Abstract: Power electronic devices always consume a lot of energy, and this energy is then converted into heat, so that the device temperature rises. It will not only affect the device performance in full cycling, but also may result in damage, if the problem of heat dissipation can not be solved. In this paper, we propose an energy cycle approach that can provide a full utilization of the reused energy from the expansion tank to distributed pump. The Power distribution analysis of the controlling cabinet is presented together with the component in power cabinet. With the capacity of power electronic devices and power levels increasing rapidly, the thermal performance of the cooling system can be improved and higher requirements can be obtained.

Abstract: The paper presents the concept and structure of micro grid technology based on distributed generation, and especially introduces the key technology of micro network which includes five parts: micro-grid planning and design, micro-grid communication technology, micro-grid power electronic technology, micro-grid control and energy management system. At last problems need to be solved in the future have been put forward and discussed in this paper.

Abstract: The application of virtual simulation experiment platform has changed the traditional teaching method fundamentally, reduce the cost of laboratory construction and management, which has important reference value to realize the remote experiment teaching. Through this experiment, students' interest in knowledge is cultivated and innovation ability is enhanced. The virtual simulation experiment platform consists of hardware and software function modules, which are both designed in this thesis.There are five experiments available for choose as following: virtual oscillograph, spectrum analysis, formula-wave generator, temperature measurement with K-thermocouple, Fourier transform comparison.

Abstract: The reasonable deployment of micro-grid power supply determines the application domain and flexibility of micro grid. Because the micro-grid investors, beneficiary, management mode, etc. are fairly different from those of traditional power grid. From the perspective of micro grid users or operators, this paper analyzes the operating and maintenance cost of power pack of multi-energy source hybrid power supply, designs the micro-grid power pack model of multi-energy source hybrid power supply by use of static planning measure, aiming at the minimization of operating cost, and analyzes the power pack configuration under the condition of different minimum operating costs by case study and how to achieve the operating and maintenance profits and reliability.

Abstract: For fixed size disk milling cutter quasi-symmetric milling method of screw stators inner helicoid, geometric model of the cutting is studied and the force prediction formula is derived according to the plasticity theory. The finite element method model and simulation of the cutting process are studied. In the condition with the same cutting parameters, simulation results and the prediction calculation results are compared. It provides data support to the design of transmission mechanism and the optimization of cutting parameters.
