Abstract: Traffic equipment’s rush-repairs in the wartime optimal assignment model was established. Combining the features of Job-shop scheduling problems, described the complexity of this problem. In order to find global optimal results efficiently, traditional GAs were improved and used for study of this problem. Though genetic algorithm, as an effective global search method, had been used in many problems, it had the disadvantages of slow convergence and poor stability in practical engineering. In order to overcome these problems, an improved genetic algorithm was proposed in terms of creation of the initial population, genetic operators, etc. At the end, the steps to solve the optimal model were put forward. With this model we had obtained ideal results. This shows that the method can offer a scientific and effective support for a decision maker in command automation of the traffic equipment’s rush-repairs in battlefield.

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of fractal graphics as well as theoretical basis, and the use of Maple and other mathematical software raw ingredients -shaped graphics, and thus will be fractal images to use to the fabric recycling, restructuring of fractal images, in order to create realistic visual effects, so that garment shape and fabric images pattern combination of organic, the final completion of the clothing creation. Fractal graphics of this new fashion element in fashion design is of great significance to design new and unique clothing, so that more practical significance to the study of fractal graphics.

Abstract: During the production of PEK, the dust and foreign matters will be bring into PEK by raw materials and refining process. The impurities enter into extrusion die can make runner block and make products incomplete, and then the application of PEK will be influenced. The following methods can be took to obtain pure PEK, PEK was first added to the extruder to melt, and then through the melt pump to increase the pressure, finally using certain mesh screen to filtrate. According to the request of filtration, a new filter device and process was designed.

Abstract: As the research object a manual piston pump is designed lightweight, by using optimization theory and FEM&CFD software. The manual piston pump body and the end cover are designed proper structures according to the flow field and the structure strength. The optimized design and analysis calculation provide credible theory, and lay the foundation for the engineering application design and manufacturing of the product.

Abstract: The purposes of assembly design (DFA) are aimed to rapidly fit certain machine parts together with the final assemble quality guaranteed. This indicates certain measurements are taken in the very initiative stages to achieve the lowest assembly cost, include quantitative analysis of products; products design optimizations and compression of assembly time. To both aspects of products assemblage capabilities and cost reductions, the DFA usually acquires the least numbers of parts also ensures the ease manufacture and assemble of the parts.

Abstract: Screw drilling rig’s hard core is motor unit assemblage. Stator housing’s thread tool recess is a key component and a weak link of motor unit assemblage. The finite-element method was used to do some static analysis of the thread tool recesses which were in the same conditions and different shapes, in order to improve the screw drilling rig’s operating life and reduce the failure accident. According to the nephograms and curves about the tool recesses’ stress, the most dangerous position is thread root. Minimizing the sectional dimension’s changing and increasing the chamfering’s radius are effective way to reduce thread tool recess’ stress concentration.

Abstract: At present, the power of electric vehicle mainly relies on li-ion battery module. The temperature field of lithium-ion power battery pack assembly is an important factor which affects the security and reliability of EV when the vehicle is running [1,2]. In this paper, by simulating the typical discharge condition of Li-ion battery module, it is realized that the detailed temperature field and air flow field of battery pack assembly. According to the results of thermal analysis, li-ion battery module layout can be improved, and the high-temperature region of battery pack assembly can be found clearly

Abstract: Taking the design of automotive product as an example , the designing thought of PDE technology was made full use of This article . On the basis of establishing components figure library and data base of the chassis parameter, by the secondary development of VB and AutoCAD 2000 software, and blending the drawing design of automobile product and data management, this is automobile product data management(the abbreviated is APDM). To some extent,the system has performed the virtual design of automotive chassis. It can design automotive and inquire data fast and efficiently. Thus it reduces the designer’s labor intensity and raise designing efficiency.

Abstract: The test of distribution is to infer that whether the life of produce can satisfy the distribution chosen by a simple analysis of the test data or the alive using data . Based on the principle of fit goodness test and the Pearson test method , which is one of a common distribution test methods, a kind of special F test method is researched for the situation that the product life obeys to exponential distribution. With that method, the distribution of the storage life of electronic devices is researched.
