Abstract: The key technology in Energy Management System of Electric Vehicle is researched in this paper. The hybrid power system constituted by the battery and the ultra-capacitor can combine the advantage of the high energy density of battery and the high power density of ultra-capacitor. Firstly, through the analysis of different structures, a suitable one is selected for this system. And then the importance of Energy Management System in the Electric Vehicle system is dissertated in this paper. Secondly, some theoretical study for the regenerative brake of electric vehicle has been expressed. Finally, the theory was verified by some result of system simulation and experiments.

Abstract: Aiming at the operation characteristics of hydropower station and taking Guangxi SanCha power station for example, this paper introduces the mathematical model and the solution of recursive optimization in formulating the economic operation of hydropower station. The results show that the algorithm has good effect, and it lays theoretical foundation for the implementation scheme of the economic operation.

Abstract: As an important framework evaluating the reasons behind the competitiveness of nations in particular industry, Porter’s diamond is used as the main analytical structure in this thesis for addressing the merge and acquisition issue of coal enterprises in China’s Shanxi Province. Through a comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of the six factors from the model, the paper finds that forming large corporations by merging and restructuring is an inevitable and beneficial way for coal enterprises to achieve scale effect and safe production at the meantime to realize mechanization and modernization. The reform is strategically meaningful to improving competitive advantages and optimizing industrial structures of coal companies. Based on the research and analysis, the thesis also raised 5 feasible ways to further enhance the competitiveness of coal enterprises.

Abstract: System dynamics model of colliery material inventory control, containing chief storage and mine supermarket, was created in this paper. Controllable variables in the model includes chief storage’s inventory, mine supermarket’s expect inventory and mine supermarket’s receive delay time. After adjusting and coordinating them, outcome of simulation, analysis and comparison of the effect variables bring to the colliery material inventory control, value range and best point of the variables will be available, and the optimized scheme contains fulfilling producing material demand, reducing chief storage’s inventory and total inventory of material, decrease colliery material inventory cost will be feasible.

Abstract: This paper applies ARIMA model to predict total energy consumption and GDP in 2011-2015, and then reach a conclusion that both are showing a sharp rise trend. Through the analysis on energy intensity in 2001-2015 and energy elasticity between China and Inner Mongolia in 2001-2009, we draw a conclusion that GDP mainly depends on energy consumption and the speed of it increases more than that of GDP in Inner Mongolia. Based on above empirical analysis, we give the corresponding conclusion and suggestion for economic development as follows: prevent the rapid economic growth from high energy consumption; develop the tertiary industry and control economy growth in high energy intensity; change the structure of investment and strengthen the awareness of energy saving and environmental protection.

Abstract: Sustainable development of Resources-oriented Enterprise is one of the most significant problems faced in the process of the reality of Hunan “Four Modernizations and Two models”. This article forms the “Basic Reference Frame” of the objective predictions of sustainable development Hunan resource-based enterprises, and constructs four levels of sustainable development index system, including layer of target, criterion, element and specific index. Based on the “Basic Reference Frame” and index system, advance the sustainable development specific target of the resource-based enterprises in 2015 and 2020.

Abstract: Ecological security is an important issue for sustainable development of mining industry. Uranium mining industry is the base for development of nuclear industry and nuclear power. But uranium mining and processing has larger effect on ecological environment which mainly include tailings, waste rock, waste water, and radiation effects. This paper probes into the role that ecological safety plays in the sustainable development of uranium mining based on analysis of restricting factors on uranium mining in China from the perspective of ecological security. The uranium mining industry in China to achieve sustainable development, we must establish ecological security ideas.

Abstract: The proper role of government in economic development is one of the biggest single issues confronting China today. The paper attempts to trace and describe the role played by the government in renewable energy development. The goals focused in the article are two ones. The first one is to explore the theoretical basis on the role of government. The second one is to examine the practices in China. Based on the analysis of theory and practices in China, the paper argues that government propelling is quite crucial to renewable energy development, and concludes that further incentive policies and implementation system should be improved.

Abstract: In order to solve complexity of the comprehensive decision-making process about the renewable energy plan and according to the multi-criteria of renewable energy development, this paper establishes the co-benefits comprehensive evaluation index system which considers and weighs the technical, economic, social, environmental and other factors comprehensively. With SE-DEA method, this evaluation result can achieve the optimal choice of the renewable energy planning, makes objective analysis of the renewable energy planning decision-making of Hainan province, and provides a clear and specific guidance function for its further renewable energy development strategic direction.

Abstract: Nowadays energy security is an important issue that many countries focus on, especially in the Northeast Asia. Regional energy security cooperation is important to Northeast Asia. The stability of regional energy security cooperation reflects in the competition and cooperation between the countries. The logistic model, which is often used to describe the law of population growth in biology, could analysis the stability of regional energy security cooperation. According to which the hierarchy of needs and resource dependencies among the Northeast Asian countries, there are three models of cooperation, which are Equality and mutual benefit model, attachment symbiotic model and resource dependence model. Each model is analyzed, and then some suggestions are given.
