Abstract: The wireless sensor network is widely used in the largely data measure. The research on the energy consumption is the key point in its practical application recently for the wireless sensor network has the problem of energy restrain. Considering the wireless sensor network applies in the information monitoring system on environmental has the inadequate of the limited energy of nodes and the irregular network energy consumption, this paper analyses the basic structure of the environmental sensor network, and proposes the service discovery mechanism based on the catalogue model. This system can reduces the systems energy consumption, and is able to achieve the purpose of increasing the reliability and security of the sensor network, reducing the data redundancy degree and extending the lifetime of the network according to the experimental simulation.

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel fractional-order gradient operator for medical image structure feature extraction. The proposed operator can be seen as generalization of the first-order Sobel operator. The goal is to utilize the frequency characteristic of the fractional derivative for extracting more structure feature details. A thresholding is set based on the average fractional-order gradient for marking the edge points, and then the image structure can be extracted. Experiments show that the proposed fractional-order operator yields good visual effects.

Abstract: Internet has become an important tool to gain information; how to effectively detect hot topics from a lot of network information sources, e.g., Tibetan network, seems to be an urgent issue. Traditional hot topic is mainly based on the number of comments to get and the topic contents are usually not considered. In this letter, we study the approach of content-based relevance, i.e., based on user browsing behavior and the topic attention degree to discover the hot topic. And use the complex network theory to analyze the tracking model.

Abstract: The practical wrist pulse of the healthy person and the coronary heart disease patient were analyzed by wavelet transform (WT) and hilbert huang transform ( HHT), and the characteristic information (percentage of energy density) of the pulse signal was discussed. The simulation results show that both WT and HHT are efficient ways in analyzing and processing pulse signal, and can draw main characteristic information from pulse signal. However the basis function is preselected in WT, it doesnt need to be preselected in HHT. In HHT the intrinsic mode function (IMF) is obtained by empirical mode decomposition (EMD), it can reflect the instantaneous frequency of pulse signal, and has the actual physical meaning. The resolving power of time and frequency in WT is restricted by Heisenberg uncertainty principle, and is restricted by each other. While the resolving power of time and frequency in HHT is adaptively changed according to signal intrinsic characteristics. The HHT is more adaptive than WT in analyzing pulse signal. The HHT can offer a new idea to diagnose cardiovascular disease by wrist pulse signal.

Abstract: Fundamental frequency difference limens were measured for a target harmonic complex tone (HCT) in the absence and presence of a masker HCT, which were filtered into the same bandpass frequency region and were gated on and off synchronously. There were three kinds of nominal fundamental frequencies (F0s) for target (200, 400, and 800 Hz), five kinds of F0 separations between target and masker (0, ±3, and ±6 semitones), and four kinds of phase combinations. Results found significant effects of nominal F0, phase combination, and F0 separation between target and masker. Analysis based on temporal profile proved that the significant effect of nominal F0 could be explained by peak height of target, and that the significant effects of F0 separation and phase combination could be explained by the ratio of temporal peak heights between target and masker. Thus it is suggested that F0 discrimination of medium-rank harmonics probably depends on the use of temporal fine structure information.

Abstract: The technology of Internet of things would realize information transfer and sharing of global cargos and represent the development trend of future network, which at the same time will become the important foundation of economic development, social progress and scientific and technological innovation. Combined with the characteristics of the logistics industry of dangerous chemical cargoes this paper analyzes the key requirements of the transportation process and on this basis, it also tries to apply the technology of Internet of things on monitoring the process of logistics of dangerous chemical cargoes. In this reason, the paper designs the corresponding framework and its safety monitoring management information platform on its transportation process in order to give some hinder for safety and work efficiency of the logistics of dangerous chemical cargoes.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce the extension of local polynomial fitting to the linear heteroscedastic regression model and its applications in digital image heteroscedastic noise removal. For better image noise removal with heteroscedastic energy, firstly, the local polynomial regression is applied to estimate heteroscedastic function, then the coefficients of regression model are obtained by using generalized least squares method. Due to non-parametric technique of local polynomial estimation, we do not need to know the heteroscedastic noise function. Therefore, we improve the estimation precision, when the heteroscedastic noise function is unknown. Numerical simulations results show that the proposed method can improve the image quality of heteroscedastic noise energy.

Abstract: In this paper, we mainly extend the notion of the Wronskian to a coupled GMNLS equations. Based on the N-fold Darboux transformation (DT), we present the triple Wronskian representation of the multi-soliton solutions for the coupled GMNLS equations. Di erent fromthe previous method, the triple Wronskian solutions can be obtained from the N -fold DT without substituting it into the bilinear equation. A signi cant advantage of such method is that it avoids guessing the Wroskian representation and Wronskian condition. Our approach could be applied other soliton equations with 3×3 spectral problems.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet era, in order to improve the speed of image transmission and storage, this paper presents a new method to use Walsh transform on data block which size is not 2n. And this paper focuses on the research of Walsh transform application in color image compression coding. The method is simple and can get good result through the experimental simulation.

Abstract: Along with the network popularization and reform of the government administration, e-government gradually popularized. The populace can comment on government work and the related policy on its website. Because of the richness of Chinese language and dialect, people can use their own dialect. The same opinion may have different statements. The worker have some difficulties when collect and analyze these views. Ontology is a specification of a certain field,to express concept of the particular field and the relationship between them.Ontology can be used for semantic analysis of the various views, to analyze that the people is "agree" or "against", "support" or "not support". Even though different vocabulary, through semantic analysis, can be classified according to their semantic. In the process of analysis, analyse the text comments received throught the data miningstatistics. In addition, also need to construct the relevant language ontology. Language ontology defines many synonyms and near synonyms. Ontology as a reference to sort the comments of the people, analyze the attitude of the people and related laws.
