Abstract: The catalytic cracking unit of oil refining industry, is a complex process characterized by its prolonged time delay and strong coupling ability.This system adopts the method of modern control theory, artificial intelligence combined effectively production techniques, researchs the problem of the multistep self-learning experience forecast online by computers and its applications in oil refinery. The system guides and optimizes the operations of the production process based on its memory, comparisons and analysis. The system is very effective to increase yield; It has been applied and popularized in 20 large-scale or middle-scale oil refining corporations.

Abstract: We developed theory to show exactly one monitor is required for the set of siphons in the family of a 2-compound siphons and how to assign its initial markings. This avoids redundant monitors and the unnecessary associated computational burden. Neither reachability graph nor minimal siphon needs to be computed achieving polynomial complexity---essential for large systems. This paper redevelops the theory more formally and further applies this approach to two well-known S3PR to obtain a controller full or near maximally permissive.

Abstract: This paper studies the synchronization of brushless excitation frequency soft start system design. On the basis of principle of the synchronized machine brushless excitation frequency soft starter system, the practical applications of brushless motor control system are elaborated. Experimental results in engineering show effectiveness of the design.

Abstract: On complex process control frequently encountered in nonlinear, inertia big, delay time longer phenomenon, is put forward based on adaptive control in the process of the liquid level instrumentation control let more model, hardware design on the input signal processing channel unit, regulators unit, output signal processing channel of unit, use control system has the deviation of the signal, may make the output of the best control signal. The control mode can not dependent on the mathematical model of the object, can be applied to many order, nonlinear, multivariate occasion. This paper provides the simulation model, and the simulation results show that the system has to level good robustness and controlling, and the controller is simple and relatively easy to implement, and has the obvious engineering application value.

Abstract: This paper introduces one kind of design of AGV control system based on the navigation of the time division electromagnetic complex frequency selection. The structure of software and hardware of AGV is analyzed. Combined with AGV system applications in a newspaper printing center, the detailed analysis of the design of AGV system is shown. After the actual operation of the system, its feasibility is verified.

Abstract: This paper proposes an exception handling mechanism for running reliable service-based business processes. With Smart Process-based Application Model that we have proposed, a smart process is generated automatically according to the execution of composite web services to better meet user’s individual requirements. However, the loosely-coupled nature of the smart process introduces more exceptions during its running. This paper will mainly focus on the failures of a smart process, and give an approach to handle exceptions. Based on Execution Transition Diagram(ETD) and several execution states we define in this paper, exceptions can be handled automatically by selecting rational transitions in the ETD during the execution of a smart process.

Abstract: The structure of the aid wheels braking control vehicle system is projected, and the system dynamic model is set up. Based on the Matlab/Simulink, establish the dynamic simulation system of the aid wheels braking control vehicle system for the Chery A3 car. Using the brake / drive integrated ESP control principle, based on the simulation model, respectively simulate and analyze the ESP control performances of the vehicle system and the aid wheels braking control vehicle system in different simulation conditions, under steer and over steer. The study results indicate that, based on the aid wheels braking control vehicle system, when there is no ESP control or ESP control system failure, the system can ensure the safety of vehicle effectively; and when with ESP control system, the ESP control performances of the aid wheels braking control vehicle system and the vehicle system have remarkable consistency. The aid wheels braking control vehicle system provides a basis for the vehicle stability control performance research.

Abstract: UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) is a basis for the observation equipments, and its reliability play a decisive role for the all tasks. Most of the observation stations are unattended, and their distribution is dispersive. So the maintenance of UPS is tedious and complicated, and it is difficult to achieve unified management and effective maintenance. In response to this situation, this paper proposes a UPS remote intelligent monitoring program. Through the monitoring data collection, remote data transmission, data output display and the control command transfer, this program can monitor the power supply capacity, load conditions and working status in the real-time, and achieve the function of automatic alarm and remote switch control. It completely changes the traditional decentralized management model and improves the level of scientific management of the UPS.
