Abstract: The widely crowd occurred arrhythmia. Studies have shown that more than 90% patients who suffer from sudden cardiac death has arrhythmia. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of arrhythmia is of great value for cardiovascular disease prevention, treatment and prognosis. Arrhythmia is now usually detected by electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, Holter monitor, etc. Such equipments are relatively expensive, and equipment operation and result analysis need to do by professional medical personnel of medical institutions. These equipments are not suitable for household use and long-term real-time monitoring. Therefore, a portable monitoring watch for arrhythmia with real-time dynamic monitoring is designed in this paper. Not only can the watch detect the occurrence of asymptomatic arrhythmia and the time point of arrhythmia, but also can analysis and diagnosed the kind of arrhythmia. So it has important application value for arrhythmia prevention and treatment.

Abstract: The genes dominating vitamin C (AsA) synthesis in strawberry fruits may be used in increasing levels of AsA and tolerance to environmental stress in other plants by transgenic method. D-galacturonate reductase (GalUR) plays a prominent role in the regulation of the AsA biosynthetic pathway. In this study, transgenic tomato plants (Tg1, Tg2) overexpressing strawberry GalUR gene have been developed and resulted in 2.6-fold increase of AsA in fruits and 1.6-fold increase of AsA in leaves over non-transformed tomato (WT) and the levels of AsA were positively correlated with increased GalUR activity. Moreover, Tg1, Tg2 showed enhanced tolerance to iron deficiency as compared to WT. Under Fe (II) deficiency condition the plant height of Tg1, Tg2 was 1.2-1.7 times, AsA content of Tg1 was 1.8-2.8 times and Fe (II) content of Tg1 was 1.1-1.4 times as much as WT. Otherwise, AsA content of transgenic FRO2 plant (TFRO2) was more than WT but less than Tg1 and its Fe (II) content was more than WT and Tg1. The study demonstrated that the over-expression of GalUR gene enhanced the level of AsA and Fe (II) of transgenic tomato plants which had better growth than WT under iron stresses. Therefore, GalUR and FRO should be interrelate and stimulative each other.

Abstract: Hybrid materials are attractive for a large range of applications from medicine and biotechnology to telecommunication systems and fuel cells. In the present research we have studied sol-gel synthesis of hybrid composites based on carbofunctional organosilicon monomers N,N-bis-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) thiocarbamide (I) or 2-{[3-(triethoxysilyl) propyamino} pyridine (II), and copolymers of ethylene glycol vinyl glycidyl ether with vinyl chloride. The polymeric materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and IR-spectroscopy. Gel products possess high thermal stability (decomposition temperatures reach 250 °С) and have developed specific surface (to 20 m2g-1).The synthesized composites comprise semi-interpenetrating polymer networks, consisting of three-dimensional and linear polymers that cannot be separated due to the mechanical interlacing of theirs chains. Hybrid composites have a value of sorption capacity for Pt (IV) ions of 70 (I) and 28 (II) mgg-1. Proton conductivity of membranes based on the synthesized composites is characterized by the values 3.52 10-2 (I) and 1.19 10-2 (II) Scm-1 measured at temperature of 25 °C.

Abstract: Traditionally, instant heavy impact has been believed to be the cause of atlantoaxial subluxation. However, none of our randomly selected 240 atlantoaxial subluxation patients were resulted from instant heavy impact. In fact, none of the patients was a laborer; 60% of the patients were at the age of 40-60; and the female patients were twice as much as the male patients. Therefore, a biomechanical model, called guyed pole, is proposed, which suggests that the major causes of atlantoaxial subluxation are accumulated trivial spine displacement and the loss of muscle strength due to long-term fatigue damage and inflammation. Atlantoaxial subluxation failure occurs after the accumulated stresses, due to spine displacement and incorrect cervical vertebra positioning, exceed the threshold of the injured muscle. During the treatment, the deformed cervical vertebra must be firstly restored to its original position, which may stop the uneven muscle stress distribution and further fatigue damage; then recover the muscle to its original elasticity and flexibility, which may increase the ability of muscle to resist cervical spine displacement; finally, correct postures during work and sleep are proposed to eliminate the damage of long-term fatigue stress.

Abstract: Microwave irradiation was employed to synthesise pyridine-3,5-dicarbontriles via a multicomponent reaction. It was discovered that MWI could accelerate the MCR dramatically, either with active aldehydes in ethanol or sterically hindered aldehydes in acetonitrile. MWI showed more dramatically effect upon the MCR using active aldehydes in ethanol, since ethanol was a good MWI solvent. Acetonitrile, which was a poor MWI solvent, was found to be more efficient than ethanol in either MWI system or conventional heating system with sterically hindered aldehydes as building blocks.

Abstract: Objective: The aim of study is to investigate the composite resins superficial roughness and microstructure after brushing with common dentifrices containing silica abrasive agent or bicarbonate and whitening dentifrices containing peroxide. Methods: Roughness measuring instruments were used to test 3M Filtek Z350 samples surface brushed by the silica abrasive (C), urea peroxide + alumina / silica (RP), the hydrogen peroxide + calcium carbonate (Ex) dentifrices before and after, using AFM to observe the superficial properties. Results: The superficial roughness after using the three dentifrices changed differently, followed by EX<RPConclusions: Relative to dentifrices containing silica abrasive, whitening dentifrices containing peroxide and alumina or silica or calcium carbonate composition has smaller friction resistance of the composite resins.

Abstract: A new type of calix [ arene-capped (3-(2-O-β-cyclodextrin)-2-hydroxypropoxy) propylsilyl-appended silica particles (C4CD-HPS) has been successfully used as chiral stationary phase (CSP) in capillary electrochromatography (CEC) for separation of enantiomers of 1-phenyl-1-propanol for the first time. C4CD-HPS contains a chiral selector with two recognition sites: calix [arene and β-cyclodextrin. Due to the cooperative functioning of the calix [arene and β-cyclodextrin, C4CD-HPS has exhibited excellent enantioselectivity for the enantiomers of 1-phenyl-1-propanol. After the multiple phenolic hydroxyl groups in the calix [arene moieties are ionized in the running buffer, the bonded stationary phase C4CD-HPS becomes negatively-charged to provide high electroosmotic flow (EOF) in CEC. Fast and high-resolution separation for enantiomers of 1-phenyl-1-propanol has been easily achieved on C4CD-HPS. This new type of chiral stationary phase has exhibited great potential for fast enantiomeric separations in CEC.

Abstract: By imitating to establish a pattern, which is high temperature environment in summer,effect the stress of pregnant mice, discussed preliminarily the mechanism that heat stress influence on SPF kunming mice embryo implantation. The results of this study shows that the pregnant mice at the embryos preimplantation is stressed 42°C for 2h, which could down-regulated E2 and P4 levels of blood serum and protein expression,and then down-regulated the LIF, VEGF mRNA and their proteins expressions on pregnancy 5d (after implantation),and up-regulated COX-2 mRNA and its protein expression, but down-regulated HOXa-10 mRNA expression;VEGF, COX-2 mRNA and their proteins expression were up-regulated on pregnancy 6d,eventually caused the embryos implantation and litter-size decreased.

Abstract: Drug loaded PLA (or PLGA) mirobubbles that combine properties of ultrasound imaging contrast agents and drug carriers suffer from low encapsulation efficiency and difficulty to destruction with diagnosis ultrasound. In this paper, a new type of multifunctional paclitaxel-loaded poly lactide-lecithin (PLA-lecithin) microbubbles has been developed with a method of ultrasonic double emulsion solvent evaporation (UDES) combined with lyophilization, and single-factor of ultrasonic time was studied to influence bubble size and drug loading efficiency. Bubbles were characterized to be well dispersed, with size of 300nm~2um, and showed increased ultrasound imaging on rabbit liver and heart after intravenous injection.

Abstract: Elbow joint is one of the body's important joints, most of the activities of the human body are inseparable from the elbow joint, and including taking and holding movements.In order to increase the workspace of elbow joint, a novel elbow joint rehabilitation parallel robot based on 2-DOF orthogonal spherical parallel mechanism is proposed. First, the position inverse solution equation of elbow joint is established. Further, the workspace of elbow joint is analyzed. The optimal structural parameters are obtained by use of the objective function of optimization method. Finally, the virtual prototype of elbow joint rehabilitation parallel robot is designed using optimal structural dimensions parameters.
