Abstract: The ecological footprint demand and ecological capacity for the six types of productive land during 2005~2010 are calculated using the ecological footprint model in this paper by taking Dongying City as the example, and the ecological deficit of Dongying City is thereby figured out. Based on this, the indicators such as the ecological footprint of 10k yuan GDP, the ecological pressure index, the ecological diversity index, and the social economic development index, etc representing the sustainable development are calculated and analyzed, to learn that it is not allowed to be optimistic about the ecological environment in Dongying in recent years, as the ecological deficit has increased year after year, and the ecological pressure has become heavier and heavier. However, it is learned through analysis of the ecological footprint of 10k yuan GDP and the social economic development index that under the situation when the ecological pressure on economic growth in the ecological economic system of Dongying is increased, a tendency exists for the consumptive and extensive economic growth pattern to gradually step towards the ecologically intensive pattern, but it is still required to make more efforts in the aspects of reducing the ecological footprint demand and improving the ecological capacity.

Abstract: This document established evaluation of the Yellow River delta wetland ecological health with PSR model, the DPSIR model and index system. Based on research of Yellow River delta wetland and relevant expert scoring, the paper selected 23 indicators, such as wetland pressure, state, response. all the index weights results was completed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Ecological health protection strategy was proposed according to the model.

Abstract: To extract PHAs which produced by Bacillus cereus, three methods were used in this article, such as chloroform extraction, chloroform-hypochlorite dispersion extraction and hypochlorite-surfactant extraction. Also the thermal processing performance of the materials was examined. The results showed that chloroform-hypochlorite dispersion extraction was the optimum method. The PHAs isolated had the molecular weight 5.0×105 and the extraction rate was up to 72.4%. The thermal property of these materials was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The result showed that the materials extracted by three methods were all of good thermal processing performance. The processing temperature was forecasted as 220°C.

Abstract: In this paper the meshless manifold method is used to obtain the solution of an inverse heat conduction problem with a source parameter. Compared with the numerical methods based on mesh, such as finite element method and boundary element method, the meshless manifold method only needs the scattered nodes instead of meshing the domain of the problem when the trial function is formed. The meshless manifold method is used to discretize the governing partial differential equation, and boundary conditions can be directly enforced without numerical integration in the problem domain. This reduces the computation cost greatly. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the method.

Abstract: Doing the heart three-dimensional CT imaging (3DCT), the writers found 3DCT can clearly show the left ventricular apical thinning (LVAT). Purpose: To observe the shape of LVAT and measure related parameters in the end-systolic and end-diastolic phases. Methods: 12 cadaveric heart specimens were observed, and the thickness of LVAT was measured, as well as the thickest myocardium of left ventricle (TMLV). There are 69 cases imaging data of the end-systolic and end-diastolic phases without heart diseases from PACS in our hospital, with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), Volume rendering (VR), the LVAT was clearly shown and measured. Measuring parameters include the thickness of LVAT, TMLV and the distance between the LVAT and the anterior descending branch of left coronary artery (DBLCA). Statistical comparisons were made. Results: In all cadaveric heart specimens of 12 cases were found the LVAT, the thickness of LVAT, TMLV was 1.74 mm ± 0.32 mm, 13.07 mm ± 1.48 mm. 3DCT clearly showed the LVAT in the 69 cases, whose thickness was 1.17 mm ± 0.43 mm in the diastole phase and 1.19 mm ± 0.48 mm in the systole phase. The thickness of TMLV was 12.02 mm ± 1.66mm, and the distance between the LVAT and DBLCA was 13.70mm ± 3.78 mm in the diastole phase. There were not significant differences in the LVAT thickness between systole and diastole phases (t = 0.366, p > 0.5), but there are significant differences in measuring the thickness of myocardium between the anatomy and 3DCT (t = 2.210, 0.01< P<0.05). Conclusion: The LVAT can be clearly shown by anatomy and 3DCT, and its thickness does not change in the end-systolic and end-diastolic phases.

Abstract: objective: study the association between TNF gene and essential hypertension (EH) in Chinese minority Zhuang population. Method: select 170 normal as control group and 246 patients with EH as an object of study, use polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism method to analyze polymorphic loci in the promoter region of TNF-α gene-308G / A allele, and genotype frequency distribution characteristics were analyzed, and the relationship between genetic susceptibility polymorphisms and EH was given.

Abstract: This paper introduced a compact design of portable standard 12-lead ECG acquisition terminals. For portable application purposes, an ultra-low power 16-bit microcontroller, which acted the core unit of the terminal, an 8-channel 24-bit , low-noise low-power high speed,analog-to-digital converter incorporated ECG features,external SD card storage,USB data-transmission module were intergrated into the terminal.Through the terminal,the sampling,storage,transmission and display of standard 12-lead ECG could be implemented in real-time.

Abstract: 0Objective :This study is to retain the biological calcium in the crab shell, stripped of protein, calcium biological chitin chitin that is retained characteristics have unique biological calcium carbonate mosaic structure. the traditional preparation of chitin commoly adopts acid to remove calcium carbonae,applys alkali to extract protein, while inorgaic calcium salts is mixed with it as a source of calcium or an enhancement.Methods :Superfine pulverizing technology is used to smash crab shell to D50, which is 8.05 μm to get different size of crab shell powder through screen separation. The primary element of crab shell is calcium carbonate, chitin as well as protein. The content of protein is a significant indicator of industrial application of crab shell powder. Different size of crab shell powder is processed deproteinizedly,through hot alkali methodenzyme hydrolysis methodhot alkali method assisting microwave respectively. Results: Research result shows that the lower sizes of crab shell powder induce the higher effect of deproteinized processing method. The protein residual amount in crab shell powder of particle size D50 of 8.05 μm being processed in hot alkali for 3 hours is 0.097 %, while time being processed by microwave assisting is significantly reduced, making 20 minutes possible for the same result. Conclusions: Particle size of crab shell powder after superfine pulverizing is small, and deproteinization can be achieved by various methods, while retaining original chitin and biological calcium.

Abstract: To study function and relativity of autophagy in NSCLC treated with ginsenoside Rh2, and to explore some molecular mechanism that ginsenoside Rh2 induces A549 cell lines of NSCLC apoptosis. Methods: Immunofluorescence assays detects activity of caspase-8 / 9 and expression of autophagy-related molecules Beclin-1 and LC3. Results: Immunofluorescence assays shows that, 20μg/mL ginsenoside Rh2 acts 3h, fluorescent intensity that marks activity of caspase-8 and expression level of Beclin-1 significantly increases, it means that activity of caspase-8 significantly rises and expression level of Beclin-1 significantly increases. Fluorescent intensity that marks expression of LC3and activity of caspase-9 has increase but without significant change in 1-6h, it means expression of LC3 and activity of caspase-9 has no significant change. Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rh2 can adjust expression of membrane receptor pathway (caspase-8) and or autophagy related gene Beclin-1,then play the biological role of promoting apoptosis of tumor cell.
