Abstract: The article analyzed three game types in the process of the project tender offer, such as the static Bayesian game, the construction market entry and the cooperative game, which based on the game theory. And it determined what the methods and measures of tender offer should be taken according to the different kind of game types of bidders, and the research of achievement can provide a reference to enterprises decision-making on tender offer, which have strong operability.

Abstract: In this paper, from the perspective of network innovative process, we come up with the index system about the innovative performance evaluation of the productive service industry cluster and the basic assumption of this article based on the literature review. On this basis, we build a model to evaluate the innovative performance of the productive service industry cluster, thoroughly elaborate the process of network innovation Within the cluster and the mediating effect of absorptive capacity between process of network innovation and the innovative performance of the productive service industry cluster, therefore, through the normative research about the relationship between the process of network innovation and innovative performance of the enterprises within the cluster, we can effectively evaluate the innovative performance of the productive service industry cluster of China, and also promote the sustainable development of the cluster.

Abstract: The construction of fire-fighting and rescue loop is an important method of preventing fire and explosion rapidly and effectively through reasonable resource allocation and optimization which is based on the characteristic and status of multi-region fire-fighting and rescue and with major hazard installations as the core. In this paper, the construction mode of fire-fighting and rescue loop focus on one large oil strategic reserves is studied, the fire fighting and rescuing area on the base of the assessment of fire needs for major hazards is established and its extinguishing ability is evaluated. The establishment of this multi-region fire-fighting and rescue loop provides the method of scientific resources deployment and has guiding significance for fire protection cost and fire station layout has a certain reference value.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two free float definitions in CPM network. Definition1 is put emphasis on without affecting the immediate succeeding activities; therefore the responding calculation method is simple and regularity. However, the definition1 may not meet the demand of resource leveling optimization. While definition 2 can satisfy the demand of optimization, for it focus on without delaying the successor activities, except the successor dummy activities. But the calculate method of definition 2 is difficult. This paper introduces the new concept of composite free float, absorbing the advantage of two definitions and conquering the disadvantages. So that the new concept not only easy to calculate but also convenient to apply in optimization, meanwhile, it will further be used in studying the generalized precedence network.

Abstract: Master production scheduling plays an important role in planning levels. The scheduling without coordination will lead to an unsatisfied result. In this paper, the master production scheduling model based on bargaining game between buyer and vendor is established to realize integrated management. The improved solution of Nash equilibrium is achieved by the bargaining game. The simulation results verified the model and algorithms effectiveness.

Abstract: Development of equipment is a complex process, which exposures to a great number of risks. Hence, many researchers suggest that organizations need to improve their ability to identify and to manage associated risks. To improve the risk management in complex equipment development projects, a pragmatic procedure is suggested to determine the size of a project's contingency plan budget at any specified level of certainty. Considering the interaction among risk factors, a method based on common risk factors and copula functions is used to model and quantify positive dependence between risks.

Abstract: Project risk management is a vital dimension of project management. Based on the theory of metasynthesis, this dissertation analyses the risk of some satellite navigation engineering project from three aspects of "time", "module" and "risk management logic". Taking this frame as outline, the paper forms a three-dimensional structure model and conducts the empirical research with approaches of grade holographic modelling method, AHP and various risk management techniques. At last, the study concludes some significant guidance on methodology and application for the satellite navigation engineering project.

Abstract: This paper introduced the ICA theory in the process of analyzing the entrepreneur mental factors which affect the value chain, and analyses the feasibility of applying ICA theory in the extraction of the entrepreneur mental factors. In the empirical study, we separated the main factors influencing value chain by the FastICA algorithm based on ICA theory, and the experimental results are in conformity with theory.It is feasible to sift Entrepreneur mental factors,the research results of this paper also provides a theoretical reference for the application of the ICA theory in value chain management and optimization.

Abstract: Iron and steel production scheduling problems are different from general production scheduling in machine industry. They have to meet special demands of steel production process. The CCR production manner dramatically promotes the revolution in technology and management, especially to planning and scheduling. In this paper, a scheduling model is presented to integrate the three working procedures and the lagrangian relaxation technology is proposed to get the optimal solution of the scheduling model. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the integrated model and method.
