Abstract: On the system development platform based on SOPC Builder, completed transplanting µC/OS II on the Nios II. The paper change the front-back control traditional method by task design concept and assign system task to multiple different level task which is deployed by PRI to achieve the different operation task of robot. So the paper transfer the mechanism of traditional system soft which operate under one task sequence performance mechanism. According to experimentation, this method reduces the period of software development greatly, and it also improves the real-time’s property, reliability and expansibility the software well.

Abstract: This article took the 2011 ABU Robocon Contest as background, and introduced the design and implementation of a vision system for visual servoing navigation and object tracking in this contest. For visual servoing navigation part, it had a series of simple image processing and then added to a previous control law; tests showed only 3cm distance and 1°angle error occur when robot ran one line of 6m. For object tracking part, article introduced a combined algorithm for the detecting of a black and white semi-circle object, which moved quickly and uncertainty in a colorful background and shining environment; tests showed the proposed algorithm work better than other exist algorithms in complex environment.

Abstract: Considering the Duffing chaotic system, the problem of stability control based on the terminal sliding mode variable structure is studied. A new terminal sliding mode surface and control law are designed. On this basis, the stability of closed-loop system is analyzed. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the control method.

Abstract: Now, to the phenomenon of a serious waste of water and low utilization of water resources in our country, a new intelligent water-saving system which can automatically collect cleaner waste water and rain water is introduced, in order to improve the utilization rate of water and save water. Detailed description of how the intelligent water-saving system works, and illustration of the working principle of the intelligent water-saving system; To economize on water resources to the maximum extent, put forward the idea of combing with buildings, so as to collect water through multi-channels; To make the intelligent water-saving system to get extensive promotion and application, bring forward some corresponding measures. In short, the intelligent water- saving system can achieve the maximum water-saving effect.

Study on Data Detector of Synchro-Self-Shifting Clutch on Combined Diesel or Gas Turbine Power Plant
Abstract: The failure of a synchro-self-shifting clutch, a key component in many power units, can lead to the loss of engine power, thereby the failure of the power plant as a whole. This paper introduces the hardware design and software development of SSS clutch data detector based on 16 Bite microcontroller of Motorola, it records the key parameters of SSS Clutch in real time, which can achieve the accident reconstruction and primary diagnoses of the highest possibility of a failure occurring, it is significant importance for research the highest possibility of a failure occurring prediction and fault diagnosis.

Abstract: According to the craft requirement of drilling and tapping some boxes’ production line three surfaces and two service positions, selected Japan Matsushita Electric's C40 (24/16) type,and designed the PLC control system of the combined machine tool, replace the intrinsic relay and contactor control system. The reliability of the control system is improved, failure rate is reduced, debugging use is convenient, practical application effect is good.

Abstract: To enhance the human-robot interaction social robots have been developed with focuses on facial expression and verbal language. However, little to none has been done on emotional expression through robot’s body language. This work uses a parameterization method with human’s emotion theory and experiments to find robot parameters for expressing emotions through body language. Mapping is done on 2- and 3-dimensional emotion space, and obtained coefficients can be used to determine the influence level of motion parameters to emotion domains.

Abstract: The article has reviewed briefly the development of hexa-orientation press control system, and in introduces the application of industrial computer in the diamond synthetic press control system. It improves the precision of control and realizes automated process control by using PID closed-Loop to control electric current and using dynamic pressure to control pressure. It increases protection parameters, makes the system operate more stable and has very important impact on grade and carbide anvil consumption, at the same time reduces the technical requirements of operators. Finally the article introduces the development direction of hexa-orientation press control system.

Abstract: Inventory control strategy of spare parts is an effective way to improve equipment support efficiency and scientific and reasonable inventory policy can make spare parts availability reach the upper limit. Multi-echelon integrated inventory control strategy of equipment spare parts is studied. Three-level integrated inventory control model consisting of rear warehouse, equipment using units and spare parts supplier is established according to the architecture and control program of multi-echelon joint inventory. The algorithm of solving the proposed model is analyzed and a numerical example is provided. The proposed equipment spare parts inventory model can improve inventory quality to a certain degree and decrease the contradictions between inventory and maintenance. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by the example, which provides an effective model for equipment spare parts inventory.

Abstract: Stable and Reliable automatic control system of Vacuum Consumable Arc Remelting (VAR) furnace is the key to smelt successfully special alloy metal and high temperature alloy metal, which is related to special properties of remelting ingot directly. This paper makes a deep study for drop short pulse testing and controlling system, and digital signal processing is used to obtain drop short pulse value with different frequency ranges. Firstly, basic theory analysis of drop short pulse measuring and controlling is researched. Secondly, high-speed digital signal processing technology is adopted to sample furnace voltage signal real-timely, band pass filter group is designed directly to process and calculate the amount of drop short pulses in different frequency ranges, Finally, the relationship between drop short pulse frequency and special alloy materials is analyzed, fuzzy PID control method is used to adjust electrode gap and control arc length. Field experiment results show the effectiveness of the whole drop short pulse testing and controlling system.
