Abstract: To resolve t he problem of nonlinear and hysteretic temperature controlling of geothermal air conditioning system, this paper, puts forward a fuzzy Smith- PID control policy which is compared with the conventional Smith algorithm over the stability under different temperature and Robust characteristics.The simulation show that the practicability and validity of the fuzzy Smith- PID controlling algorithm in geothermal air conditioning system.

Abstract: The set-covering approach by Piroddi et al. may reach the optimal number of states among all approaches for a well-known benchmark using a siphon-based approach without reachability analysis. However, the resulting model is a generalized Petri net incurring extra cost in system verification, validation and implementation. The only improvement is to replace two monitors with weighted arcs by two new monitors without weighted arcs. We develop a theory for explaining the cause of state losses and providing the foundation for the above improvement model.

Abstract: To implement the new generation thermo mechanical control process (NG-TMCP), the automatic control system of ultra fast cooling (UFC) was developed by combined with the renovation project of controlled cooling system in one plate production line. This system was composed of basic automation subsystem and process automation subsystem. As the main control unit of the basic automatic control system, a S7400 PLC system is used to control the UFC device and to achieve the chain control between the UFC system and the mill system. While the process control system is to realize the automatical setting of the cooling schedule by the developed finite element temperature field model and the temperature homogeneity model. The industry application shows that the NG-TMCP which is based on the UFC can reduce the alloy content effectively and implement the low-cost reduction produce of high-grade products.

Abstract: This paper studies the feedback control problem of nonlinear systems in strict-feedback form with state quantizers, which are static and bounded by sectors. Through a newly developed and versatile Lyapunov function analyzing approach for networked and quantized control systems (NQCSs). The common aim is to demonstrate that a unified study of quantization and delay effects in an uncertain system is possible by merging the quantized control law. A new delays-independent stability criterion is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) which can be easily solved. This paper describes a system for the stability analysis of the uncertain systems subject to quantization and time-delay. Moreover, a sufficient condition for the existence of a guaranteed cost controller for NCSs is also presented by a set of LMIs. Both theoretical analysis and numerical examples show that the results in this paper are generally less conservative than those in the quadratic framework.

Abstract: Characteristics of fire detection signal are proposed that, in fire case non-fire signals caused by other factors can not be separated from fire signals and in non-fire case non-fire signals may produce changes similar to fire signals. An intelligent algorithm is pointed out to reduce false alarm rate and miss alarm rate, it can improve fire alarm accuracy. The intelligent algorithm includes digital filter, sensitivity autoregulation, drift aotocompensation and rising rate analysis, and it is useful in practical engineering.

Abstract: For emergency dynamic response, the system structure of emergency response system is designed. On the basic of analysis of the structure of emergency plan process, the algorithm of outside push and pull back is designed to give out the mechanism of reorganization and reasoning emergency plan knowledge, by using the theory of relationship compound in the category theory. Taking the forest fire emergency response system as a prototype, the paper achieves the automatic generation of digital emergency plan, which effectively improves the applicability of the generation of emergency plan and the capability of knowledge sharing.

Abstract: Different from existing evolutionary algorithms which usually are implemented in serial computation mode, two improved parallel particle swarm optimization algorithms based on parallel computation structure model are proposed to search the energy efficient operation strategy for a train in railway network. The algorithms are designed and verified using a simulation case. Compared with other methods, these improved parallel PSO-based algorithms have a much better performance in efficiency and may be considered to put into practice.

Abstract: Aim at technical improve of the control system in the Wind Turbine Gearbox Test Device at a factory of Yinchuan , the design plan of the control system Based on Mitsubishi FX series PLC,FX2n-4AD,FX2n-4DA,Mitsubishi FX series Ethernet adapters and King View are put forward ,lower processor was composed by FX2N series CPU module and I/O module in that control system , moreover , centralized management and real-time monitoring of collect data are carried out through the upper processor that adopts industrial computer and King View .
