Abstract: The basal fermentation time and hydraulic retention time were systemically investigated about anaerobic fermentation production hydrogen process by continuous flow which is based on activated sludge for a basic strain and simulating sucrose wastewater for a substrate in a continuous stirred tank reactor. The highest hydrogen production rate was got at the fermentation time of 15h for and 6h for hydraulic retention time. The optimum run acidity (pH = 4.5 5.0) was kept through their own system circulation to hold the system state of high-speed and continuous hydrogen production. The results can really laid the groundwork for the anaerobic fermentation production hydrogen process by continuous flow from contained sugar wastewater from the laboratory research towards industrialization.

Abstract: In order to increase the effectiveness of remediation on oil-contaminated soil, culture techniques and molecular biological methods were adopted to analyze community structure enriched and domesticated by different ways. The results showed that the bacterial concentration cultured in a medium of inorganic salts and oil was 1.30×1012cfu/ml, while the bacterial concentration cultured in a medium of LB and oil was 3.05×108cfu/ml; Within the perspective of structure, the microbial community cultured in a medium of inorganic salts and oil contained 11 kinds of bacterial, Meanwhile, the microbial community cultured in a medium of LB and oil was composed of 4 kinds of bacteria. Based on the results of this study, it can be inferred that the cultured medium has a significant influence on the composition of microbial communities. When domesticated oil-contaminated soil was cultured in a medium of inorganic salts and oil, the microbial concentrations and diversities were relatively higher than those cultured in LB and oil.

Abstract: In order to evaluate regional water resources sustainable utilization, Twenty-six indexes evaluating system is established. On the basis of the fuzzy matter-element analysis and combined with the concept of Euclid approach degree. Through calculating entropy and euclid approach degree between the fuzzy matter-element and the standard (the best) fuzzy matter-element, it can achieves to development and utilization phase of regional water resources and its optimum order in Yinchuan city.

Abstract: The paper discusses the importance of increasing the carbon sink function of the highway system in maintaining carbon cycle balance of the Earth and "Carbon neutral" concept is used in highway roadside design. The carbon emission and carbon sequestration capacity of forest on both sides of the highway system are also calculated. The results show that most of the road green design has not yet reached a self-balancing capability of neutral carbon sink, and the establishment of the carbon sink forest from 50m to 100m will realize the carbon balance of the transport system.

Abstract: The key elements and internal mechanism of renewable energy development are studied on the basis of system theory. 3E system - which consists of energy, environment and economic was used to analyze mechanism of renewable energy development. Two special effect elements of renewable energy: social factors and technical factors were applied to the 3E system. It was first time to create the ST-3E renewable energy system for study. The improved renewable energy system model including the system structure, its characteristics and inherent mechanism was used to study the operation and evolution of renewable energy development. This study will provide more perfect methodology to study the sustainable development of renewable energy and basis to make energy strategies and policies for governments and international agencies.

Abstract: As an important type of folk houses with the historical and cultural value in China, the mountainous residence is occupying an important historical position in the rapid urbanization. Whereas, traditional dwellings in Chongqing are in an "overload" condition and poorly indoor comfort. With the help of BIM technology, we can simulation analysis of the ambient temperature, the age of air, wind speed and wind pressure, soughting to a method of quantitative analysis of mountain traditional houses, and the design of ecological energy-saving.

Abstract: The paper applied the concepts of Landscape health from the literature review with integration in depth-interview, using the Fuzzy Delphi, Fuzzy Analytic Network Process to develop the River Landscape Health Assessment Indicator System (RLHAIS). The assessment indicators system includes the indicator in 3 aspects, that is, physical and chemical environment indicators, landscape change indicators, ecological environment indicators, and 14 indexes, which were then applied to the RLHAIS to analyze the current landscape health for the Dong-shan River upstream in Yilan. The result showed that the score of Dong-shan River upstream: in 2009 was 0.70881, in 2010 was 0.66235, and in 2011 was 0.68694, implying that the healthy level nearly fell onto the "Degraded" state.

Abstract: Plant leaf classification is important but very difficult, because the leaf images are irregular and nonlinear. In this paper, we propose a novel semi-supervised method, called Semi-supervised discriminant projection (SSDP) dimension reduction algorithm for leaf recognition. SSDP makes full use of both labeled and unlabeled data to construct the weight incorporating the neighborhood information of data. The labeled data points are used to maximize the separability between different classes and the unlabeled data points are used to estimate the intrinsic geometric structure of the data. The experiment results on a public plant leaf database demonstrate that SSDP is effective and feasible for plant leaf recognition.

Abstract: Vegetables are perishable agricultural products. In order to prolong the fresh-keeping period of agricultural products, vegetables should be cooled rapidly soon after harvest. The pre-cooling of vegetables after harvest is the first link of cold chain; therefore, its especially important. The boiling point of water descends with the reduction of pressure inside the container. The vacuum cooling utilizes the water content evaporation on the surface of vegetables to take away a great quantity of vaporization heat, and lower the temperature of vegetables swiftly. The experiment took the ways of vacuum cooling and refrigerator cooling respectively to test the freezing rates of head vegetables, leaf vegetables, and root vegetables. The experiment findings show that vacuum cooling has best freezing effect on leaf vegetables, and second best freezing effect on head vegetables.

Abstract: The Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry was Used to Determine the Heavy Metal Cadmium(Cd), Copper(Cu), Lead(Pb) and Zinc(Zn) Content in 4 Kinds Fish from the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream in the Huan River, which were Saurogobio Dabryi, Misgurnus Anguillicaudatus, Cobitis Sinesis and Parabotia Fasciata Dabry. the Correlation of Heavy Metal was Researched. the Potential Ecological Risk of Heavy Metal in Fish were Investigated. the Results from Single Factor Pollution Index Implied that the Level of Cd and Pb were much Higher than the Food Hygiene Standards, Cu and Zn was also Light Polluted, the Order is:Pb >Cd> Zn> Cu. Saurogobio Dabryi and Misgurnus Anguillicaudatus are more Likely to Enrich Heavy Metals than other Fishes, and their Endurance for Heavy Metals are Stronger. it Revealed that Heavy Metals Accumulation in Roe was Higher Magnitude than Muscle. Comprehensive Pollution Index Showed that the Huan River had a Serious Heavy Metals Pollution.Edible Safety Hazard is Existed in Fishes in Huan River, which were Not Suitable for Food Directly, and the Relevant Government Departments should Pay Attention to it .
