Abstract: Inefficiency upper bounds are explored in stochastic traffic network. Equilibrium flow pattern therein is deduced by a central Stackelberg strategy and tax schemes imposed on each link.. The equivalent variational inequality (VI) for Logit-based stochastic user equilibrium (SUE) model is established and first used to obtain upper bounds on Stackelberg network inefficiency under the assumption of separable, nondecreasing, and convex link time function and of fixed network origin-destination (OD) demand. For typical Bureau of Public Roads (BPR) functions and its affine forms, the upper bounds of their inefficiency are investigated with some meaningful results.

Abstract: Accurate measurement of the concentration of pulverized-coal in various pipes as a guidance to proper control plays a key role in assuring safe and economic operation of a pulverized coal-fired boiler during the combustion process. Experimental studies are carried out on the measurement of a lean mass flow in a pneumatic conveying pipeline using electrical capacitance tomography (ECT). A cyclone separator is employed in this system where the sensors are placed in order to compensate the inhomogeneity of the sensor sensitivity. The distribution of void fraction in radial direction, the average void fraction and the wavy characteristics are analyzed. The feasibility and reliability of the method are verified by the experimental results.

And multimodal combined transport has a great significance to improve the transportation service level ,to strengthen competition ability, to improve social comprehensive benefit. This article give an example from Liuzhou to Guangzhou. This article make a detailed scheme of Multimodal combined transport. In this paper, integrated transport path optimization model of multimodal combined transport of is set up with linear programming method. Abstract: When catastrophic events occurred, evacuation is important in the urban areas. The uncertainty of the incident should allow the system to be changed based on the new information. If the varying capacity and transport time of road network and priority evacuation areas are known, by CCRP (Capacity-Constrained Route Planning) evacuation strategies can be obtained. The paper highlights the need to evacuate a source point owing to unexpected increased population, on the basis of the original strategy, and the model can produce real-time evacuation policy information and guide the population to evacuate as soon as possible.

The achievement in research of the thesis is of great theoretical significance to planning and resource allocation of port, and selected ports by the ship and cargo owners.

Abstract: Abstact: Based on the damage of five corrosive bridges concrete in Shanghai, it suggested that the strength and durability of C30 concrete have decreased seriously. These years, a lot of bridges, overhead roads and tram roads have been built, so the study on anticorrosion technology of reinforced concrete bridge will assuredly become a pressing issue. The main measure in this article is to design the durability of concrete aiming at the reasons why durability decreases at the different environmental conditions. The results of the research suggested that the over-replacement with active mixture technology could assuredly make Cl- penetrative resistance, freezing and thawing resistance and carbonizing resistance improve. It was best when coefficient of over-replacement was 1.3, and slag was best followed by steel slag, and then fly ash. Furthermore, the over-replacement with active mixture technology could stay concrete forepart shrinkage rate, thereby improving the durability of concrete.

Abstract: This paper conducts an in-depth research on applications reliability in highway network planning and optimization of construction sequence. It introduces the concept of reliability to the layout of the importance of the road network node and establishes a fairly comprehensive theoretical method of highway network planning based on the reliability from the aspects of the road network layout, evaluation, and construction sequence arrangements. Case study illustrates the proposed layout optimization method has achieved satisfactory results in the road network reliability analysis, displaying strong practical promotional value.
