Abstract: Rural area at the rural-urban fringe, has significant rural space and environment appearance, forming a particularly special rural region. The system function of rural area human settlement is facing disorder, chaos, transition, and other development problems due to policy influence, profit-driven factors, and vandalism. This article discussed how to improve collaborative development of contemporary new rural area human settlement of Hangzhou suburb, from the aspects of village infrastructure, public facility, preservation of historic buildings, policy and law making, rural land system reform and planning management, under the background that Hangzhou is striving to become an environment-oriented city, building a city of high living standards, constructing a networked metropolitan area, and employing the strategy of collaborative planning of rural and urban areas.

Abstract: Space planning and layout of the home store is the first step of formation of the spatial pattern. It is very important for service functions, environmental molding, crowd evacuating and the commodity sales. The establishment of the reasonable order of the store’s space, the reasonable planning and layout of modern home stores and the handling of customer streamline, freight lines, streamline, etc. All these are topics concerned and needed to be further discussed by household stores designers and household enterprise.

Abstract: With support of GIS software, we use the spatial analysis method of vector data. Calculating the isochronous rings of central cities, and prefecture-level cities’ time accessibility. Then we divide city service scope. Next we using ArcInfo programming in linear programming optimization technology to optimize the city service scope. The results show that, the magnitude has changed dramatically among city service scope after optimization, before optimization, and the city administrative divisions. It provide technical and theoretical support for government departments to make planning of city zone divides.

Abstract: With the booming development of creative industries, the creative park - the spatial form of this new era-plays a fairly important role in modern urban life. Creative park not only performs the responsibilities of constantly making deep dialogue and communication between people and city’s cultural life, but also makes a variety of types of space achieve regenerative transformation and functional transformation. After the early stages of development, the present problems the creative park face is how to survive with an attitude of sustainable development and a positive spatial development modes. This article aims to summarize some constructive developmental mode strategies on the basis of finished cases, which has certain positive and practical significance for the creative park space derived from the creative industries.

Abstract: Starting from the necessity of the sustainable development of municipal infrastructures, this paper researches problem from five aspects including urban development, management system and resource waste, etc. Then, base on sustainable development theory and all-life-cycle, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.

The university campus is part of the urban construction. The consumption of energy can not be ignored because that both of its occupation and scale is very large. The sustainable planning and designing of the university campus is benefit for the improvement of the circumstances of the universities and it is also the tendency of the universities in the future.

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses village reform mode in the process of urbanization based on social economy investigation of communities (villages) after village reform in the H District. Three kinds of main village reform patterns and characteristics of each village mode are put forward, and typical communities of each model were investigated and analyzed.Finally,get the conclusion that village reform in the H District is successful, and corresponding measures and the experience that can draw lessons from are put forward.

Abstract: Along with the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the steady growth of residents’ disposable income in recent two decades, the concept of “Livable Dwelling” has becoming more and more popular. Creating real livable residential environment needs the designers to work out measures to suit local conditions and not to advocate the theory of “Coping with shifting events by sticking to a fundamental principle or policy”. Based on the concepts of “People-oriented” and “Sustainable Development”, we should make great efforts in the aspects of improving the relationship between residential space and urban space, and improving the combination of internal residential space’s functions. This paper describes the ways of creating a livable residential environment from the following aspects: changing the single residential function mode; advocating diversified community modes; breaking the barriers of surrounding the residential area; building a harmonious community; using ecological energy-saving strategies; advocating low-carbon living mode; conducting people-oriented architectural design.
