Abstract: With the development of technologies of large capacity batteries and electric vehicles, the number of electric-car will increase dramatically. As a result, disorderly charging will cause a significant impact on the safe and economic operation of power system. Charging load has its adjustability on dual scale of time and space. With this feature, load dispatch in both time and space for dual scale is possible which has a positive effect on the operation of power grid. This paper introduces some recent research achievements on orderly charge control, including electric vehicle charging demand characteristics and load model. Explores the orderly charging, especially the control effectiveness of V2G mode on cases of peak-shift, coordinated operation of new energy, frequency regulation and other aspects. Orderly control strategy for electric vehicles is also put forward. Finally, points out the deficiencies of current research and prospects for future.

Abstract: The large scale application of EVs (electric vehicles) is an inevitable trend at home and abroad. When lots of EVs are plugged into the grid, the impact of their charging load on the grid is not negligible; while the development of V2G technology allows EVs to discharge to the grid, it provides an opportunity for improving the safety and economic operation of the grid. The paper models the specific behavior features of the bus and private EVs from the mileage, charging mode and charging time three aspects. MATLAB is used for programming, and EVs sample are randomly selected. The EVs charging and discharging behavior probability is analyzed to determine the simulation model. Last, by the practical example, the impact of EVs charging and discharging behavior on the grid is calculated, and conclusions that match the reality can be drawn.

Abstract: The residential buildings of the Hmong in Hunan fall into the typical pole-railing constructions in southern areas with the maintenance components detached from bearing components, which is very suitable in mountainous regions and rainy weather. The architectures are usually called the stilted buildings and the black-tile roofed houses. The manifestation of the Hmong architecture are not all similar because of the different topography, climate, political culture and the economy and traffic condition; There are slope foot ,flat foot and ground foot according to the building structure; And according to the building materials, there are pure wood structure, stone wood structure, brick wood structure and earth wood structure.

Abstract: The article considers possible production of foam concrete through an intensive method of processing the foam mass providing for the completion of physical, chemical and structural formation processes. The physical aspects of temperature gradients arising in the foam mass under the effect of combined hydraulic-and-heating field of forces are shown.

Abstract: Relative humidity in hot-humid and cold-humid area in summer is high, the sun radiation intensity is low, and the existing building thermal stability condition basic research data is absence . Select the region typical residential building, the sun radiation, relative humidity, air temperature and surface temperature were measured and recorded; Test analysis shows that typical residential house in summer in the climate characteristics the typical average indoor temperature fluctuation in the cycle is 4.3 °C,fluctuations of temperature to a larger extent, and was obviously affected by such factors as orientations and envelope constructional detail.

Abstract: The empirical research on the mechanism of the low carbon building management by using the method of structural equation modeling.Firstly, analyze and summarize the affecting factors of the low carbon building management, and constructed the theoretical model, and then designed the questionnaire to collect data, and explored factor structure by analyzing the survey recovery results through reliability analysis and validity analysis. Then used Amos software to test the theoretical model, and found that the environment and the project characteristics affect evidently the project planning through the rest results effects through the test results, and the main character has a significant impact on coordination.

Abstract: Construction has recently become greener and returns to the materials that used by our ancestors. Recycled paper is considered as ecological material. Cellulose insulation is made from it has been used for several years. People do not believe in this blown insulation mainly due to the settlement and the creation of thermal bridges in the least desirable areas of the structure. This paper presents a description of a new test filling insulators which should clearly define the issues settlement.

Abstract: Norman Foster is one of the most famous and successful architects all around the world today. So in this context, we interpret Norman Foster's architectural design conception, especially high-tech, ecological architectural environment and regional culture. The architectures designed by him have an intense sense of the times and are much environment-friendly. Meanwhile, Norman Foster commendably combined the buildings with place spirit and traditional cultures so that he could make them harmonious organically fuse and become a feature of cities' scenery line. In a word, analysis of Norman Foster's architectural design can provide inspiring and creative thinking ideas for architects.

Abstract: With regard to the current European trends in civil engineering and sustainability are still explored new building materials. In this case it is ideal to use natural materials such as straw. Its use as a building material is both ecological and economical. Excellent thermal insulation properties of straw have been known for centuries but the aim of this paper and the measurements were also demonstrate air-tightness and acoustic properties of a straw houses in the Czech Republic.

Abstract: Greening on roofs that are not totally used can create a good cooling effect and mitigate the urban heat island effect. Considering the load capacity of roofs and ecological protection, this study thus uses fiber waste to make culture mediums as an extensive green roof, after which sedum makinoi is then planted to evaluate the cooling effect of the waste fiber culture medium. The experimental results show that sedum makinoi planted with waste fiber culture medium can averagely reduce the temperature of the roof surface by 5 °C and to a maximum of 11.8 °C. Although experimental group and control group both have the same cooling effect, waste fiber culture medium which is much lighter than that of the control group, and it also has a life-cycle, an energy-saving, ecological friendly merit, both of which qualify it for use of the culture medium as extensive green roof.
