Abstract: The traditional quantum evolutionary algorithm takes a long time to converge and can be easy trap into local optima. In order to overcome and accelerate the speed of the convergence, a new quantum evolutionary algorithm is proposed in the paper. The proposed new algorithm named discrete quantum bee colony algorithm incorporate the basic idea of the artificial bee colony algorithm. The initial population can be initialized randomly using quantum encoded and the population can be formed by there parts and every subpopulation can evolve cooperatively. In the end, the individual will rated according to the multi-granularity mechanism and also rated according to the evolution condition. Simulation results of knapsack problems show that the proposed algorithm performs better than other algorithm.

Abstract: The tramcar runs upward and downward frequently and the load varies with practical requirements, the operating conditions of the hydro-viscous winch are very complex, so the ordinary PID controller cannot meet the requirements of the winch. In order to control the speed of the hydro-viscous winch precisely and obtain perfect starting speed, a new fuzzy-PID control system was designed, the starting process of the winch and the speed regulation characteristics were simulated by using MATLAB. The results show that the designed control system can meet the requirements of the winch well. It can not only obtain perfect starting speed, but also adjust the running speed precisely. Research achievements of this work provide theoretical basis for optimal design and practical applications of the hydro-viscous winch.

Abstract: Proposed a chaotic cellular neural network system, in-depth study of the system dynamic characteristics through theoretical analysis and simulation, to obtain the system Lyapunov exponent spectrum, also designed the hardware circuit, and get the physical implementation of chaos system through the FPGA, observing all kinds of chaotic attractor. The experimental results are fully consistent with the Matlab simulation results, thus this physical implementation is correct and feasible.

Abstract: Cogent Automatic Fingerprint Identification System (CAFIS) was researched by Cogent Co. Ltd. This system filtrated and matched fingerprints feathers automatically by computer to search for similar fingerprints, which are identified by specialists finally. It can provide help for criminal cases. About CAFIS, this paper introduces the principle, fingerprint identification process and the system workflow. Then, it researches five functions modules; they are image acquisition, screening, feathers matching, scoring and sorting; and introduce the algorithm of feather matching briefly. Experimental results show that it has many advantages, such as the big capacity of database, quick matching speed, high accuracy, etc.

Abstract: Realize the goal quick and accurate location when the detection signal is weaker, puts forward a Fast Intelligent Tracking algorithm(FITA) with the Gain Adjustable. Wiht the goal image move in four quadrant detector, it’s size, location and output signal related to a linear probe interval. In this interval, a liner relation can be get between the spot position and the corresponding output signal. The target quick location algorithm is realized with this relation. On the other hand, the sum signal of the four quadrant detector is sampled in real-time, this sum is related to the sensor’s signal strength, then the change rate of the signal strength can be get, using adaptive learning ways to get the change trend of signal strength, and realized dynamic adjustment of the signal gain, in order to improve the signal resolution ratio when signal is weak, the tracking accuracy can be improved with this way. The experimental data show that FITA algorithm can rapidly locate position in the linear interval and accurately track through the dynamic change signal gain for the weaker signal. The track error can be improved to 1.9%.

In this context, this paper put forward an Smart Home application solution based on virtual reality and expounds the design process from the system architecture, hardware design, software design and the prototype system. Abstract: This paper designed a control system for the full-automatic flap disc production machine, the whole control system was designed based on high-performance PLC of Mitsubishi Q series, QD75P positioning module, servo motor of Mitsubishi HF series and other advanced industrial control technology. The control system realizes the target of precise positioning and high-speed responding, and the hardware and software of control system has a stable performance.

Abstract: The quantifying model of influences from urban road traffic accidents is built in this paper, in order to research influencing coverage and effects from road traffic accidents; and the reasonable evaluation indexes are adopted based on the model to quantify influencing coverage and effects from road traffic accidents and determine related factors with influencing coverage and effects from road traffic accidents, also the model is contrasted and verified by actual cases; it is shown from the results that the queue length, traffic recovery time and travel time error are in compliance with the requirements, indicating that the simulation results of this model is feasible and effective, with a certain reliability, and provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the effectiveness of traffic emergency measures and implementation of traffic control.

Abstract: Generalized Wonham controllable canonical forms are introduced to apply to pole placement of state feedback or state derivative feedback. New methods of pole placement of both state feedback and state derivative feedback for multi-input system are proposed. The theory and approach are introduced, and the general expression gain matrices containing arbitrary parameter are obtained for both state feedback and state derivative feedback of the multi-input system.

Abstract: The real-time monitor ability will be improved when the Ocean buoy technology is used on the marine environment monitoring. The design of the monitoring system based on marine environment buoy were described in detail in the paper, which including the integrated hardware and the monitoring software. The ocean remote monitoring function was implemented using the developed software system.
