Abstract: This paper introduces the liquid level detecting system, using the laser displacement sensor to realize automatic measurement, using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology to data collection technology, network communication and database management technology are integrated in one system, has simple structure and design, strong universality, expanding the convenience and high efficiency of data transmission. Can be applied to different testing apparatus, the data acquisition system has good universality, is easy to embed other application testing system.

Abstract: There are many factors that influence the equippment environment safety, and Oil mist concentration is one of the important factors. So it is very critical to monitor oil mist concentration accurately and quickly. A kind of monitor device is designed to carry on the sampling of the air and get the original data. And forecasting the variety of oil mist concentration with grey model, it opens the air decontamination device before attaining the limited value. The calculation shows that the monitor device based on grey theory is effective, convenient, and has upper fitting precision.

Abstract: In reflection seismology the reflectivity sequence is of primary interest and must be estimated. Estimation of the reflectivity sequence is based on deconvolution of seismic trace data. Modelling the seismic trace as the non-Gaussian moving average time series, we propose a deconvolution method based on the modified estimation, which is consistent estimation of moving average models with heavy tailed error distribution. The asymptotic equivalence is established between the proposed method and the deconvolution using . Simulation studies are presented to validate the equivalency. Furthermore, based on this equivalence the consistency problem of the deconvolution has been discussed.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces a conventional PID algorithm quantity ratio control system. The ratio of the calculation of the parameters calculation after all set up changes no longer, in the control system of main and auxiliary loop set respectively, Lord control device that guarantee the ratio of output Settings coefficient and characterization of product quality index the controlled variables is constant, through the practice and the simulation results show that the system can not only meet the technological requirements, and with high control accuracy and stability.

Abstract: During the process of blast furnace, auxiliary, such like coal, coke, oxygen, limestone, and refractory can form different resource conversion efficiency when processed with main material resources which are rich of iron, and this has an important impact on resource consumption and environmental emission. Coke rate is one important technical and economical index in the process of blast furnace production as well as the central exemplification of efficiency and consumption of blast furnace production. This discourse will analysis related subjects from the perspective of operative characteristics of auxiliary resource's effects on comprehensive coke rate in blast furnace, using improved BP neural network of 16-20-1 topological structure to predict comprehensive coke rate in blast furnace. Real practices have proved that this model has low chance of predicative error in the blast furnace production, and this means accuracy and effectiveness.

Abstract: This thesis introduces control approach for the elevator control system. From the intelligent control perspective of the elevator operation, better elevator service quality should be required. The advanced scheduling rules and the best dispatching mode should be adopted in control procedures to obtain control management. Group control algorithm does not solely rely on the passengers’ shortest waiting time as the goal, also using the fuzzy theory, neural network, genetic algorithm and expert system. All these factors including the passengers’ psychological impact and assessment of impending decision-making should be absorbed into the group control system, so it is a multi-objective control combined expert system with the current elevator operating status.

Abstract: This article introduced control principles of a mine gas mixing control system; and expounded the realization methods, the steps of PID control algorithm and parameter setting in the Step7 by using configuration control system of Siemens PLC. In the industrial control computer IPC, PLC and human-computer interface HMI centered control system that realized steady control of the calorific value, and it has preferable reliability, advancement and adaptability.

Abstract: The design of an intelligent controller based on fuzzy TS model for a pressure process rig is presented. The proposed controller consists of a fuzzy TS model, a feedback fuzzy TS model, and a low pass filter combined in an internal model control structure. The identification of the fuzzy TS model uses fuzzy clustering technique to mimic the nonlinearity characteristic of the process. Instead of least-squares algorithm, the instrumental variable method is used to estimate the consequent parameters of the fuzzy TS model in order to avoid inconsistency problem. The identified model is validated with the performance indicators variance-accounted-for and root mean square. By using the technique of inverse fuzzy model analytically, the feedback fuzzy controller is designed based on the identified fuzzy TS model. The performance of the proposed controller is verified through experiments at various operating points.

Abstract: It has been a hot race to design optimal controllers to be maximally permissive with fewest monitors in the shortest amount of time. Recent maximally permissive deadlock prevention controls for S3PR (Systems of Simple Sequential Processes with Resources) reduce the computation burden by considering only a small portion of all forbidding markings and employs much fewer monitors by a linear integer programming method. However, it still requires costly reachability analysis. This paper proposes a method (the first of its kind) to merge several monitors into a single one while not losing states. It achieves the same best results in the literature while avoiding the time-consuming reachability analysis which does not scale well with the size of the nets.
