Abstract: This paper investigated the vibration control based on intelligent materials for strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) from theoretical analysis to simulation verification. At first, significance of vibration control in SINS and the disadvantages of the traditional vibration control methods were set forth. Then, intelligent material and structure were introduced to improve the situation. A method of combining active and passive vibration control based on piezoelectric ceramic had been put forward. Through modeling and designing PID and fuzzy PID controller separately, the simulation results show that both the model and the control methods are effective. Finally, its effectiveness and the further researched required to be done were summarized.

Abstract: The precise geodetic levelling reveals the recent activity of the vertical movements of the earths crust. However, the main shortcoming of the levelling networks is a scarceness of the measurement tracks that can not be compensated by high density of the levelling sites within the tracks. The pattern and trends of vertical movements between the measured lines remains unknown. A special approach has been developed in order to allow the prediction of the vertical movements within the polygons. It is based on the multicomponent statistical correlation of the levelling data with the significant geological parameters. The correlations between different parameters were derived separately for each particular polygon and than combined in one common model. It allowed compilation of a rather detailed map of the recent vertical movements of Lithuania during the past 30-40 years. The rate of the vertical movements of the earths surface obtained from the geodetic levelling varies from-2.7 mm to 3.5 mm/y. A close correlation suggests that the heterogeneity of the crust is important for the distribution of the vertical movements. The application of the close correlation with geoparameters allowed considerable improvement of the map of the vertical movements of Lithuania.

Abstract: The aerodynamic flow acceleration with one atmosphere uniform induced by dielectric-barrier-discharge plasma actuation were studied based on PIV. The flow fields induced by the dielectric barrier discharge with different discharge models and actuation parameters were investigated. In term of the obtained velocity distributions, a comparative study on the effect of excitation voltages, carrier frequencies, pulse frequencies and duty ratios on plasma actuation was presented and the optimum actuation parameters was provided. The results of this study indicate: 1) The induced velocity increases linearly with excitation voltage and frequency. 2) When fp<300Hz, the induced velocity rises with the increase of pulsed frequency, but when fp>300Hz, it shows an opposite tendency.

Abstract: Penetration is an important topic in the military and protection engineering field. Based on *MAT_PLASTIC_KINEMATIC of LS-DYNA program, this report studies effects of failure strain of the material parameters on structure of penetrating projectile. By establishing a group of numerical models about 45 steel hemispherical projectile penetrating semi-infinite concrete targets, this research aimed at analyzing effects of different failure strain values related to the destruction of the internal bracket structures of this projectile. At the same time, it studied the criterion of failure on finite dynamic program. The numerical results show that the use of failure strain in this model can well simulate damage of internal bracket structures of the projectile. Test was carried on based on this conclusion, which showed that bracket plate is subjected to shear failure in process of penetration, and numerical simulation was consistent with the experimental results.

Abstract: Transmission platform built on the backbone data network scheduling, dispatching exchange network, switching network administration, conference television network, data communications network and other business networks, production and business management for the grid to provide a relatively rich voice, video and data services. In this paper, we investigated the OTN transport network structure and the corresponding optical elements with cross connector. We have presented several wavelength allocation algorithms to illustrate the further bandwidth planning. With the smart grid construction and corporate information technology development, so as to let the existing backbone transmission network capacity and reliability levels can meet the requirements of backbone transmission.

Abstract: Wavelength converters (WC) that configured on the nodes can make the same wavelength optical channel from the continuity constraints, if it is configured suitable, it will effectively reduce the network congestion ratio. In this paper, we investigate the sub graph algorithm with blocking RWA model for the large capacity optical transport. Because the price is more expensive WC, it can not be deployed in all nodes considering the increasing costs and maintenance complexity. We investigated is the WC configuration during network construction, with only part of the network node configuration. The studies show that the rational allocation of part of the WC can get nearly the same performance as the full wavelength conversion network.

Abstract: Openings may weaken the rigidity of walls in the houses of brick masonry structure, leading to the asymmetrical rigidity distribution in the houses. This may also affect the seismic performance of houses. Five fine FEM model are established in this study to simulate the impact of various openings on the seismic performance of brick masonry structure.
