Abstract: Transverse thickness difference is a key index of plate shape for electrical steel product. This paper analyzed and optimized original automatic control system for transverse thickness difference of MH UCMW rolling mill. By adding Multi-points assessment in edge drop region, steep drop width is reduced, and system yield is improved; By optimizing rigid control strategy into flexible control strategy, using three stands control instead of two stands, and rationally allocating each stand load for edge drop control, transverse thickness difference quality level is improved, and rolling stability is promoted. Based on control system optimization, control ability for transverse thickness difference is significantly improved, head-tail ultra gauge length is shortened from 110 meter to 50 meter, and transverse thickness difference high-quality ratio is improved from 35% to 87%.

Abstract: Taking MH UCMW cold tandem mill as research object, broken edge wave generating mechanism and characteristics were analyzed which caused by edge drop control. Based on original control strategy, an automatic edge wave control model was developed, and edge drop control strategy was optimized. Effect of taper work roll shifting and taper shape on broken edge wave were analyzed by actual rolling data. Results show that broken edge wave decreases with effective contact depth increasing of taper work roller and strip. Optimized control system application eliminate broken edge wave, and improve automatic shape control accuracy.

Abstract: Currently, it is quite popular that to acquire water straightly from the source to supply the city, in China. However, all this kind of water needs to be cleaned before using; therefore, an efficient system for filtering water in the water-drawing procedure has been addressed in this paper. The system adopted the configuration software as the interface for management which was installed in the upper computer, and various PLCs as the controllers for the master stations and sub-stations respectively. The control method and the structure of its hardware and software in electrical system would be discussed in detail, and the paper would provide a general intelligent control system model for filtering water.

Abstract: This paper introduced the software and hardware architecture of gas bleeder igniting system of shaft furnace detailed via a real implemented project, as well as providing the related design method, which enabled to provide a reference for the gas bleeder igniting system in lower calorific value to the industrial and mining enterprises. In addition, the related deducing and anticipating model with Bayes rough set has been established in the text.

Abstract: The common direct digital control method cannot achieve good results to the position follow-up system which includes pure delay inertial link. On the base of the advantage of Dahlin algorithm processing pure delay inertial link, this paper performed design process and simulation calculations applying Dahlin algorithm to design the position follow-up system. Observing the tracing results, the paper achieves the desired results with its high precision and velocity and proves the application value of Dahlin algorithm.

Abstract: In this papar we research the guaranteed cost control for a class of norm bounded uncertain discrete singular systems was considered in this paper. The objective is to design state-feedback controllers such that the closed-loop systems is regular, causal, stable and the corresponding cost function have a certain upper bound minimized for all admissible uncertainties. Two sufficient conditions for the existence of state-feedback guaranteed cost controllers are obtained in terms of algebraic Riccati equation and linear matrix inequalities, respectively. And the numerical examples show the validity of our inclusion.

Abstract: At present there are many challenges in the acidity slurry used widely. And the toxic BTA with side effect must be used in the international. So the component of slurry must be improved. The new reagent is studied. It makes the slurry alkalization. It also has the using as a pH adjusting agent, complexion agent of copper ion, multi- metal chelating agents, aminating agent of acidic oxides, pH buffer, stainless steel corrosion inhibitor, the active agent and pro-oxidant. It improves the property of slurry and solves many different of acidity slurry. The alkalinity slurry contained the multi-hydroxyl polyamines is environmental、inexpensive and composition- simplified. The slurry with it can achieve the high speed and high flat. In the same time the low pressure and the little abrasive can be realized, which provide the new material for the removal of copper film.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to design and implement a low noise amplifier (LNA) based on transformer for a Ku-band application. The proposed CMOS LNA can have an enhanced gain because of the cascade topology, a highly flat gain response because of the RC feedback network, and a wide passband because of the source degeneration structure that effectively suppresses the Miller effect. The Ku-band LNA dissipates 22.175 mW power and achieves the S11 of -10.31 to -6.77 dB, S22 of -18.1 to -37.78 dB, flat S21 of 8.78 to 10.59 dB, and noise figure of 3.96 to 5.33 dB across the 12~18 GHz span. The measured output P1dB is approximately -2 dBm. The chip size including all testing pads is only 0.545 x 0.599 mm2.

Abstract: This study proposes a circuit structure with reconfigurable multiple bands bandpass filter. This circuit can provide a triple-band or dual-band bandpass facility by adjusting two open stubs (L6 and L7) location. The circuit design used three sections of transmission line in series, the two sets of the coupled lines connected to the gap in each transmission line, and two open stubs in the appropriate locations. The design and manufacturing of the circuit structure is innovative and simple. The center frequencies of the triple-band bandpass filter are set at 2.4, 4.2, and 6.5 GHz, respectively, while the center frequencies of the dual-band bandpass filter are the two lower pass band of the triple-band bandpass filter at 2.4 and 4.2GHz. The filters were simulated using the full-wave electromagnetic simulator, IE3D, and measured by Anritsu-37269D. The simulated and measured results show good agreement in the frequency of interest.

Abstract: The paper presents a double-square loop (DSL) resonator for a dual-mode bandpass filter; the resonator has two sides of unequal length. We use the IE3D electromagnetic simulation software for evaluating the effects of the DSL-type bandpass filter and an FR4 substrate for comparing the differences between the simulated and the measured results. The center frequency of the filter is set to be around 2.4 GHz in both the simulation and the implementation. The simulated and the measured results reveal that the filter frequency and bandwidth are very similar in both cases and prove that the microstrip-line bandpass filter can be used as a passive component in a variety of applications in the field of communications.
