Abstract: A system simulation model is established by multidisciplinary simulation software Amesim. This model is on account of travel system of a certain hydraulic crawler crane, mainly on selector valve and load sensing pump. Based on this model simulation and dynamic analysis is carried out, then output volume change characteristics of load sensing pump along with load changes is got. Contrasting the simulation result and experiment result, correspondence is very good, which indicate that this model and related parameters are in accordance with real system. A simulation analysis method used to analysis changes of load sensing pump along with load changes is provided.

Abstract: Considering the up-down deflection of vehicle frame as a random variable when a car runs unsteadily, the alternating stress cased by deflection is random. The probability density function is determined by date of the alternating stress acting on the frame. Using the concepts of upper and lower approximation in the rough set theory and confidence degree, random parameters of vehicle frame can be transferred into certain interval values. When the confidence degree took a value from 0 to 1, a series of intervals between the upper and lower approximation are determined respectively. With the algorithm of the interval operation, a method of fatigue analysis is put forward.

Abstract: Arch dam’s failure is a super nonlinear irreversible process. The failure process of it is quite important for safety evaluation. It analyses overload of the highest RCC arch dam of the world with explicit FEM and shows the process of dam’s failure from normal operation, local deformation to overall failure by water specific gravity overcharge method. It gives a more direct and precisely safety factor. This method is also can be used in other structures.

Abstract: Recently, we develop a new method for reducing vibration named liquid film damping (LFD) which combines the mechanism of vibrational energy dissipation of liquid viscous damping (LVD) and air film damping (AFD). This paper use experiment to compare the capacities of vibration decreasing of LFD and the pore viscous damping (PVD) which is an extensive applied type of LVD. The results of experiment present LFD has better ability than traditional LVD in reducing vibration of structures in not only higher frequency but lower frequency.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a multi-Agent alliance control model that is made up of the series robot Agent, the parallel moving platform Agent and the polishing tool system Agent and so on by the MAS theory. Based on the multi-robot system which is made up of the MOTOMAN - HP3 serial robot and NPT800 parallel robot, the MOTOMAN-HP3 serial robot communication, the NPT800 parallel robot of motion control and communication between two robots are introduced respectively. In the end, the mutual communication can be accomplished by two robots and the robot position and status information can be transported with programming of the win socket. The satisfied polishing effect on the curved surfaces can be obtained and the demand of the polishing can be achieved by the MAS.

Abstract: based on the relationship between steel rust expansion force and the amount of corrosion, regarding reinforced concrete as a general continuum with the use of integral model, the finite element analysis models of axial compressive members were set up. Concrete units cracking and crushing were considered by the methods of multi-axial stress William-Warnke five-parameter failure criteria and fracture dispersion mode. For axial compression corroded reinforced concrete structures, firstly under the action of rust expansion force produced by steel corrosion, cracks begin to occur around the steel, then column corner steel cracks emerge by the direction of the protective layer and progressively extend to the entire protective layer. With the increasing of the steel corrosion rate, the ultimate bearing capacity reduces. According to the relationship of the corrosion rate and the capacity reduction, a simple method of calculation was established for corrosion axis of the bearing capacity of compression members.

Abstract: An ammonia-stainless steel steady state modeling of loop heat pipe was established, the impacts on the LHP operating temperature induced by alterable heat loads under 3 operating cases (the different position between evaporator and condenser, the changing of ambient temperature and the changing of heat sink temperature) were analyzed and conclusions were made. Changing the position between evaporator and condenser has a significant influence on the LHP operating temperature. Anti-gravity operation will reduce the performance of the LHP, this phenomenon is obviously in low heat load range. Further more, increasing of fluid pressure drop in the loop will induce decreasing of the LHP performance. The temperature difference between ambient and heat sink will influence the transition heat load (from variable conductance mode to fixed conductance mode), the bigger the temperature difference the higher the transition heat load.

As the course of market globalization and economic incorporation quicken, competition in manufacturing become serious. In order to win the competition, shorten the design time and increase the design reliability, CAD technology is necessary to use in the design of complex cutting-tools. The technology logical and efficiency quality of the cutter affect straightway the precision and the cost of the manufacture. Accordingly, cutting-tool CAD/CAPP/CAM integration comes true, and benefit of cutting-tool enterprise is improved. The contents of the research include: Aiming at the present design actuality in the WHAMC in china, the general design ideas and schemes of WHAMC CAD system are put forward. The completely research has been fulfilled in the functional module of the designing, intensity proofing, configuration and outputting of the drawing of the WHAMC CAD system. The floor rabbet cutter is the example in this part. This paper has analyzed the structure characteristics of the floor rabbet cutter, established the calculation of the floor rabbet cutter, parameter database of drawing, the basement of developing the marketable WHAMC CAD and discussed the probability of comprehensive development of the marketable WHAMC CAD software. The paper is developed by using the Auto CAD as the development flat and the LISP language as the development language by comparing and analyzing and performs functions of each design module of the system. The system provides man-machine conversation on the inputting parameters.

Abstract: A model of attenuation of residual strength with number of cycles has been founded .In this model the constant confined stress and maximum stress of fatigue loading are both considered. Based on the data of experiment, the coefficients of the model are determined. The model can be used to predict the residual life of specimen under biaxial compressive loading with constant confined stress.

Abstract: The equations of motion for a crane system with considering the elasticity of the hoisting cable are derived. Using such equations and the relationship between the actual motion and the nominal motion of the crane system, the equations of vibration of the crane system superimposed upon its nominal motion are established. The responses of the vibration can be determined by numerically integrating the equations using the fourth order Runge–Kutta method. Based on the analysis of responses of the vibration, some conclusions concerning the vibration are obtained.
