Abstract: N-[(4-bromo-3,5-difluorine) phenyacrylamide was synthesized first time by the interaction of 4-Bromo-3,5-difluoroaniline with acryloyl chloride in presence of triethylamine. The compound behavior was investigated using TG and DSC techniques under non-isothermal linear regime. The non-isothermal kinetic data were analyzed with the Achar equation, Coats-Redfern equation,Kissinger equation, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa equation and Starink equation. The mechanism function and kinetic parameters of the thermal decomposition were obtained. The chemical reaction mechanism (F3) controlled the decomposition process. The apparent activation energy and the pre-exponential factor were E=240.01 KJmol-1 and A=2.341023 s-1 respectively.

Abstract: In this study we investigated the effect of plant polyphenol PTK inhibitor genistein on subcutaneous human transplant ovarian cancer tumor of nude mice. All 30 cases of nude mice are used to establish subcutaneous xenograft models of human ovarian cancer, and divided into 4 groups: Control group (containing 0.04% DMSO of saline); Genistein group (containing 0.2 mg / kg and 0.4 mg/kg two concentrations, subcutaneous injection); Cisplatin group (4 mg/kg, i.v.); Genistein and Cisplatin combination group. The transplanted tumor growth and weight changes of nude mice in different groups on 7, 14, 21 and 28 days were observed and histopathological examined. The results showed that the growth of SKOV3 xenograft tumor was significantly inhibited in 0.4 mg/kg Genistein group. Compared with control group, the tumor weights were decreased, the tumor volumes were reduced, and there was a significant increase in the area of necrosis, but no significant effects were showed on the weights of nude mice. 0.4 mg/kg Genistein (s.c.) in combination with 4 mg/kg Cisplatin (i.v.) enhanced the inhibitory effect. The results provide evidence for the potential usefulness of Genistein in the prevention and treatment of human ovarian carcinoma.

Abstract: By solid phase microextraction - Gas Chromatography - mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS) technique against acid and methionine bad blood (ASA-Met) model of the reaction products were identified, studied the effect of Fe2+ on the formation of flavor compounds in the model reaction. 27 flavour compounds of furan, pyrazine, thiophene, sulfur and other compounds, were identified, of which, sulfur-containing compounds such as aliphatic cyclic sulfides, sulfide, pyrazine is the main flavor components. Fe2+ was added to the model in the system, on one hand the about adding some sulfur compounds yield, pyrazine compounds significantly increase; on the other hand, Thiophenes significantly reduced compounds or even disappear. This shows that in the model reaction, Fe2+ promotes the thermal degradation of Met, at the same time, suggesting that Fe2+ as oxidant to promote NH3, NH3 and H2S to generate competitive reaction and ASA degradation products formed compounds containing nitrogen, resulting in reduced Thiophenes compounds yield.

Abstract: Balsam pear was used as the research object in experiment, the technological parameters were studied such as the way of crushing, leaching agent type and its concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic extraction temperature, time, power's influence on the extraction yield of Vc, and the ultrasonic extraction time, temperature, ultrasonic power on the L9 (34) orthogonal test analysis. Results showed that bitter melon slices, and solid-liquid ratio is 1:7, citric acid as leaching agent and the concentration of 1%, ultrasonic power is 80 w, leaching temperature 30 °C, 40 min leaching time, leaching of balsam pear Vc the highest rate.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce and study a competition Chemostat model with Crowley-Martin type functional response and pulsed input and washout. The stability of the boundary periodic solutions is investigated. We get that above some threshold there are periodic oscillations in substrate and microorganisms, which implies the coexistence of two species.

Abstract: The crude extract obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation from Thlaspi arvense Linn was separated respectively by different solvents such as petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and butanol. Ethyl acetate fraction was separated by semi-preparative HPLC to give compound 1, and butanol fraction was continuously separated by D101 macroporous resin and semi-preparative HPLC to give compound 2, the chemical structures of two compounds were elucidated by 13C-NMR1H-NMRMsUV and named as Orientin and Isovitexin (their purity > 98% using normalization method of HPLC).

Abstract: A yeast strain was isolated from pit mud of Luzhou-flavor liquor. After observing colony characteristics and microscopic examination, the yeast strain was identified using Biolog automated microbes identification system, the result shows that the yeast strain is Pichia jadinii. This test separated and obtained successfully a strain of yeast in pit mud of Luzhou-flavor liquor, after purification, used Biolog System for its taxonomic identification, and determined its species, provide basis data and information for the analysis of alcoholic microbe.

Abstract: The effect of modification with transglutaminase (TGase) and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid (ferulic acid) on properties of tilapia skin gelatin film (TSGF) was researched. The results showed that the peroxide inhibition of modified TSGF increased from 14.7% to 62.0% and 52.1%, when concentrations of TGase and ferulic acid were 0.20 or 1.0 mg·mL-1. At the same time, the WVP coefficients were lower about 24.2% and 20.6%, respectively. The solubility of TSGF decreased with the increase in concentration of TGase and ferulic acid. As the formation of hydrogen bonds in the structure of the film, the amide A band was shifted towards higher wave numbers after modification.
