Abstract: In view of inaccuracy of the traditional design method of acoustic horns with milling tool, by using the cubic spline curve as the generatrix of the axis cross-section of the horn with finite element analysis, this paper designs a kind of new ultrasonic horn not only meet the Material Allowable working stress conditions, but also has a good shape factor and larger amplification factor. In addition, the impact of the length of milling tool on the amplification factor and resonance length of the horns and are discussed.

Abstract: Product Service System (PSS) is introduced as a new concept which means the products and services can be integrated to a package and delivered to customer. From the definition and classification, a PSS can be seen as a system including a set of servicing modes of product. Therefore, designing appropriate PSS to satisfy customer requirements is an important issue in current research. This article reviews current design methodologies and categorized them into three patterns. Each pattern has its advantages and limitations. Hence a new design approach is proposed in this paper. This approach includes integral develop process and focuses on the conceptual design of PSS, which requires innovative thinking to identify possible servicing modes according to customer requirements. Then the evaluation method is provided to help designers to select the principle conceptual solution.

Abstract: Study the equation of motion of cut head on flying head, and get the trajectory curve.According to the analysis about trajectory curve,build a baffle on the bell mouth behind the guide groove of flying shear , and determine the position of the baffle, solve the problem that steel head often inserting into the guide groove behind flying shear, which affect the process of steel inserting into the following mill group, and even cause run steel accident.

Abstract: Universities have a large flow of students, decentralized campuses, and functional areas are far away from each other as a result of continuous development of higher education and the expanding of college enrollment. Students’ studying and living are in great inconvenience. Portable public transport system will offer students travel convenience on campus. In the article analysis is conducted on the importance of the micro-bikes and electric scooters as a prototype vehicle on campus for students and on public facilities and management systems. The "long-term lease" and "rent at request" mode of operation is proposed. The establishment of portable public transport system has great significance for the construction of a harmonious campus.

In modern life, it can say that we have all the time with the "seal" has a direct or indirect contact. Therefore, the design of a simple food vacuum bag-sealing machine, it went into the family, Is the common expectations of consumers.In paper, principle of sealing machine for bagged food has been discussed and the vacuum sealing machine including use function and art function has been designed. The sealing machine is fit for home and can prevent food in refrigerator dehydrating, mixing smell, deteriorating etc.

Abstract: There are some defects in domestic freight train design, in recent years despite the freight train constant improvement of its load capacity and develop new type of heavy freight train. But the influence of the people and related operation safety and efficiency elements to be considered fewer in these improved designs. And in which the gate is a very important factor but always to be neglected. That the gate structure and its ergonomics factors are not suitable for transportation production, thus presents a lot of directly or indirectly influenced safety factors influence on transportation production. This article is aim at provide improvement of the gate of the top-open-freight-train research approaches through survey in Chengdu and Lanzhou railway station and Mei Shan Vehicle Co., Ltd and collection, analysis the gate related safety, productive efficiency cases.

Abstract: To construct the rational and scientific design scheme evaluation method for a target, on the basis of researching on the complement of the gray clustering theory and information axiom, applying the combination in the design scheme evaluation, a scheme evaluation method based on the grey clustering and information axiom integrated is put forward. Aiming at the defect of obtaining difficulty for evaluation indexes, the evaluation index system is constructed by using the analytical hierarchy process. Aiming at the shortcoming that qualitative indexes are not be evaluated by information axiom, the qualitative index is whitened by using the triangle whiten weight function. At the same time, the computational formula of the information amount is improved, and the design scope and system scope of design scheme are extended to make the calculation results more actual. The weight of each index in the evaluation process isn’t needed to provide, and the subjective judgment is avoided on the influence of the evaluation results. Taking the process of obtaining the optimal scheme for the mechanical parking equipment as an example, the proposed method is analysis verified. The application examples show that the optimal scheme satisfying user needs is got in a relatively short time by using this evaluation method and a theoretical basis is provided for the establishment of a scientific and rational evaluation method.
