Abstract: Durban climate conference decided to continue the second commitment period of the Kyoto protocol, and announced to start Green Climate Fund, which provided great opportunities for the rapid development of the carbon trading market. The problem of grassland carbon sink has already received more and more attention from the countries all over the world, and the grassland carbon sink potential and value also got more attention from people. Xilinhot has abundant grassland resources and it is one of the main grasslands in Inner Mongolia. The huge carbon sink has important ecological function and also contains huge economic benefits. Based on the principle of additionality, this paper proposed the method of calculating the carbon sink potential of grasslands, and calculated and analyzed the carbon sink potential of degraded grasslands in Xilinhot. The results indicated that the existing huge carbon sink potential of Xilinhot grasslands was 0.733-0.869Tg C/a. According to the carbon sequestration cost price of afforestation cost method (260.9 RMB yuan / ton C), we estimated the value of grassland carbon sink was 191.2 - 226.7 million RMB yuan / year in Xilinhot.

Abstract: Facing sharp conflicts between the current resources, environment and economic development, large-scale coal enterprises adopting the traditional extensive development mode are unsuitable for the requirements of the times of low-carbon economy. Based on the SWOT analysis of the factors of low-carbon economic development of large coal enterprises, this paper is to put forward the framework structure of large-scale coal enterprises developing low carbon economy on the basis of the coal industry to a low carbon economy, and take the Xinwen Mining Group Company as an example to elaborate the new development model.

Abstract: This paper expounds the concept of low carbon agriculture and analyses the factors affecting low carbon agriculture by means of grey relational theory. The conclusion shows that, according the important degree from high to low, the factors affecting the development level of low carbon agriculture are as follows: the number of rural adult attending technical training; the quantity of rural population; the quantity of agricultural technical personnel; Total power of agricultural machinery and agricultural finance investment. Therefore , we should firstly take effective measures to increase the number of rural adult attending technical training. Then ,we should pay more emphasizes on the quantity of rural population and the quantity of agricultural technical personnel.

Abstract: Due to social progress and development, environmental problems have become increasingly apparent. The essence of the design is to solve problems. However, in the era of development, driven by the interests, the design started to deviate from its essence. Most designs start to be a profitable tool. Compelling the appearance of the stimulus to lure the consumer, it never solves the problem, but also aggravates the energy consumption. The future development of sustainable design is the only way. The design couldn’t solve any real problems unless it is conducted by the in-depth reflection of human development and global environment. This requires the joint efforts of whole the design industry.

Abstract: Establishment of low-carbon exhibition is advocated by current exhibition industry. It is insufficient to commence and consider making low-carbon exhibition only by using energy-saving materials. Using digital technology, electronic technology and especially digital three-dimension holographic projection technology replaces the traditional ways which requires high consumption of resources to promote the transformation of traditional exhibition to higher efficient and lower energy consumption and how to make use of mature high-tech to alter traditional way, equipment of exhibition and setting up of exhibition have become the new topic of making low-carbon exhibition.

Abstract: If the weight of automobile wheel is not equally distributed, the automobile is not safe in high speed running. Hence, before the automobile wheel is instated, the dynamic balance of automobile wheel must be done, and the wheel balancer is added to the small weight position. In general, each wheel is added with two wheel balancers at least. Lead wheel balancers are used worldwide to balance vehicle wheels. But lead presents a health hazard, because lead is highly toxic, can contaminate drinking water, and can reduce intelligence in children. The steel wheel balancer is the perfect choice. However, the steel balancers are difficult to form and easy to rust. Based on upper limit analysis and numerical simulation, technology optimization and die design of steel balancer are studied to enlarge the production and to decrease the cost

Abstract: The historical experience from developed countries shows that carbon emissions, with the process of urbanization, will exceed the construction industry, transport and other sectors of society and eventually occupy the first. So, it not only has practical significance, but has far-reaching strategic significance to transform the high-carbon construction into low-carbon. The paper describes the direct, indirect and general influences of the construction carbon emissions based on the path analysis and the related statistic data of Jiangsu Province from 1998 to 2007. It provides an effective guidance for the budget and control of the low-carbon development path with the detailed analysis on each factor’s influence and mechanism.

Abstract: The companies’ performance of carbon emission management will have effects on the firms value via the carbon information disclosure. It is better to based on the global capital market when addressing the relationship among the performance of carbon emission reduction,the quality of carbon information disclosure and the firm value. The key topics of research should be focused on the motivation and efficiency of carbon information disclosure, the quality index of carbon information disclosure, the functioning mechanism of carbon emission management performance and carbon information disclosure quality on firm value, and the preparation of carbon disclosure report.

Abstract: In response to global climate change, how to develop low-carbon economy in the longer term has become a hot topic in current research. The realization of low-carbon economy is not simply been technical but policy-making methods need to be conducted in-depth research. A social orientation would only display its deviation after being practiced, but we may not have the chance to bear the cost. So the inevitable choice could be that we simulate and predict the possible consequence and analyze possible scenarios before the orientation being developed. In this paper, a regional low-carbon economic system has been developed based on the innovation of existing research on sustainable development.
