Abstract: This paper adopts finite element method to carry out simulation analysis for Bachimen wire mesh concrete U-shaped aqueduct. Deducing variation law of the aqueducts stress and displacement in construction process and operational process, researching the rationality of aqueduct structure design scheme. Analysis results show that, Bachimen wire mesh concrete aqueduct structure is reasonable, force of aqueduct structure is explicit, it meets the requirements for design. The research results provide a certain reference for design of wire mesh concrete U-shaped aqueduct structure.

Abstract: In this paper, finite element analysis is proceeded for homogeneous earth dam of Maodun reservoir. Deducing variation law of the dams stress and displacement in construction and operational process. The research results provide a certain reference for design and construction of homogeneous earth dam structure. The analytic results are shown, homogeneous earth dam of Maodun reservoir is reasonable structure, and every index meets the requirements for design.

Abstract: Through methods, such as microscope analysis, chemical analysis, metallography examination and scanning electron microscope etc, the causes resulting in high temperature reheater tube cracking of station boiler have been analyzed. The result indicates the crack is reheat crack, and structure stress, higher hardness and excessive welding residual stress are the primary inducement of tube joint crack.

Abstract: nverted siphon structure is a common water conveyance buildings, this paper adopts finite element method to carry out three-dimensional finite element simulation analysis for Henggangling buttress type inverted siphon structure. Deducing variation law of the inverted siphons stress and displacement in construction process and operational process. Analysis results further verified that design scheme is reasonable and safe, it has certain reference value. Henggangling buttress type inverted siphon structure is safety, it meets the requirements for engineering.

Abstract: Auxetic materials are those that exhibit negative Poissons ratio. In spite of their rarity, auxetic materials have been artificially produced and also found to exist are known to exist naturally. Arising from their anomalous behavior, research on auxetic materials has been carried out for possible applications in fields as diverse as biomechanics and aero-structures. This paper investigates the effect of auxeticity on the maximum stress in thin and thick rotating disks. The obtained results show that maximum stresses are lower in rotating thin disks that are made from negative Poissons ratio materials. It is also revealed that the maximum stresses in thick rotating disks can be reasonably approximated by rotating thin disk theory if the thick disk material possesses negative Poissons ratio.

Abstract: For reducing heald frames vibration and noise in the process of weaving, composite of Carbon-Fibre was applied to it, and three methods of lay up for laminate was designed in the paper. Finite element model of the heald frame was set up, and element shell 181 was used to simulate different layers of the composite material, then some important natural frequencies and vibration modes were calculated, and the results of that was compared with another heald frame made of aluminium alloy. The analysis result indicated that, the second method for laying had an optimum dynamic characteristics, based on that, fundamental frequency of the heald frame was increased by 19.48Hz, and self-weight of it was lightened about 26.82%. In results, lightweight design of the heald frame was come true, at the same time, vibration resistance of it was also strengthened effectively.

Abstract: Manufacturing product and providing service in a quick and economic way is the common goal of enterprises under the impact of globalization automation. In the methods of lowering cost and increasing productivity, facilities layout is of the most important. How to arrange, distribute and integrate the facilities of an enterprise in order to maximize the performance is particularly important. It is costly and time consuming to rearrange facilities layout after mass production, and largely impact the operation of enterprise negatively. Thus, this study applying Hilbert space filling layout method to reach better space utilization by considering department placement direction, geometry, size, and the order of placement. The proposed model also contemplate material flow factor cost (MFFC), shape ratio factor (SRF), area utilization factor of overall layout, and even the quantified adjacency of departments to derive minimal total layout cost by genetic algorithm. By introduce the model to a real case, we find it suitable for the complex and tedious production and material flow, especially in the small and medium enterprises.

Abstract: For a two-echelon supply chain consisted of one manufacturer and one supplier, the incentive mechanism is designed for the supplier to reduce the production cost of green intermediate products by the manufacturer. It is proposed under the situation of asymmetric information on the endeavor level of supplier to promote the initiative of suppliers technology R&D. The design process of the incentive mechanism in the face of moral hazard problems is discussed by the manufacturer. It indicates that the manufacturer can adopt linear incentive payment according to different periods of producing and marketing. The results manifest that the proposed incentive mechanism will promote the supplier's efforts on R&D as far as possible and make the profits of the members Pareto improvement distinctly. The paper affords great guidance on operating decisions for the green supply chain at initial stages of the green market.
