abstract: Grain measurement is an important aspect of grain depot monitoring, the system uses a laser sensor device and other equipments, the realization of the non-contact measurement based on a suitable mathematical model and security communication protocol dynamic,it can gets the real-time three-dimensional information of grain in dynamic、fast and accurate. Then according to the measured data, using multiple integral to get the volume of granary, volume multiplied by the proportion of grain, grain weight can be obtained.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of electrical discharge machining in gas, a reference voltage adjustment module was joined into the traditional reference voltage comparison gap state control system, to constitute a closed-loop gap state control system. The proposed gap state control method is expected to improve machining efficiency and machining accuracy of electrical discharge machining (EDM) in gas and improve the automaticity of electric discharge machine tool in gas. Meanwhile, it also has certain reference value for the traditional electrical discharge machining gap state control.

Abstract: Novel piezoelectric shell stack in radial direction had been developed. The shell stack was composed of inner and outer shells which are bonded with each other by epoxy resin. The vibration and electromechanical characteristics of the piezoelectric shell stack were modeled and simulated by Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The send voltage response (SV) of both single and double shells under water were computed. Particularly the analytical results of shell stack presented in resonance frequency varying with the radius and thickness had been compared with experiments. The computations show agreement with the experimental results, and the errors are less than 1.28%.
