Abstract: First to introduce the image pre-processing method for digital image of moth in agricultural field, after, using Otsu method to segment the digital image of moth, there are some false target regions and false background regions should be eliminated from the segmented digital image. The edge feature can be extracted by computing the distance of edge pixels to the centroid point for individual moth image target region. The edge feature is different for different kind moth; a moth can be classified to a certain kind moth if the edge feature of the moth resembles a certain kind moth’s edge feature.

Abstract: Hydraulic water separator can realize the automatic control function by the use of pump-control speed electro-hydraulic servo control system. It can keep the centrifuge adapting to the changes of the water parameters fully with the real-time date collection of centrifugal speed according to different parameters including the density, viscosity, solid-phase content and particle size. It can achieve the best effect by the assurance that the centrifuge is always in the best condition.

Abstract: A curved glass evacuated solar collector tube welding and metal melting point, to achieve the stability of vacuum time. Application of the solar collector tube, the heat collector device, solar radiation intensity in 17MJ/M2 cases, after 30 minutes of sunshine arc temperature of solar vacuum tube load up to 480 °C or above, add heat transfer medium after the medium output temperatures up to 220 °C. Solar vacuum tube with curved endothermic components help focus line fluctuations, solar energy in order to achieve high-temperature heating, the high temperature heat output.

Abstract: As the power output of the photovoltaic (PV) cell changes with the insolation changing, PV cell temperature and cell voltage changing, it is necessary to control the operating voltage to draw the maximum power of the PV cell in order to increase system efficiency. Two-level three phase grid-connected PV system is designed. The forestage BOOST chopper adopt Incremental conductance algorithm to implement Maximum Power Point Tracking; The controller for the inverter system contains inner current loop and external voltage loop. According to the proposed control schemes, the phase and frequency of grid-connected current is the same as grid voltage, with the result of unity of the power, factor for power grid. The PV grid-connected system is built by MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the simulation results show that the proposed control schemes are validated.

Abstract: Through the analysis on the cause of gap in construction energy-saving management, author of this paper points out that steady structure is the final ideal status of construction energy-saving and energy-saving chain of construction engineering is the effective management to solve this problem. Author also analyzed the plane structure of management of energy-saving chain in construction engineering and studied the atom framework in the development phase of energy-saving system and spatial structure in the dynamic evolvement of energy-saving system, and concluded that chain-type management helps with the study on the existing problems in energy-saving management of building.

By analyzing the status of mine geological environment, comprehensive management principles and objectives, policies and laws, supervision and management in such aspects as Chinese mine geological environment protection and realize the sustainable development of mining the countermeasures and suggestions.

Abstract: Based on software of Airpak, a mathematical model of a residential neighborhood in Shenyang was built to analyze the thermal environment of the area in summer. Different areas of river system, saying, original and double area, were located in south of the residential neighborhood. A series of results at pedestrian level of 1.5 meters were obtained, such as temperature field, relative humidity(RH) field, Predicted Mean Vote and Predicted Percent Dissatisfied(PMV-PPD), as well as Mean Age of Air(MAA). The simulation results showed that the affect to the thermal environment of the residence were different when the area of river systems was different. All the simulation results illustrated that the thermal environment was better if the area of water system was increased.

Abstract: Through the synthetically analysis of the characteristics of coal mining and the environment quality of the mining area, the environment quality evaluation index system is formed: water and soil environment quality are the principal layer, the influence factors are measure layer. The evaluation degree of every factor is defined by fuzzy synthesis evaluation method and the environment quality level and the problem urgently to result are found, which provides theory support for environmental protection and green development.

Abstract: In this paper, Remote Sensing images were selected as the data resource. An eco-environmental quality evaluation model which contained forest and grass cover index, wetland cover index, landscape index, biological abundance index, and poor degree of ecological was established, and was applied to the analysis on dynamic change of eco-environmental quality in kailuan mining subsidence area. The results showed that the eco-environment quality of Kailuan mining subsidence dropped first, latter rise unceasingly and the eco-environmental quality in 2009 was best. It is consistent with the actual situation.
